If we don’t think we can deal with something well, then we are determined to fail before we setting up to do it. We should tell us that even we can’t doit very well, but at least we can make some changes. The most important part is to remind ourselves that we can make some differences.

To encourage ourselves, wo must start from the easy things. Rome was not built in a day. For x example, I was not good at English grammar when in high school, I was upset when I made many mistakes in the exams. Then my English teacher told me to do from the easies part.
