假设青春用来奋斗，在这个过程中我们得到的是汗水，是痛苦，是疲惫。可是有句话说得好：天降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。所以汗水、痛苦和疲惫是和梦想的实现、财富和舒适相对应的。在未来，当我们回忆这一切的时候，就会觉得这一切都会是美好的，付出的一切都是值得的。

所以，我们要让青春变成最富有朝气的，最有梦想的。时光失不再来，无法回放，现在我们应该努力学习，积极向上，不做会让我们后悔的事，并且坚守我们的誓言。

Everyone has his own dream, and each are not identical. My dream is to be a glorious peoples teacher, use white chalk to impart knowledge, to take care of students with broad mind.

I am the students and teacher in the study, but in life I is of concern to their friends.

I in to the students in the class, must be combined with the content of the textbook, told them one after another interesting story, to fill the whole classroom with laughter. Next class, I will be on time class is over, let the students make full use of the recess this precious ten minutes, to play, go to bask in the sun, let them in a more full spirit to meet the next class.

每个人都有自己的梦想，而且各不相同。我的梦想是当一名光荣的人民教师，用洁白的粉笔来传授知识，用博大的胸怀来关爱学生。

在学习上我是学生们的严师，但在生活上我却是无微不至地关心他们的大朋友。

青春，好熟悉的字眼，好美丽的字眼。

青春，一个响亮的名字，她激情飞扬，她意味着自信、个性、活力和创造力，当然，也有一些叛逆。

而青春，谁做主？这个问题，大家都会不假思索地回答：当然我做主！

答案不完全是Yes，也有可能是No。

自古英雄出少年！“生的伟大，死的光荣”的刘胡兰，“为人民服务”的雷锋，“乘风破浪”的宗悫，“五四运动”的青春集体。梁启超的“少年中国说”，也说明了这一点。

然而，青春，也是叛逆的年龄。曾经有一起案例，一个少年，学习成绩很好，但却喜欢游戏。有一次，为了通关一个新游戏，沉迷其中，导致成绩下降。老帅和父母多次规劝，他都说“我的事，我做主”。更令人发指的是，居然在父母劝阻后几天，亲手血刃亲生父母。

那么，我们的青春该谁做主呢？

首先，当然是我们做主。

在漫漫的人生中，有一段被我们称之为青春的特殊年龄段。这段金色年华正如《老男孩》中描述的一模一样，容易逝去，也必将逝去，一去不返。但这段称之为青春的金色年华，是属于我们自己的。因此，应当由我们自己做主青春。在这段金色年华里，我们应该舞出自信，舞出个性，活出自我，舞出我们的青春，让人生过得充实、过得精彩，让青春无怨无悔。

但是且慢。舞出个性，活出自我，虽说没问题，但这要看你舞出了怎样的个性，活出了怎样的自我。如果在这段金色年华里，没有人生理想和目标，虚度光阴，整日沉迷于游戏、网络，荒废了学业，偏离了人生轨道，无所作为，甚至走上了不归之路，成为一只迷途的羔羊。

青春由我做主的同时，当然还需要良师益友的帮助。在人生中，我们会遇到很多良师和益友。良师为我们指点迷津，传授我们知识，将我们引向正途，引导我们走向美好的未来。益友呢？益友帮助我们解决困难，让我们拥有良好的爱好和习惯。益友能够使我们在青春里尽情欢乐时，也会让我们学业进步。当然，要成就无悔的青春，关键在自己。

在我的心中，有一个梦想，那就是当一名画家。

为了实现我梦想，我要刻苦学习，为绘画打下坚实的基础。我要参加绘画持长培训班，到图书馆查找有关绘画的知识。比如我要绘画科幻生物，那就要想象它的特性，如颜色和样子等等。我相信，在我的不懈努力下，一定能够实现我的梦想的。

所以说，我的青春应当由我做主，为了我的目标和理想努力学习，活出我闪亮的青春。将来，当我回忆青春的时候，我希望，也坚信，我的青春注定是无悔的。

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

My dream is to become a doctorEver since I was little, Ive had a secret desire inside of me that Ive been almost ashamed of: I want to be a doctor. I dont know why, and Ive always known its ridiculous, since my worst subjects are math and science. Im not altogether terrible at them, but Im more of a literature person.

Im also pretty lazy, which makes me think theres no way I could survive medical school. Should I make myself stop? Is there any chance of me being somethign Ive always wanted to be?

各位领导、各位评委大家好!我是来自杨柳青一中的数学教师刘志涛，我演讲的题目是《奉献青春，追逐梦想》。那是一个激情燃烧的岁月，曾经年少爱追梦，一心只想往前飞。我同诸位一样怀着对未来的憧憬踏上了三尺讲台，开始追逐自己的教育之梦，这一追就是十一年。十一年来我始终相信：一位教师，你可以没有一流的工作能力，但是只要你拥有爱岗敬业的精神，同样会获得他人的尊重。我的演讲着眼于以下三个方面：

一、 青春化细雨，润物细无声

我常常在想，作为一名教师，如果能想方设法走进学生的内心世界，那么我们的学生就会拥有快乐的教育，同时我们教师就会享受教育之快乐。我信奉：爱心是绿色生命教育的源泉。当我们对犯错的学生束手无策或要大发雷霆之时，千万要冷静。冷静地想一想，耐心的听一听、俯下您的身子、换一种方式，平静一下心态，或许事情可以更好地解决。2008年，我班上有个爱下象棋的男生，他很聪明，但经常逃课，天天以棋会友，父母对他根本没有办法。一天，我把他叫到身边：“宗山，听说你爱下象棋，放学后咱俩来一盘好吗?”他半推半就，有点不好意思，实际上内心甭提多高兴了，显然他棋瘾又犯了。与他交手的过程中，第一盘我让他赢了，这叫欲擒故纵。但是第二、三盘他都输了，他不服输再下，结果只有一个“孔夫子搬家---尽是书(输)”。他服了：“老师，我拜你为师。”“不用拜，我本来就是你的老师嘛。”接下来，我给他讲了中国的几名象棋特级大师的经历，听完之后他佩服的五体投地。“老师，那以后我们还可以再下棋吗?”“当然可以。”我与他约定，只要他今后不再逃课，每周六中午我们都可以玩上几盘。他当场表示以后再也不逃课了，打那以后他痛改前非，发愤图强，最终考上了一本，这对于一名择校生来而言不得不说是一个奇迹。2012年秋天，我们班的孟令业、杨世乒同学因为我班的一个女生张美丽(化名)而大打出手，并且杨世乒从一职找来人把孟令业给打了。年级部对两名同学进行了严厉的处分。而这三名同学分别是我们班的体委、卫生委员和宣传委员，后继的思想工作是何等的重要。那天上午我通知这两名男生第四节下课马上到二楼的会议室开会，不许吃饭。到了会议室之后，两人愣住了，谁都没有想到，摆在面前的是热腾腾的饺子，这是我刚从杨柳青乾清园饺子馆定的。“饿了吧，吃了再说。”三人共进午餐，我买了单。我还记得午餐结束后我就说了一句话：今天我的目的只有一个，让你们哥俩化敌为友。一分耕耘一分收获。这三人中的两名同学在刚结束的第二次十二校联考中都考了年级的前100名，高考的结果值得期待。所以我相信：爱是阳光，可以把坚冰融化;爱更是春雨，她能让枯草发芽。

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!

我很高兴可以在这个课堂上做一次演讲。这一次，我想谈谈英语。我的话题是我爱英语。

正如每个人所知，英语在今天十分重要。它已经被应用到世界的各个角落。它已经成为商业上最为通用的一门语言并广泛的用于国际贸易。如果我们能说好英语，我们就有更多的机会成功。因为越来越多的人注意到这一点，学英语的人数正在已很高的速度增长。

我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。(成功需要日积月累。)我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。

如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。

我相信总有一天我会实现我的梦!

In my early years, I did not see the value of education.

When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.

One day I realized the importance of the English language in the business world and started taking night classes.

I was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of English study. But I started to feel that, in the long run, having a limited knowledge of English was not enough to make my business successful. I knew that only a well- rounded education could guarantee my success in the future.

When I was eighteen, I had to make a decision to continue doing business or go back to school. There was one obstacle keeping me from getting an advanced education. I had only completed elementary school up to that point. I then went back to senior high school after four months of tutoring in different subjects. Being at school for the first time after so many years was somewhat embarrassing because my classmates were at least two or three years younger than I. I concluded that my age did not matter. The important thing was getting into college.

I took the College Entrance Exams. Although my math exam result was only one point below the required score. I never gave up hope. The following year, I took it again and received the highest score in my city. Achieving such an amazing result gave me encouragement and courage necessary to continue my education to the next step.

I am now in my second year of college and know that it is never too late to learn. My passion for studying and improving myself will never come to a halt as long as I continue to live.

“Live and Learn.” is the motto I have adopted. I believe with an education I will succeed. So, if you are wondering whether education is important, don’t hesitate a moment to step up and seize the opportunity.

不知从何时起，我们最初追寻的梦想渐渐地离我们而去了。

偶尔有闲暇倚在树荫下，看着地上被树叶遮蔽的光影忽暗忽明，不由得感慨时间的飞速。如果认真地盯着钟表，会发现一秒钟其实过的很快，弹指间，人一生的学习生涯已经走过了一半。平时为了竞争而埋头读书，却不知最初的梦想已被淡忘;而沉醉在万物中的人，长久不可自拔，最终让乌云遮住了双眸，迷失了自己该走的方向。

我们的世界转了个圈已不是以前彼此熟悉的世界，我也无力去涉足。我说我在等着，等你来执起我的手。但是，我们也不能一如从前了吧。那么，我就在这里观望你的世界。

你知道么?你也曾经是我年少的梦想。

岁月静好，我躲在时光里，学习遗忘。一个人也能清醒决绝的走下去。

我从小就认为，鸟儿是游在天空中的鱼，鱼是飞在大海中的鸟。因为，它们都是自由。快乐的飞生物。所以，我也好想飞。

上中学后，我结识了一群志同道合的朋友。我们都奋力的伸开臂膀去拥抱自己的蓝天。

沉重的课业面前，我们一起面对，紧张的考试面前，我们互相鼓励，在努力地学习着飞翔，在成长中不断地学习。锻炼，等待着羽翼丰满的那一天，在蓝天中划出美丽的弧线。

岁月绵长，我还会努力的飞过高中，飞过大学，甚至更遥远。但心中的梦想总是一路陪伴着我。

青春的梦想很美，像蝴蝶，像樱花，像蒲公英。我会等到“所有梦想都开花”的那天！

I have a dream, I hope the school dining-room can provide us better food. I don’t think you will ask me why, I think we have the same idea!

Long long ago, I want to have lunch with Frank Liu(classmate) on Saturday. We saw few people buy the beef noodle, so we decided to buy that. Then we went to the counter and bought two bowls. I was very surprised to see that there were only three small pieces of beef in my noodle and five in Frank Liu’s. I asked the seller to give us more, but we failed. I asked the seller three times. At last, he gave Frank Liu two pieces.

I was shocked. Then I began to complain about this wick world . I promised that I wouldn’t eat beef noodle any more.

At that time, I had that dream.

Yesterday, I went to lunch with Frank Liu again. This time, we saw no people buy the beef noodle, it was very unusual, and so I bought one. Too my surprised, there were more than six big pieces of beef in my noodle. “What a lucky day!!” I said to myself.

I was very happy, because my dream had come true. But few minutes later, I felt worried again: maybe three days later, there will be three small pieces of beef in the noodle for the second time.

那时，我们敬佩中国的“金甲战士”，在别人危险时，挺身而出，那时我们敬佩美国的“钢铁侠”，武器精良，气势磅礴。而这些，只是从前了，现在，我们步入青春，喜欢的则变成“花木兰”，她替父从军，不畏艰险，只为一“孝”。

但光有这些理由也许还不够，我们为什么喜欢她，现在我也不知道……

也许，是生活变了，性格变了，连头脑也变了，变得简单，而又复杂，总是一味追求着某种东西，一路上躲过危险的陷阱，但又在一路光明的地方到下。

我对青春，长大，爱与恨的交织，苦与乐的交融，泪与笑的相融，在一起，一个人长大，进入青春，变得复杂，甚至有些叛逆，不想成为别人的翻版，只愿独一无二。但是，长大，我们丢失了些什么?仅仅是童真么?年少时心中的美好愿望，梦想，就像一只水晶球，摔碎了，再也无法完整……
