大家好，今天我想给大家演讲的题目——《生命不息 为理想奋斗为青春喝彩》。

大学四年是青春这段时光里最“黄金”的时间段，但如今有部分大学生，还是“早上八九点钟太阳”的年纪，却只知逃课打游戏、约会逛街，整天颓废的度过。

也许有人要问为什么要有梦想?我没有梦想照样活得好好的。苏格拉底回答了，因为“世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗。”托尔斯泰也说：“理想是指路明灯。没有理想就没有坚定的方向，没有方向，就没有生活。”可见人类因梦想而永生，失去梦想，生与死无异。

我们为什么要拥有梦想，因为没有梦想的人往往沉溺在自己的幻想中，不可自拔。古龙曾说：“梦想绝不是梦。两者之间的差别通常有一段非常值得人们深思的距离。”要问那些“家里蹲”的学子为什么没了梦想，那是因为他在幻想、在做梦，他没有发现梦想和梦有着天壤之别。

当然，空有梦想若无实际行动，梦想就是空想、幻想，就是白日梦!在大学里，有很多坚持自己的目标并为之奋斗的人，当然也有不止一次的说要干什么干什么，时间一长，便没了耐心与坚持而抛之脑后的同学。就像很多考研的学生，跟着很多人一起加入了考研大军，但是真正坚持并一条路心无旁骛地走完的没有几个。其实，不管实现梦想的路再长，心之所愿，无事不成。放弃的人也只有两个理由可诉：要么没坚持，要么坚持的不够。那些能一条道走到底的人，不管结果如何，至少不愧对自己。

在演讲的最后我想总结一下我的观念：有梦并为之执着奋斗的人永远没有老，他永远正青春，让我们为这样的青春喝彩!

“轻眉，你到台上不能够紧张。”妈妈边开车边对我说。我今天就要去演讲比赛了。这可是我第一次比赛，我的心不禁有些紧张。

比赛的现场终于到了。妈妈连拖带拽地把我拉进了比赛的现场。这里正中央是一个讲台，讲台前坐着十几名评委。我的心都要跳出来了，要是我没演好，那可怎么办？我战战兢兢地看着妈妈，比赛的时间快到了呀！

我待在台下，看着时间的流逝。突然，一个声音打破了现场的静谧。“下面请吕轻眉小朋友上台。”我听到这一声响，赶忙去看妈妈，想让她给我一些鼓励。妈妈却不知跑哪去了。我咬了咬牙，握了握拳头，擦去了汗，硬着头皮闯了上去。开始，我低着头，不敢吱一下声，可是我又不能不演讲了（因为我已经上台了）。于是我努力地抬起头，心却像只兔子一样，跳个不停。我看着评委们，倒吸了一口凉气。我的天哪！台下有老师，有评委，有参赛者。我一定要证明我是最棒的！我鼓起勇气，用响亮的声音念出了台词。顿时，我的心儿跳得更快了，全场爆发出了一阵热烈的响亮的掌声，全场都鼓励了我，为我鼓掌，我的脸上也洋溢着笑容。

妈妈听见了掌声，笑呵呵地看着我的脸，说：“如果你有自信，你就一定能行！”是啊，只要自信，我就一定可以做到。

每当我们凝视着冉冉上升的五星红旗，看着我们胸前的红领巾，我们就会情不自禁的想起祖国母亲曾经受过的磨难。

鸦片战争、八国联军侵华战争、抗日战争一次次的袭卷我们的祖国;南京大屠杀、卢沟桥事变等等，都像一块巨石压在了祖国母亲身上;一张张领土分割条约把本属于我们的领土让给了别人，这些难道不是我们中国的耻辱吗?是我们中华儿女抛头颅洒热血才使我们的祖国复苏。我们永远也不会忘记祖国和人民的耻辱。

毛主席在天安门广场宣布新中国成立以后，我们的祖国才开始迅速发展起来。我们有了先进的装备和足够的军力，使中国不再受人欺凌;在北京奥运会上，我们荣居排行榜第一;我国发射的嫦娥一号探测卫星，使我国实施绕月探测工程迈出了重要一步;我们祖国的版图上也有许多世界之最，这难道不是我们中国的进步、荣耀吗?

少年强则国强，我们是中华的少年，是神州大地生长的希望，我们为自己是一位中国人而感到自豪，所以我们要好好学习，把祖国建设得更加美好，让祖国屹立于世界!最后让我们大声地呐喊;“祖国，我爱你!”

“我爱我的祖国，一刻也不能分割……”每当这首歌在我耳边响起的时候，我都激动不已，幸福万分。

祖国妈妈您是最伟大的，您用甜美的乳汁哺育了一代又一代的优秀儿女，您用自己的行动谱写着祖国新的篇章。2008年的“绿色奥运”更体现了您的经济实力与国际地位。奥运赛场上，您从零的突破，跻身世界第三的强者行列。在国际体育场上一次次奏响中华人民共和国国歌，升起五星红旗。从体育场上运动员们矫健的身影中，我看到了中国人已不再是“东亚病夫”已真正站起来了。祖国妈妈，您用实力感动了每一位中华儿女。20世纪，你又找回了自己丢失的儿女——香港和澳门。

在祖国妈妈的引导下，被列强瓜分后变得一穷二白的土地上，中华儿女靠着勤劳和智慧创造了一个又一个奇迹。航天载人飞船飞上了太空，青藏铁路的成功开通。这再一次向世人展示，我们中华儿女已经崛起了。

今天我演讲的题目是《好习惯成就好人生》

奥格·曼狄诺曾经说过这样一句话“成功与失败的最大分别是来自不同的习惯。好习惯是开启成功的钥匙，坏习惯则是一扇向失败敞开的门。”这不禁让我想起《感动中国》这本书中鲁迅刻“早”的故事。鲁迅自幼聪颖勤奋，12岁时到三味书屋跟随寿镜吾老师学习，13岁时由于父亲长期患病，家里越来越穷。一次父亲病重，鲁迅一大早就去了当铺和药店，结果上学迟到了，被老师狠狠地骂了一顿。第二天，他早早地来到学样，在书桌的右上角用刀刻了一个“早”字，并许下诺言：以后一定要早起，不能再迟到了。正是这个“早”字，一直激励着鲁迅“时时早，事事早”，并使他最终成为一名伟大的文学家。

朱自清，大家并不陌生，他的散文《背影》、《荷塘月色》感动了一代又一代的读者。正如他在散文《匆匆》中所写的：“燕子去了，有再来的时候;杨柳枯了，有再青的时候;桃花谢了，有再开的时候。可我们的时间却一去永不复返!”朱自清勤奋惜时，如饥似渴地从书中汲取知识，才有了他在文学上的伟大建树。

毛泽东、爱因斯坦、爱迪生等无数中外名人，他们的一生无不以惜时勤奋的好习惯为伴，最终推动和引领起时代发展的滚滚车轮!

播下一个行为，你将收获一个习惯;播下一个习惯，你将收获一个性格;播下一个性格，你将收获一个命运。积千累万，不如养个好习惯。同学们，让我们从现在做起，从小事做起，培养好习惯，成就我们自己美丽的人生。

习惯是一种惯量，也是一种能量的储蓄。祝愿我们每个人都能养成好习惯，成就好人生。

不知道同学们有没有看过一部动画片《机器人瓦力》，他讲述了发生在也许不远后的将来，那时的地球被层层叠叠的垃圾覆盖，没有绿意，没有生命，只有每天的大风沙来袭。人类没有灭绝，只是成了可耻的逃兵，在宇宙飞船上忘记怎么直立行走，忘记还有一个曾经的家园。这不是我们所希望看到的未来，但若现在每天不负责任地漠视与糟蹋，就是在一点点，抛弃我们的地球。

同学们，每年的3月12日，是我国的“全民植树节”。植树节，为了绿色和环境所设定的节日。我们中华民族自古就有“爱树、育树”的传统。爱白杨的挺拔，爱垂柳的柔美，爱松树不屈的风骨。除了这种精神的寄托外，人们更看重它的实用价值。有了树，才会有和谐美丽的大自然;有了树，才有清爽、新鲜的空气;有了树，才会有高楼、房屋;有了树才会有我们吃的各类食物。树，它不仅能防风固沙，保持水土，还能美化环境。所有这些，都使人们高度重视绿树的作用。于是才有了这一年一度的绿色节日-植树节。如今，植树造林已成为民族风尚，绿化家园成为时代的追求。

但是，现在仍然时常听到媒体报道各地随意伐树，破坏水源，大气污染、严重雾霾……使我们的生活环境受到严重的威胁。

也许有的同学会说，环保离我太遥远了。但我要提醒你，环保就在我们的身边，并且无时无刻不在。在校园里，你也许把花坛里的花儿摘下来自己去欣赏了，草坪上你的脚丫也许就不经意扼杀了一棵棵小草的生命，你的篮球也许一不小心就把树叶给打落了;还有的同学把零食包装袋随手乱扔，操场上纸屑漫天飞，还有墙壁上你的信手涂鸦。太多的不经意，太多的不注意环保，已经使校园和我们的周围环境正在遭受着你的践踏!在这里我要呼吁：环境保护从我做起，从我们身边做起!请记住：拥有了美好的环境，才能创造出美好的未来!

“燕子来时春社，梨花落后清明。”再过几天就到了清明节，我国传统的清明节大约始于周代，已有二千五百多年的历史。我想很多同学都已经和家长们去祭祖扫墓了。“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂”，说的就是每当这个特殊的时候，人们都会倍加思念已经死去的亲人，心情难免伤感。

在中国，人们都有在清明为亲人，为长眠在烈士陵园的英烈们扫墓的习俗，用这种方式来怀念逝者，寄托哀思。这个传统对我们这样一个崇尚礼仪、明礼诚信的民族、一个充满仁爱，讲究和谐的礼仪之邦来说，绝对应该传承发扬。我们正处在社会转型期，在城市化进程中、在现代文明的熏陶中、在市场经济的大潮中，最可怕的是主流民族文化精髓缺失，本民族长期形成的传统美德的泯灭。所以，在清明到来时，我们应该宣传、弘扬兼融民族精神和时代精神的社会主义荣辱观、公民基本道德规范，进行爱国主义教育，培养亲情、传承善感恩、敬老爱幼的良好风尚。祭奠，只是一种形式，但它可以唤醒我们心中的激情。祭奠可以表达我们心中的情感。祭奠祖先，表达的是子孙对亲长的追思，这种情感显示的正是我们中华民族的孝道，它不仅是思念的情感和行动，更是一种庄严的承诺：对先人永怀感恩之心，感谢先人赋予我们生命并给予荫庇，并借祭奠将这种感恩的心传继给后代，让他们珍惜眼前的亲人，笃行孝道! “清明无客不思家”，清明，唤起的是怎样一份对家对长辈对亲人的深切的牵挂!

缅怀先烈，让我们永远也不会忘记我们头顶的红旗是怎样的灿烂?在灿烂和恢弘里，她叠印着那枪林弹雨中挺起的坚毅身躯，那弥漫硝烟中发出的震天吼声，甲午海战、“九·一八”事变、大渡河畔、淮海战场上隆隆的枪炮声，那关天培、邓世昌、杨靖宇、董存瑞无畏的气概， “中华英雄”，刀刻般写铸不朽历史诗篇。清明，我们缅怀先烈，回眸英雄事迹，聆听生命长眠、精神永垂的乐音，解读抛头颅、洒热血的豪情……在心底巍然矗立一座民族气概的丰碑!无数英烈用他们的生命，谱写了一曲曲壮烈的爱国乐章。难道他们不知道生命的可贵吗?不!他们非常珍惜自己的生命，但是他们深深懂得：在祖国危亡之时，作为一个中国人，拯救祖国，捍卫祖国、建设祖国是自己的责任，为了祖国的解放和繁荣，烈士们抛头颅洒热血，战火中出生入死，监牢里坚贞不屈，刑场上大义凛然，灾难来临时挺身而出，他们用生命、热血换来了华夏民族的新生。

英烈们虽然离我们而去，但他们的事业还没有完成。与发达国家相比，中国依然贫穷落后。为了圆民族强盛梦，让先烈的理想变成现实，每个炎黄子孙责无旁贷地担负起建设富强祖国的历史重任。新的世纪给爱国主义注入了新的内涵，爱国不再让我们去抛头颅洒热血。但今天我们在这里讲爱国，我想首先应该落脚在我们的工作、学习、爱校、敬业上，试想一个不爱自己工作的人，一个不爱自己学校的人，一个不爱学习科学文化知识的人，还能谈得上爱国吗?不管我们将来走到哪里，不管我们从事什么样的工作，我们都是祖国的儿女，肩负着先烈们没有完成的事业。只要祖国需要，我们也会像他们一样毫不犹豫地奉献一切，即使没有显赫的名声，没有丰厚的报酬，我们也无怨无悔。

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家下午好，我叫xxx，来自10计科二班，我今天竞选的职务是：xx学院团委副书记。

前面几位同学的发言，真心让我看到了数计学院学生工作更上一层楼的希望的所在。他们无形中也给我给了我很大的压力，不过我觉得我们各有各的优势。萤火虫虽然没有太阳的光芒，可他却照亮了太阳所不能带来光明的黑夜!下面就请由我来阐述我做学生工作所具有的优势吧!

当然我的优势并不是跟前几位一样长得都潇洒倜傥，我的优势在这里(心中)，在这里(脑海里)。

首先，我有两年的学生会工作经验，

从组织部的一名小干事，到组织部部长。其中的经历很难用一两句话来述说。但是我想用用三句话做一个总结，这三点也是我对学弟学妹们的忠告：第一：学生会干部不是干部，是同学们的服务员，更是大家值得信赖的朋友。第二：要让别人成为你的最佳合作伙伴，你们得首先成为好朋友。第三：所有对你的批评甚至是指责都是有依据有缘由的。我觉得在学生会的工作中要处理好三种关系：第一：与同学之间的关系，第二：与同事之间的关系，第三：与上级领导之间的关系。在两年的学生会工作生活中，我没有把学生会当做是一个权利集中的官场，没有在这里为自己攫取自己的私利，我是把这里当做一个可以付出真心和真情的家，我一直认为：用真情是可以换来真情的。事实上，我在这里也交到了很多朋友!他们让我在学生会里在大学里不再感到孤独;在很多人大呼“伤不起”的学生会，我找到了自己的快乐!在很多人都感叹神马都是浮云的大学里，我找到了自己的价值所在!

其次我要说的是我自己身上所具有的品质与精神。

也许我不够圆滑，中国官场的厚黑学我连皮毛都没有吃透;也许我不够有魄力，在这里讲话都要拿出我向女孩子表白的勇气;也许我不够老练成熟，在学长学姐面前仍然是一个黄毛小子……但是我仍然有值得我自己骄傲的地方!你们可以怀疑1+1=2的正确性，但是你们不要轻易的怀疑一个在别人看来枯燥无味的组织部坚持了两年的老同志的毅力，不要轻易怀疑会为了工作经常熬夜奋战的老同志的责任心;不要轻易怀疑从一个不敢在人前大声说话的农村少年到现在的一个，在这么多人的讲台上侃侃而谈的老同学所付出的努力!也不要怀疑一个基本上不用父母负担自己生活费的少年所付出的艰辛!

当然我还有很多不足之处，我至今尚未处理好工作跟学习之间的矛盾，有时候过于感情用事，未能从大局出发;我的情商指数并不是很高，我用霍兰德情商测试的结果为：中等水平;我比较粗心大意，对细节的把握不是很到位。老实说，我的缺点可能比优点还要多，如果我要是全部说完的话，估计你们就要向我吐槽说：不给力啊，亲!这种场合下，我还是保留一下自己的形象吧~

说完了自己，接下来说说我对团委工作的展望。老实说，团委的工作，政治成分很大，一直都是领导分派任务下来，然后我们负责完成。当然团委本来就是上级团组织和学院各个团支部之间的一个桥梁。用计算机方面的知识来解释就是：团委是一个介于其他硬件和cpu之间的一个总线~ 但是我希望这根总线能够发挥出更大的效率，要集思广益，把这根总线变宽，更快。以前的团委政治色彩过于浓重，是一个：命令-执行-反馈的模式。但是站在新世纪的路口，理应用一种更开放的眼光建设新型团委。做到公平公正公开，每个成员之间都是平等的，没有鲜明的上下级关系，每个人都有贡献自己idea和发挥自己才干的机会。新型的团委模式是：反馈-集中-处理-分享。要把它打造成一个多核的cpu，就要充分释放每一个人的力量。要让团委的每一个成员都有主人翁意识，简而言之：钓鱼岛是中国的，团委是大家的!

各位同学、各位老师，星期一早上好!

我今天讲的题目是：好习惯成就好人生。先请同学们听一个小故事：父子两住山上，每天都要赶牛车下山卖柴。老父较有经验，坐镇驾车，山路崎岖，弯道特多。儿子眼神较好，总是在要转弯时提醒道：“爹，转弯啦!”

有一次父亲因病没有下山，儿子一人驾车。到了弯道，牛怎么也不肯转弯，儿子用尽各种方法，下车又推又拉，用青草诱之，牛一动不动。

到底是怎么回事?儿子百思不得其解。最后只有一个办法了，他左右看看无人，贴近牛的耳朵大声叫道：“爹，转弯啦!”牛应声而动。

英国教育家洛克说：“习惯一旦养成之后，便用不着借助记忆，很容易很自然地就能发生作用了。”事实确实是这样的。牛用条件反射的方式活着，而人则以习惯生活。一个成功的人晓得如何培养好的习惯来代替坏的习惯，当好的习惯积累多了，自然会有一个好的人生。

正如培根所说“习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量。它可以主宰人生。”要拥有美好人生，必须养成好的习惯，让它服务于我们。

同学们，学期已经过半，开学至今，对于养成训练方面，我们德育处提了：养成文明礼貌、讲究卫生、爱护公物、安全记心中等习惯。请同学们想一想，这些好习惯，你们都养成了吗?相信，绝大多数的同学已养成了不少的好习惯，这些好习惯将伴随你们，令你们今后的人生路走得更顺畅些。可也有那么一小部分同学，他们在养成训练方面的表现不令人满意。下面，老师选取几个镜头，请同学们辨别对照一下。镜头一：每逢吃水果、牛奶，从食堂到教学楼随处可见牛奶的包装袋和水果的外皮;镜头二：不少同学在食堂吃好饭，食堂外面明明有路，可他们就是喜欢在草坪上走;镜头三：课间，总看见有同学在走廊、教室里追逐打闹;镜头四：午间，总有同学不做好作业就玩……刚才我所说的那几个镜头，只是我们所见的不和谐镜头中的一部分。当然，这些镜头所反映的只是我们身边的一小部分同学。可只要我们掉以轻心，放松对自己的要求，这种不和谐镜头会越来越多，使我们离良好的习惯会越来越远。同学们，为了我们自己的将来、为了我们美好和谐的校园，让我们从现在开始养成良好的习惯吧!

今天，我讲话的题目是《勿忘国耻，立志成才》!

今年，十二届全国人大常委会第七次会议表决通过了将12月13日确定为南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日的决定。

77年前的12月13日，一个比今天还要冷的日子。那一天日军的炮火轰开了南京的大门，灭绝人性的侵略者用机枪扫射、活埋、把人当做刺杀的靶子，对手无寸铁的中国平民进行了长达六周的惨绝人寰的大规模屠杀。他们以极其残忍的手段屠杀了我30万余同胞!惨叫四起，撕心裂肺;尸骸遍地，触目惊心。

这是历史上屈辱的一天，这是让我们中国人心痛的日子，这是一段永远无法让中国人忘却的国耻。

国家公祭，既是对自己死难同胞灵魂的安抚，也是对那些犯罪者的警示，警告这个罪孽深重又不愿悔改的邻国，更是告诫我们的国民，保持清醒状态，不要有片刻的忘却与麻木，绝不能忘却历史、忘却苦难。这不是在宣泄情绪，不是在倡导民族复仇，而是提醒我们每一个人，我们是一个整体，我们在共同悲痛。

少年强，则国强;少年弱，则国弱。“前事不忘，后事之师”，南京大屠杀告诉我们一个道理：落后就要挨打。但我们还痛心的发现在我们身边，我们还能够看到少数麻木不仁的同学，整天没有奋斗目标，没有上进心，不认真学习，不遵守纪律，不懂得孝敬父母，甚至整天游手好闲，惹是生非。我要问这些同学，你们这样混迹下去，对得起含辛茹苦，翘首盼望你成人成才的父母和老师吗?对得起自己的良心吗?对得起中国少年这四个字吗?你们能撑起中国的脊梁吗?

“中国梦，我的梦”，我们每个人都要不断实现自我梦想，共筑中国梦。作为我们每一个学生，我们就要从做好学生这个根本出发，“明志笃学”珍惜每一天，为自己的理想和目标不懈努力，坚持奋斗。我们要自觉遵守“八礼四仪”，养成良好的学习、生活习惯和文明礼仪习惯。遵守规章制度，尊敬老师，刻苦学习，热爱劳动，关心他人，善于合作，以优异的成绩向30万死难者保证，向全世界庄严宣告，作为中国当代青年学生，我行，我们行!

愿死难者的冤魂得以安息!愿伟大的中国梦早日实现!愿我们每个同学都能茁壮成长!

We Chinese people are brave and hardworking. We have a glorious revolutionary tradition. We drove out all the enemies. In 1949 the Peoples Republic of China was founded. Since then great changes have taken place in our motherland. Now our country is getting stronger and stronger. We Chinese people are working hard to make our motherland into a powerful country.

Children are regarded as “flower of our motherland”. In our country children are taken very good care of. Special laws have been issuedto protect them. Thousands of schools have been set up to make education available to all children. The Party and the government pay special attention to the growth of children because they represent our bright future.

Motherlands destiny is just that everyone Chineses destiny , development of motherland and need to depend on our every Chinese sons and daughterss contribution prosperous and powerful and struggle. But we ought to be missing me at any time for the motherland makes some what, is not what, has ardent love for the motherland from asking for some motherland mother there being able to depend on a meaningless term only by no means. As one middle school student , one League member of the Communist Youth League, I want to study well, contribution being that development of motherland makes self out. 每个人都有梦想，它是人人所向往的。没有梦想的人的人生将是空虚的，人生没有梦想就如飞机失去航标，船只失去灯塔，终将被社会所淘汰。但梦想总是随着思想的前进而改变的。碌碌无为是庸人所为，奋发图强是智者之举。

童年时，我有一个梦想，我希望我有钱。大人问：“小伙子，有了钱你要去干什么呢?”“我要去买泡泡糖”“如果你有很多钱呢?”“我会去买很多泡泡糖”“如果你有用不完的钱呢?”“我会把做泡泡糖的工厂买下来。”的确小时侯的我们，天真无邪，有着一颗善良的童心，幸福与快乐是一曲不变的乐章。

慢慢步入小学，中学……就越会觉得压力的存在。现在我有一个梦想。我希望每天都不要有很多的家庭作业要做。玩耍的时间一点点被剥夺，而我们一天中40%被禁锢在教室，很多时间在学习。但是面对学习，还是一种模糊的认识。俗话说“难得糊涂”，对事物的理解，也由封建主义发展到资本主义，越大就越觉得自己的观点是对的。

上初中的时候，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能成为一名尖子生;回到家能受到家人的表扬;在学校能受到老师们的肯定;在同学之间能有鹤立鸡群的表现。但是，渐渐的，我发现实现这个梦想并不能靠要耍耍孩子气。之后，我学会了奋斗。

忙忙碌碌一天加上晚自习后放学回家，真是又困又累，吃夜宵都没有味道。这样的日子很单调，也许有时候想念许多小学同学，有时候赶着上课还是一双朦胧的睡眼。讨厌死板的校服装，从不穿着它到处走。星期六、星期天的时间真很短，孩子脾气真想犯，慢慢懂了做人的辛苦和梦想真是太难，还好我会努力，看每一个人都在为了生活而起早赶晚，把握自己不再松散。

今天，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能考上一所中意的高中。我为着梦想，`每一天都苦苦寻找着充实自己的辅导书与练习卷，为着光明的未来而努力。
