我的舅舅常年在上海做生意，很少回来，只是在农历大年的时候才有点时间回来看看我的外公、外婆。因此，我很难看见他。记得一次新年，舅舅回来了，看上去脸色比往年沧桑了不少。他慢慢地蹲下身子，抚摸着我的头，轻声地询问我：“考得怎么样？身体还好吧？去不去上海玩？”总是用一些温馨的话语了解我的情况，使我倍感温暖。

一天过去了，两天过去了，钟老师怎么还没有给大家发新年礼物呢？同学们开始议论起来：是不是因为这两天我们的表现不太好，大家过年的兴奋劲还没过去，一下课就吵吵闹闹，写字潦潦草草？找到了问题的原因，同学们开始齐心协力使劲了，上课认真了，作业仔细了，写字工整了……第三天放学时，我们终于拿到了翘首以待的新年礼物──钟老师利用寒假时间亲手为每个同学编织的杯垫，而且每个杯垫都不一样。我们都很开心。

我的杯垫是用毛线精心织成的，最外层是一圈白色，第二层是一圈绿色，第三层是一圈翠绿色，而最里面一层是一圈淡紫色。看上去就像个小花园，白色的篱笆里面，高大的深绿色乔木围在外圈，翠绿的灌木围在中间，最里面是紫色的花丛，我们是花园里的花草树木，而老师是辛勤的园丁呵护着我们。这个杯垫让我爱不释手，时不时地拿出来看看，它陪我吃饭，陪我做作业，睡觉时它也在枕头边陪着我……

这个杯垫满载着钟老师对我们浓浓的爱，我一定要把这份新年礼物好好的珍藏起来，更要努力学习，用实际行动回报老师。
