今天是我们学校一年一度的运动会，运动会的主题是“身”“勤”并“帽”。

我们这次运动会要自己做帽子，我们班的帽子是这样做的：首先，拿一张报纸，再把报纸卷成状，再用双面胶把报纸两头粘起来。然后再拿一张报纸，像之前一样把报纸卷起来，再拿剪刀把报纸的一头的中间剪大概手掌那么宽的距离，树枝就做好了。然后再把树枝用双面胶粘到做好的圆圈上面去，用白乳胶把纸巾粘到帽子的全身，等白乳胶干了后，就可以涂上自己喜欢的颜色了。我们班的帽子看起来很简单做，但做起来很难，不信，你不妨做做。

我们带上自己做的帽子，兴高采烈的来到了操场，不一会儿就到我们班走圈了，我们带上自己做的帽子走到了主席台前喊我们班的口号：爱自然，爱运动，必争第一。叫完后，我们就到草坪就做，等所有班都走完圈后，运动会就正式开始了。

第一个项目是拔河，拔完河后就到亲子活动了。

睡完觉后就是团体跳绳了，时间有3分钟，我们很团结跳着，没有说话，跳到一半，拉拉队突然喊：加油，努力，跳绳要用力。使我们跳的更好了。3，2，1时间到了，我们只失误了一次，所以我们班跳了257个，几乎是全校第一了。听到这个消息后，我一蹦四尺高。

团体跳绳后就到100米女子跑步了，我等了好久才到我跑。枪一响，我们这对的人像打了鸡血一样，豹子一般的跑了出去，最后，小A跑了第2名，我呢?就不告诉你们了，自己猜!

要是时间永远停留在这一天，那该多好啊!

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face. My friend hurried to come to me. He asked me if this was terrible. I was too pained with my back to answer his questions. Though I didnt have the whole game. I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places. They were all best in my eyes. I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

体操是我最喜欢的运动。今天早上我和妈妈一起在电视上看了女子团体体操决赛，中国队和美国队是夺冠大热门，而且两个队又刚好在一组，所以这场比赛非常精彩。

在前两个项目的比赛中，两个队的表现都很出色，竞争很激烈，比分不相上下。第三项是平衡木，也是所有项目中最难的一项比赛，因为平衡木只有10厘米宽，要在上面完成各项动作，实在不是一件容易的事。

中国队的队长程菲先上场，她一上来就完成了几个高难的动作，非常可惜的是，她不久就从平衡木上掉了下来，妈妈说这是非常重大的失误，要被扣很多分的，我真为她感到惋惜。但是程菲并没有马上放弃，只见她又信心十足地跳上平衡木，后面的动作也越做越好，最后得到了15。15分。

接下来上场的是美国队，她们的队长叫萨克拉莫尼，她一上场就从平衡木上掉了下来，在后面的比赛中我觉得她有点心慌，上了平衡木以后总是怕再掉下来，所以她那套动作没做好，只得了15.10分。

最后一项是自由操的比赛，美国队先上场。又是这个萨克拉莫尼，她上场不久就摔倒了，坐在了地上，后面脚又跳出了界，这两个都是重大失误，所以她最后只得了14。125分。我想她可能是因为前面平衡木掉下来了，就变得不太自信了，所以失误连连，我真为她感到可惜呀!

接下来是中国队上场，有我喜欢的程菲、江钰源和邓琳琳，她们都发挥得很出色，最后中国队获得了冠军。

看完比赛后，妈妈说要我学习中国队队长的这种精神：任何时候都要对自己有信心，凡事不可以轻易放弃。

我在电视里观看体操比赛的时候，也会学着去模仿那些动作，因为那是我最喜欢的运动，我也下定决心，要好好练好体操，以后有机会去参加相关的训练和比赛。
