A Little Princess is a touching novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett—a famous novelist and dramatist. It obviously contains lots of fancied plots, but the parts it talks about creating miracles, can really reach the bottom of my heart. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.

In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. Sara was confident, brave, optimistic and kind-hearted just like before and she had never given up her enthusiasm of life. No matter when, Sara acted like a princess, and on account of this, she had accomplished a great deal of miracles over and over again.

After reading this outstanding book, I was shocked by Sara, a little girl who suffered such unimaginable pain and tortures, but still had an opposite attitude towards life. What impresses me most is that Sara put on her act of being a princess when she wore thin bottom shoes, wading in the street of London. From my point of view, her spirit of being so strong-minded when she was in hard times is worth admiring.

Truly, every girl is a princess coming into common life. The “princess” I mean is not a princess living in the palace and being regarded as the apple of everyone’s eye. As the matter of fact, the “princess” is at heart. I am in the belief that every ordinary girl in the world can be a princess. The way for a girl to be a princess is quite simple. Just suppose! You can suppose yourself to be a princess, and go about your business confidently without caring how the others would treat you. If you want to have more resemblance to a princess, be more kind and try your best to help the people in need. The most important thing you are supposed to do is that to feel like a real princess at any occasion, particularly when you are involved with enormous melancholy. 从前，有一对懒夫妻，不愿意靠劳动致富，就每天向神祷告、求福，让夫妻俩过上好日子，神答应给他们一只母鸡。夫妻他们心里想：一只母鸡有什么用，还不够吃一天的，明天中午把它杀掉算了。

第二天中午，丈夫拿着刀，去鸡舍杀鸡时，却吓了一跳，便大叫一声。妻子以为丈夫出了什么事情，所以便去鸡舍一看，她也吓了一跳，因为那只母鸡的鸡窝里有一颗金灿灿、沉甸甸的金鸡蛋。后来，夫妻俩用金蛋卖掉的钱，为鸡做了最舒服的窝，给它喂最好的食物。当母鸡吃好住好后，每天晚上都给他们生一个又大又沉的金蛋。他们发了大财，买了田地，雇了许多佃户，又盖起了大房子。

《小妇人》这本书主要讲的是：马奇一家有四个姐妹，他们的生活清贫，简单而又温馨。整本书描述了她们从懵懵懂懂的少女时代慢慢蜕变，长大，变得懂事了。本来姐妹们之间有许多的间隙，互相看不顺眼，大家天天吵吵闹闹的，一点儿也不和谐。但她们慢慢的懂得了互相之间谦让，礼貌。

我和我的妹妹本来年龄相差不大，各自都有自己的想法，不仅是玩不到一块去，还经常吵架。这本书让我和妹妹深有感触——我们也要学长大后的四姐妹，于是，我们决定和平相处，也要对对方礼貌和谦让。

渐渐的，我们的关系变好了，我也发现了她的“优点”，比如说，妹妹很会聊天，找话题，她跑步也很厉害，可以和我一起比赛跑步。而且，她还是一个游戏大王，玩游戏特别牛，她还很可爱，她还……

现在，我们在一起玩的很好，成了“连体人”。干什么都在一起，即使起了争执，也会互相商量，找到两个人都愿意的方案。记得那一天，我想出去玩，她想在家看电视，要是以前，我们早就为了这种小事吵起来了，但现在则不同，我们长大了，我们商量商量，我们去逛商场吧，这样，既不听我的，也不听她的。很公平。

I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It’s pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn’t think she’s beautiful. But she’s smart. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.

I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.

今天我读了一本书，叫《成语故事》，书中有很多个我们耳熟能详的成语小故事，其中《自相矛盾》这个故事 给我留下了深刻的印象。

这一课，讲的是一个楚国人，在推销矛和盾的时候，一时说他卖的盾坚固无比戳不破，一时又说卖的矛非常锋利戳无不破。由于说话绝对化，前后矛盾，被人一问：用你的矛攻你的盾会怎么样?结果不能自圆其说，陷入尴尬境地。

在日常生活中，有时候想事情或讲话不注意，也常常会自相矛盾，比如有时说妈妈对自己很好，放假时生活上无微不至的关心，吃得好、穿得好，玩得好，有时又说妈妈很坏，开学以后什么事都管得很严格，中午不睡觉要管、放学回家晚一些要管，作业没完成要管，越想越愤愤不平。

中国有四大名著《水浒传》、《三国演义》、《西游记》和《红楼梦》，部部皆是精彩绝伦。最吸引我的非《红楼梦》莫属了。

《红楼梦》带着忧伤、凄凉的气氛，让人常常想落泪，而里面的诗词之多又让人不得不折服其下，怪不得有那么多的人在研究《红楼梦》呢!

故事讲的是一个家族的兴衰，一个家族的大小故事。主人公为贾宝玉，他应该说来是一个柔中稍稍带刚的男子，他的柔有部分是因为环境所致，他们家上上下下几乎都是女性，掌管全家的也全是女子，自然而然地就应了一句话“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”。他们的家族是因为家中一女子进宫当了皇帝的宠妃而盛起，于是他们天天吟诗作乐，而其中又有两女子非提不可，那便是薛宝钗和林黛玉。林黛玉生性猜忌，多愁善感，可贾宝玉偏偏就是喜欢她，她身子弱，老祖宗看不上她，便骗贾宝玉与薛宝钗成亲，林黛玉闻讯气死，而当贾宝玉揭开喜帕发现并非林黛玉，而林黛玉又身亡，悲痛欲绝，出家当了和尚。

这里的是是非非是“剪不断，理还乱”，让人看到古时婚姻的纰漏，它们往往全有父母处理，什么“指腹为婚”，更为可笑的是，他们有时从未见过面便稀里糊涂地成亲了。而且古时女子争着要进宫，因为那样可以使家族富贵，可皇帝有上千嫔妃，得宠一时，没多久又要被淡忘了，她们又何苦进宫呢?皇帝姥儿们饮酒作乐，衣食无忧，而老百姓则是吃了上顿没有下顿，生活之苦让人难以想象，也怪不得有了一次又一次的起义“造反”了，祸害之缘还是在于皇帝身上啊。这一出出的悲剧让人心寒而又愤怒，让人不由得痛恨起古时的苛捐杂税，它们把老百姓一步一步往火坑边上推，真让人深恶痛疾。

《红楼梦》一书让我时而高兴时而忧伤，时而愤怒时而感慨万千，也让我想了很多，或许吧，事事不能完美，而人也如此。

The story reminds us of valuing all we were possessing. A life lasts for a short time and anything in it lasts shorter. We always lose something unconsciously and then feel regretful when we need them later.

Characters in the story were so vivid as if they had been going to jump out of the story, as if they had been existed in the real life at first.

“Land is the only thing in the world that amounts to anything, for ‘this the only thing in this world that lasts, and don’t you be forgetting it’ this the only thing worth working for, worth fighting for——worth dying for.” Said Gerald, an Irish man who loved his soil more than his own life, let us know that life can be born out of land.

“But Scarlett, did it ever occur to you that even the most deathless love could wear out? Mine wore out, against Ashley Wilkes and your insane obstinacy that makes you hold on like a bulldog to anything you think about.”

Said Scalett O’hara, the most wonderful woman I’ve ever seen. She was hard and greedy and unscrupulous, a brave, frightened, bull-headed child. Though she only thought about how to attract man’s attention and did not do anything useful before the war, she did surprise me when I read about her doings after the war. At that time, her Tara was just reduced to ashes. Everyone sketched out their hands and asked her for food. She bravely faced the reality and rebuilt Tara with her own hands. What a tough woman, I thought. Though those she loved were all gone, she was still full of hope. When Rett didn’t love her anymore and wanted to leave her, she said “I mustn’t bawl… even if he doesn’t love me.” A woman’s dignity could be seen from what she have said and done. That’s why I appreciate her.

This novel gave me too much to think about and I can not fully express myself in English. It is true that reading an origin is more vivid than the translated ones. However, my English level limits me to understand the origin well without the translated. But I will work hard in order to understand better.

The novel is my treasure, forever, because I find myself in Scarlett and find the world I live in inside the story.

That’s really an excellent novel, with an ending from which you can see hope rising from despair.

《三国演义》是中国四大名著之一。我读完这本书之后真是让我意味深长。

《三国演义》中的故事生动有趣，栩栩如生。有三顾茅庐，空城计，赤壁大战，火烧连营等等，从这些故事中让我认识了许许多多的英雄人物：求贤若渴的刘备，坚贞不离的关羽，鲁莽的张飞，阴险狡诈却又有勇有谋的曹操，聪明机智的诸葛亮……其中我最喜欢里面的诸葛亮。他知天文，晓地理，识人心，他神机妙算，足智多谋。刘备三顾茅庐请他出山。诸葛亮的博学多才真是值得我们学习。

读完这本书，让我学到了很多做人的道理：面对事情要冷静的对待，待人要忠诚，胸怀要宽广。遇到困难，只要我们多动脑筋，就能战胜许多难以克服的困难。

书乃是人类进步的阶梯，从古至今，书一直是人们的充电机。我也是一个爱读书的孩子，在我读过的书中有一本叫作《地心游记》，它的内容非常精彩，可以说它是我小学阶段读过的众多书中最爱的书之一了。

第一次目睹《地心游记》的“芳容”是在学校的操场上。那天学校老师请同学们上台自由推荐自己最爱的书，一位男同学上台介绍了这本书，说这本书是多么的好看，主人公黎登布洛克教授是他最崇拜的人。最崇拜的人?我的好奇心被激起了，仔细地看了一下封面，书面印刷简洁醒目，橙红两色相间，上面有四个大字：“地心游记”。字上方一个红色方框内是黎登布洛克教授正在探险。他惊讶的神情让我很想知道发生了什么。我暗暗在想，回家一定要让妈妈买给我。谁知学业繁忙的我竟然把这件事忘到了九霄云外，差点与《地心游记》失之交臂。

不知过了多久，在一个星期天，妈妈带我去新华书店看书，我意外的又发现了它的踪迹。在那一堆琳琅满目的图书中，我一下就看到了《地心游记》，它不仅是新课标必读名著，还是全国优秀畅销书。我如获至宝，立刻拿起它走向妈妈，告诉她我想买这本书。妈妈翻看了简介和目录，说：“嗯，这本书还真挺好的，但是它的版本很多，我们回家上网看看在网上买是不是便宜些。”我有些失望，但想想妈妈说的也有道理，就恋恋不舍地和《地心游记》道别了。回到家里，妈妈上网搜到了这套书，但因为网上显示在世界读书日当天买书有更优惠的活动，妈妈就说等几天再买。谁知后来和我一样“贵人多忘事”的妈妈竟把买书的事给忘了。可怜的《地心游记》又再次与我“擦肩而过”!

也许我和这本书有缘分吧!一天，我不小心把后排同学桌上的一本书给碰翻了掉在了地上，我捡起来一看，竟是《地心游记》，我立即激动地叫起来!再看看我心爱的书，感觉它是多么期待被我阅读啊!这次我不敢再拖延了，立刻写了一张小纸条放在了笔袋，晚上一回家就让妈妈赶紧给我买。妈妈满怀歉意，立刻下单了。第二天放学回家，一本崭新的《地心游记》就送到了我的手中。我赶紧翻开它，细细阅读。它果然不负所望，非常精彩。黎登布洛克带着他的侄子开启了一次惊心动魄的地心历险，虽然一路上遇到许多艰难险阻，但黎登布洛克教授凭着自身的智慧和勇往直前的精神把这些困难都一一克服了，并最终回到了意大利。我读了无数遍后现在几乎能倒背如流。每当我向别人推荐它时，就会不由自主地想起得到它时的不易，就觉得倍加珍惜。
