Wind blows up bags higher and higher in the sky. It is a scary thought that some day the earth will turn into a huge garbage land. Wastes, if not treated properly, will make our life a living nightmare.

The environmental issue is getting worse almost every day in cities with very large population. As is often the case, city development outpaces environmental protection. People consume great amount of natural resources and produce wastes. To effectively address such problems, cities need to spend big money. In addition, they need to call to the attention of people to become more environmentally responsible.

Many people are becoming less responsible and easily influenced by bad behaviors. “Why should I care while others shouldn’t?” Such idea makes some people only concern with places where they live and work. Furthermore, people sometimes even purposely litter for revenge to other people.

Although media promotes environmental awareness, good people are often snubbed as posers who try to set up a superior image in real life. Consequently, they are intimated of receiving negative comments for doing the right thing. Wrong as it is, such phenomenon is widespread especially among youngsters and people with low income and little education.

However, our society is waging a campaign against environmental pollution. People learn the harms of un-degradable lunch boxes and other polluting wastes. Laws in many countries prohibit or limit excessive use of polluting bags. Companies are continually replacing the old materials with more environmental friendly and recyclable kinds. Nowadays, the biggest nature park for panda in China is in Sichuan. There is a research centre for nature and wild life there. Scientists hope that one day they will have enough pandas to be set free and let them live in the wild again.

Mistreat your animals and someone might take them from you.

Allen （not his real name） is driving north out of Virginia in the middle of the night， with stolen property in the back of his van. But Allen isn‘t a criminal – in fact he normally would never dream of breaking the law.

The “property” he stole is a dog he calls Flash. Allen doesn‘t particularly want Flash – in fact， in a few hours he‘ll drop him off at a stranger‘s house and never see him again. “I couldn‘t just stand by and do nothing，” he explains. “The owner was plainly neglecting the dog， but the police wouldn‘t do anything about it.”

For over a year， Flash had been tied to a tree in front of someone‘s house. “He was sick and malnourished，” says Allen. “More than once I saw [the owner] kick him for no reason at all.” Allen had repeatedly tried to get the owner to take better care of the animal， or to give it away to someone who would. Finally， he took matters into his own hands – in the dead of night， he took Flash off his chain and drove away with him.

Within an hour， Flash had a new license tag and was being treated by a veterinarian who knew better than to ask questions. Pictures of the dog were put up on animal rescue websites， asking for someone to adopt the dog. A couple in New York offered to take the dog， and animal lovers in states along the way agreed to provide transportation.

Nobody can say for sure how many animals like Flash are ‘rescued‘ every year – receiving stolen property is a crime， so rescuers tend to stay in the shadows. But a growing number of empty collars attests to their work as more and more animals find their way to loving homes.

Most kids like animals. Girls like cats, and boys like dogs. However, my favorite animal is the horse.

The horses are strong, not like the tame cats or puppy dogs. They look wild and hard to get close. Yet, they will be very timid and friendly after they get to know you. Horses remember the way home. They are also faithful to their masters. They even understand what you are trying to tell them. Ive heard many stories about how a horse saved his masters life. Thats also the reason why I love horses. They never betray you.

动物和人类应该是好朋友，可为什么动物会和人类为敌呢?是因为人类没有把动物发在眼里。比如奶牛。人类用奶牛生产奶牛，可等奶牛没有奶的时候，人类就会把奶牛残忍地杀死。奶牛没奶时，不会将它放生吗?奶牛也是一条活生生的生命啊!近几年的“鼠疫、艾滋病、疯牛病、禽流感”，这些都是动物们奋起反击的预兆呀!难道人类还要打第三次世界大战吗?我们的祖先就是高级动物呀!如果人类再不制止这种滥杀动物的行为，是对我们的地区母亲沉重的打击呀!

我们现在不要再破坏动物的家园，这样动物们就可以安心繁殖后代。朋友们，还动物们一片蔚蓝的天空，让小鸟自由地飞翔;给动物一片绿草地，让牛羊欢快地奔跑;还动物一片汪洋，让动物无忧无虑地畅游海洋之中。也许，这样可以安抚动物们受伤的心灵。动物原本不坏，只是人类破坏它们的家园，这些只是它们对人类的“报复”而已。

保护动物，与自然和谐

曾经，我就被一部有关动物的电视记录片深深地吸引。并不是因为难得见到这些凶猛的大型野生动物的新鲜感，而是那在莽原旷野中，驰骋天地间的自由与彪悍，是那捍卫生命、繁衍生息的勇猛搏斗和艰辛觅食的生命意志。

曾经，我见过一位摄影家从西藏拍摄的一幅照片，并为之振奋。那是雪地里一只双目凝视着远方的狼，那双在雪地里所独有的眼睛，坚定、深邃、英气逼人、摄人心魄。它的双目积聚着强大的力量，我想再奋勇无畏的人面对如此一双血腥的眼睛都会畏惧三分。它蓄势待发，随时攻击觅食或者反应攻击，捍卫自己生命的存在和尊严。不为别的，只为生存。

曾经，我观看过徐悲鸿的画展。一幅奔马图让人印象深刻。地面上扬起的尘土更突出了雄浑壮阔与豪迈。在铅灰色的乌云映衬下，越发荡起人潜在的一股力量，很莫名，只感到全身的血液在沸腾，就如同波涛汹涌，一发不可收拾。生命的存在，使它们凭籍着对生存的强烈渴望和不屈的生命意志，大范围地迁徒，艰苦地寻找水源和草场，在充满危险的静谧中顽强地生活着，构成茫茫草原上跳动的生命旋律，成为美丽草原上的生命风景线。

欣赏，是必然的。因为我们毕竟生活在钢筋水泥构筑成的空间里，有时感到很压抑，潜在的想宣泄一番，爆发出野生动物似的英豪气度。在无数次挣扎后，我们常常被这种野性的激情感染，渴望如它们一样盎然的生机勃勃，激扬奔放，不受任何束缚地去做回自我;聆听着它们强劲的生命节拍，在心灵深处回荡起强烈的回应和信念，终于领悟了人生。

正是由于自然界的包罗万象，有如此之多生灵尤其是野生动物的存在，才使人类在这个世界中不再孤独。它们不仅仅是人类的朋友，它们更是世界中与人类一样的平等的生命，有个性、有灵魂，更有无限的激情为自己生命的尊严而怒吼。自由、自信、奔放、激昂，生命本该如此。如果没有了野生动物，我们将与自然隔绝，到那时，我们该何去何从?人类的道路又会有多远?生命的真正含义该如何获取?我茫然了，无助袭上心头。只为人类自己的所作所为而感悲哀!

对于自然而言，每一个生灵都是平等的、自由的。自然界充满了残酷的竞争：有骄傲的胜利，有惨烈的失败，更有无情的死亡;有甘甜，更有艰辛和苦难;但是无论如何，不能也不会没有生命的激情。

自然竞争是残酷的、野性的，然而整个自然界是和谐的、完善的。人类来到世界，也是自然界的一个组成分子，向往野性，回归自然是人类内心深处埋藏着的本性。所以，我们更该约束自己，善待生灵，敬重生命，保护自然。地球上不能只剩下人类自己，地球也不只为人类而存在。

一幅画面在我眼前展开，一群充满野性的动物在呼唤!
