To solve this intractable problem, every citizen needs to participate in producing less garbage. 黑龙江省的野生动物资源是非常丰富的，但是由于生态环境的恶化、野生动物栖息地的人为破坏，致使我省野生动物的数量、分布范围正日益缩小，许多种类已处于濒临灭绝的状态。近几年，滥食野生动物的现象屡禁不止，使得许多已经处于濒临灭绝的野生动物的处境更加艰难。

1996年1月通过调查发现，到目前为止我省有野生动物476种。其中：爬行类3目四科16种两栖类2目6科11种、鸟类19目57科361种、兽类6目21科88种。分布在我省的东北虎、金钱豹、原麝等珍稀动物的分布区明显缩小、数量显著减少，而原在我省分布的镰翅鸡已确定在我省绝迹。可喜的是，这次野生动物资源调查又发现了中介蝮、黄腹山雀等21种生物在我省的新分布。其中：兽类1种、鸟类19种、爬行类1种。

为了人类共同生存的环境，为了这个星球上一切生物的未来，我倡议：

Ø  伸出我们的双手，每年种上一颗树;

Ø  做一名保护野生动物的积极宣传者：

Ø  提倡不食野生动物，树立饮食新风尚;

Ø  劝说、阻止伤害野生动物的人和事。

“我想回家，我想找妈妈……”一阵阵声音从教室里传出来，原来这是小鱼的呼唤。如果让你关在屋子里不出去，你会不会感到不快乐？鱼儿也一样！

我们来到池塘边，池塘里的水清澈见底，碧波荡漾，不时有黑色的小蝌蚪在水中自由自在地游着，好不快活！

准备放生了，我们小心翼翼地将小鱼倒入水中，那一刻，我是多么地不舍呀！小鱼在水里游来游去，像是在感谢我们，又像在和我们告别……可我硬是转身离开了，心里异常沉重。回去的路上我看到路旁的小草在向我点头，玉兰树似乎在向我点赞。我的心情也逐渐好转了，因为我知道我今天做了一件令自己都敬佩的事！
