It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

Everybody has own ideal, my ideal is works as an honorable peoples teacher. Teaches the students to study the cultural knowledge, is playing together with them, the life, lets their healthy development. I am always interested in traveling. My reasons are quite (extremely) simple and clear. If anybody is not satisfied with my viewpoint(s), I shall be greatly surprised at his ways of thinking.

In the first place, traveling increases our knowledge. Only by traveling can we see (因为用(only)开头，主动词须颠倒)things outside our home town.

In the second place, traveling is good to our health. While we are traveling, we usually exercise our bodies.

In conclusion, I earnestly hope that everybody must seize (grasp at) the opportunity of traveling.

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother’s office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can’t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

I like the Chinese new year better than any other festival。 This is a time

Mom said today is Christmas Eve, no homework, great! I went out to dinner

with my parents and saw that the Catholic church was very crowded. Mom and dad

Ann’s Diary Today was Sunday. Today was September 30th, 2004. It was a

boring day. It was hot. I was not a work. I watched TV all morning. The shows

were boring. Then I called my friend, Nancy. She wasn’t at home. I didn’t know

where she was. At twelve I was hungry. There was not any food in the fridge. I

Last  Sunny, my parents and I went to visit my grandma. My grandma was glad about our coming, so she had already prepared a lot of delicious fruit and delicious dishes. We had a happy time at the table.

In the afternoon, we climbed Daming Mountain. The scenery there was so beautiful. Then we had dinner in a restaurant. After dinner, we went to see a film. How interesting it was to see a film in the open air! Everyone was so cheerful and laughed so happily.

What a wonderful weekend I had spent. I would never forget it forever.

I woke up at two oclock in the afternoon today. There was nothing to eat

in the house so I went outside.

I wanted to go to a cheap restaurant and find some food to eat. When I got

to the restaurant, I realized that I forgot to bring money, so I went back

home.

Then I realized that I forgot my keys also, so I waited outside for my mom

to come home and starved the rest of the day.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

confident of herself.Tomorrow she will be nineteen years of age.

The end of the year, on New Years Eve is the reunion night, every family is decorated, celebrate a peaceful year end, the new year started.

结语：可以说寒假是一个新的起点，正在离我们不远处等着我们全市界的小朋友们，当然,还会有我们学校的一些大同学。

Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me ask me about all kinds of things at the college. 或许我做不到像考拉小巫那些拼，那样孤注一掷。但她的生活态度和想法对我来说很有启发。

书中的“傻子哲学”很有意思：为什么傻子能成功，是因为傻子很傻，他不管自己是不是能做成，也不管别人怎么笑话他，也不管遇到多少困难，他只是一个人傻头傻脑地一直做。而聪明人很聪明，他总是会考虑自己目前的目标对不对，会不会有更好的办法，能不能抄捷径省时间。最后，聪明人选了一条路又一条路，每条路都刚走了一点点就又换，所以，他总是在离起点不远的地方徘徊。而傻子却在一条路上一直走，虽然他速度慢，但他一直都在坚持。最后，傻子比聪明人先到达了终点。”其实傻子的哲学不复杂，就两个字“坚持”。

生活中有很多这样的聪明人，这样的人真的很搞笑，事情没做之前，总担心这害怕那，担心会失败，你把时间花在无谓的担心上，根本都还没做，当然不可能成功，有时候我们需要点傻子精神，一根筋到底。

这是书中最让我感动的一幕：十二月里天气越来越冷，楼道里也很冷，但是我每天都把板凳从自习室里搬出来，坐在楼道的走廊里，把电脑架腿上，一边计时连口语题，一边给自己录音。说一道录一道，录完以后认真听，不满意了就重录，每道题都是录到自己完全满意的地步才继续下一题。当时我一直在矫正牙齿，满嘴上下都戴着布满细铁丝的牙套。由于练口语的缘故，嘴唇和舌头总是被无数次划破，一被冷风吹就特别疼，吃饭的时候也很困难，经常饿肚子。
