“你们喜欢吃零食吗?”“喜欢在什么地方买零食?”“你们知道什么是‘三无’食品和垃圾食品吗？……在工商局的会议室里，一位工商阿姨为我们上了一堂生动的食品安全课。阿姨边讲边打开世界卫生组织公布的十种垃圾食品的幻灯片，我赶紧在本子上记了下来：“油炸食品、辣条、罐头食品、腌制食品、加工的肉类食品、奶油制品、话梅蜜饯类食品、冷冻甜点、汽水可乐类、方便面和烧烤食品。

“这些是垃圾食品？这里面有好多可是我最爱吃的呀！”我边记边想，在“好吃”与“安全”之间，我心里开始打起了“嘀咕”，感到了迷茫。

在介绍了哪些是垃圾食品和三无食品后，阿姨把吃了这些食品的危害性进行了举例说明，听得我直冒冷汗。我又赶紧拿起笔一一记了下来。

回家的路上，我们几个小朋友边走边聊，有的说以后再也不买校园门外的食品吃了，有的说不会去买摆摊上的食品。还有的说，以后买食品，先要看看有没有过期。而我在想，我要把今天阿姨讲的说给班里的同学听，让大家一起来抵制那些有危害的垃圾食品。

最近，我发现许多小朋友喜欢到小摊上买一些便宜的小食品吃。虽然说我也喜欢吃零食，但是看到他们买的那些东西，我真为他们担心。

你别看小摊小，但是小摊上的东西可多了，而且价格非常便宜，几毛钱就能买到不少。我们来看看，最爱欢迎的都是哪些食品吧！山寨版迷你”方便面”、膨化食品、“风味板鸭”（烤鸭）、色素鲜亮的长条糖、香精刺鼻的硬币糖、味道呛人的辣条等等。再看看这些零食的价格，我们是不是会不禁发问：这么低廉的价格，能买到什么样子安全卫生的食品呢！

那些膨化食品、长条糖、硬币糖、辣条等包装上都是没有“QS"标志，没有生产厂家地址，没有生产日期的“三无”产品。吃了这些东西也就等于吃下了可怕的色素和细菌。要知道，这些不健康的零食会给我们的身材造成严重的危害。

更让人奇怪的是，有些同学家里从不缺零食！他们的爸爸妈妈甚至总会定期到超市采购一番，那家里的零食还不够吃吗？其实，他们就是贪嘴啊！

那些馋嘴的同学，别再让这些劣质的食品伤害你的身体了！如果真的想吃，也应该选择那些安全的超市食品。让我们和小摊上的食品说声“再见”吧！
