我听说过一件事：有一天，一位同学放学后，感到很饿，虽老师今天讲过要不买垃圾食品。可他不放在心上，用五角钱买了冰激凌。在买时，他做了很大的思想斗争，最后，肚子在“咕咕”地叫声中提出了抗议，他买了冰激凌。他边津津有味地品尝着手中的美食，边大步流星地向家走去。可不幸的事最终还是发生了。就在第二天，他就拉肚子，不光自己难受，家长也担忧啊!这就是不听话乱买零食的下场。

还有在我们学校门前，有一些只卖1元钱的汽水，深受小学生喜爱。瓶身摸起来很软、很薄。汽水分为可乐、橙味、柠檬等口味。但是这些便宜的汽水，其实是一些小作坊用香精、色素和自来水灌装的。根本不可能有质量保障。另外，装汽水的瓶一般是重新回收的，其卫生状况不言而喻。

食品不安全的事件给人们的生活造成了很大的影响，食品监管部门也一直很重视这个问题。相信有关部门能够严肃处理，严格管理，给大家一个放心的食品食用环境。而我们作为一名小学生，作为社会的一份子，我们也应该要不断提高自我保护能力和自我保护意识，以及尽自己的绵薄之力配合监管部门工作。

虽然这些“三无”食品如影随形，具有非常大的诱惑力，对自制能力不强的我们而言，非常容易被诱惑。希望大家能增强安全意识，安全警钟长鸣，为自己的身体负责。

我曾在电视上看到过这样一个报道，一个建筑工地住着几十个建筑工人，工人们在工地的自助食堂用餐，由二位大妈供应工人们的伙食。一天，工人们用餐后发生了意想不到的事，几十名工人先后出现了头晕，呕吐，昏厥等现象。汗珠像豆珠似的从额头上滚了下来，工人们疼得无法工作，还好抢救及时，没有造成人员伤亡。一场因蔬菜中的农药引起的中毒事件。对工人们及其家属造成了惊吓，同时也给工地带来了损失。

食品安全需要警钟长鸣，不容忽视。为此，学校也开展了一系列活动，对全校的学生进行了食品安全教育，增强了我们对食品安全的意识，还让我们体会到食品安全的重要性。 是啊，食品安全直接关系着我们的身体健康呢!以前，我们学校周围总有一些摊点，那一串串诱人的“佳肴”散发出阵阵香味，一部分同学抵挡不住“美食”的诱惑，你五角，我一元地买了许多零食。结果，买零食的同学不是拉肚子，就是肚子疼，有的甚至出现了呕吐，被送往校医室。而那些快餐店更是狠毒，为了降低成本，将一些防腐剂、化学添加剂等过分使用，导致了多种疾病的产生。

上面的事例都能证明食品安全的重要性，食品安全不仅会影响人们的健康，还关系着经济的发展和社会的稳定。因此，我呼吁大家：“食品安全要注意!”

虽然我还是一个小学生，可我懂得的关于食品安全的知识可不少呢!比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时，注重查看以下几个方面情况：一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品;三是检查食品和合格、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;四是注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买;五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。

大家看吧，我们吃食物时一定要选择好的食物，否则就有可能给我们带来生命危险。

正在进行一次关于“垃圾食品”的实践活动调查。在调查中，我们发现校园周边的摊点食品受到了大多数学生的热捧，他们独特的经营理念，香甜可口的美味食品，优质的服务态度，方便快捷的饮食方式??吸引了大众的目光，特别是受到了广大同学们们的喜欢。谢谢他们给我们提供了便捷的服务。不过我们在调查中间发现，这些摊点的卫生状况令人担忧，他们推出的一些食品如油炸、烧烤的食物，它们脂肪含量高，多吃了容易发胖;而且我们发现多吃会影响我们的脑发育，诱发儿童性早熟 ;有的食物严重影响我们的健康，如一个炸鸡腿相当于60支香烟的毒性??看到这些现状，我们很为自己担忧，长此以往，弊远远大于利呀!为了商贩的长远发展，也为了同学们的身体健康，我们真心的向你们提出一些建议：您们最好根据实际情况，取消一些有害顾客身体健康的摊点食品，引导他们在营养学的基础上，推出一些绿色食品。比如：蔬菜、水果、豆类、奶类等健康的、卫生的食品，让我们吃得既营养又开心。真的，面对良莠难分的学校周边食品摊点，学生们根本无法辨别哪些是合法经营的。这就要求相关监管部门要做好学校周边食品摊点的登记和发证工作，并要求所有摊点必须亮证经营，从直观上降低学生的辨别难度，使无证经营的摊点难以在市场上立足。
