年是中国的大节，这就好比西方的圣诞节一样，很隆重;过年也是中国人的大日子，这一天喜庆，每一个人都喜气洋洋的，热闹极了。

爸爸说，这几年的年味淡了，城里的年味比农村的更淡了。而我们，则是每年都要回蜀河老家过年的。虽然在哪儿过年都一样，可在老家确实是自由了许多。

今年过年奶奶没有买给我玩的鞭炮，这是爸爸的要求，也是我的要求。一来放炮污染环境，二是放炮很危险，三是害怕我放炮又弄坏了家里的东西。这一点例子很多，比如前年我在门前的大院子里放炮，觉得无趣，便在点燃的炮上放一个一次性杯子，鞭炮突然爆开，一次性杯子便被炸得四分五裂，最后散落一地。可在高兴之余，迎来的却是一顿批评，原因一是太危险，二是我几乎把家里三分之二的纸杯都给炸没了。

当然，过年时，大人们总是少不了要放炮的，他们总会在大院里把长长的大型鞭炮摆在门前，礼花放在中央，两个人联手一起点燃，我和妈妈则躲在屋里捂着耳朵，大叫着“新年快乐”。虽然今年过年几天一直在下雨，可寒冷的空气也挡不住轰隆的炮声和绚烂的烟花，一阵阵暖意和新年的祝福便在空中飘散开来……

贴春联也是过年的一个大任务。今年的春联是爸爸、妈妈和我共同动手贴的，在我们的共同努力下，一幅写着“天地岁岁赐吉祥，福门年年走鸿运”的春联便映入眼帘了。

遗憾的是，我们大年初二就回到了旬阳，因为爸爸要上班，这都是可恶的新冠状病毒惹的祸，接下来的日子，我们不得不“居家隔离”了。

这个年，惟愿中国安好，世界安好。

I made cake today

Today,I suddenly wanted to eat cake,so I decided to make one. Firstly,I

prepared ingredent: eggs,flour,butter,orange juice,baking soda, sugar and milk.

Then started work. First step, beat the eggs.Second step,mixed the flour, butter

and sugar.Third step, put fruit,milk, orange juice and baking soda into them and

mixed.Fourth step, kneaded into a small dough.Fifth step,put the dough in the

oven and baked for one hour. Finally the cake was done!I ate the cake that I

made myself,that was very delicious,I was so happy.

我拿起拖把，拎起水桶就上楼。我先把拖把全浸入水中，接着就拖起地来。可是因为我把拖把从水桶里拎出来时没有让它拧干，所以拖起来的时候水就漫延开来，这调皮的水就顺着楼梯流下来。妈妈正在楼下洗衣服，看见了在下面直喊。我闻声急忙把拖把上的水拧干，继续拖。过了一会儿，妈妈洗好衣服，到阳台上晒干。这时我已经拖好了地板，满以为妈妈会夸我几句，可是妈妈看了一眼，指着地板对我说：“这样也算拖干净了，你看看这是什么?”原来我拖地板是从门口拖到阳台，走回来的时候，地板上留下了一串清晰的脚印。唉，我真没想到拖地板也不能马虎，实际上做任何事都要认真。看来妈妈肯定不会再批准我拖地喽!

我突然想到，妈妈买回来那么多菜，不如帮妈妈挑一下烂叶子吧。

说干就干，我学着妈妈平时拣菜的样子，先把捆好的白菜解开，用刀把菜根切去。然后，把一片片菜叶剥下来，碧绿的，放在地上，枯黄的，扔进垃圾桶里，剥着，剥着，突然，我看到了一条大青虫躺在菜叶上，吓了我一大跳，顺手把那片碧绿的但上面有虫子的菜叶扔掉了。可转念一想，农民伯伯种菜多不容易呀，每一片菜叶都注入了他们的血与汗，其实一条大青虫也没什么好怕的，于是，我就壮着胆子，鼓起勇气，把叶子拿起来将虫子扔进垃圾桶里。经过一番努力后，我终于把菜叶全部拣好了。妈妈这才夸奖我，告诉我做事不能马虎，要专心致志才能完成，并且，做事情之前应该用脑子想好这件事该怎样做。

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

eve of the Spring Festival, we had a great family reunion dinner and then we

watched Spring Festival Party on CCTV1. Sometimes, I reviewed my lessons. I had

a very wonderful holiday.

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

This is my first time to join the summer camp in Zhejiang University. In the morning, we took part in opening ceremony. There were more than four hundred students in this sumer camp. I felt very happy because I know I can make more friends in this beautiful city. It took us nearly one hour to listen teachers’ talk. Then we had to begin our first exam.it was not very hard. On, I forgot to talk about our headteacher. He was a student, too.but he becameour teacher for twenty days. I though he was a good teacher, too. He was very handsome. I was very happy t met him. He came from Australia. It was a very beautiful country. In his class, not only we can learn many English knowledge, but also can develop our spoken English. We talked about many things. On, it was very nice.

Today is my first day to come to this university. I am very happy.

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

I played computer games. We had lunch at 12:00. We had fish for lunch.

春节是咱们中国农历春节的第一天，所以过年对咱们中国人而言非常重要的哦!

大年三十晚上，也就是除夕，人们要吃年夜饭，意义就是除旧迎新和团团圆圆的意思。咱们一家人去酒店吃年夜饭，在吃饭时我还向外婆外公敬酒，祝他们：“春节快乐，身体健康，万事如意，财源滚滚”。他们听了很高兴，外婆还亲了我一下。咱们吃完饭，回家欢聚一堂看春节联欢晚会，这也是咱们家过年必不可少的节目。今年的春节晚会异彩纷呈，我觉得比以往办的更好。我最喜欢的是聋哑人表演的千手观音，动作异常整齐划一，优美动人，令咱们全家赞叹不已。到了午夜零点时分，烟花四起，鞭炮声轰鸣。外婆要去烧香，我也跟了去。乞丐们“趁火打劫”，说：“好心人，给点钱吧。”有些人想在“行善积德”就给了几快钱。

饺子是过年必要吃的食品。包饺子比赛咱们家年年举行，规则是：1人包15个，看谁包的又快又好。外婆和外公当裁判，比赛开始了，我用我的独门秘技包呀包，不久就包好了5个，母亲包了7个，父亲包了4个，姐姐包了3个，你追我赶，互不像让，我加快速度，耶!我赶上母亲了，母亲也不是好欺负的也加快了速度，我集中注意力……耶!我包完了!!!!我欣喜若狂。过了一会，他们都包完了，“裁判”点评了一番，说我的饺子包的又快又好，我是胜利者!包饺子比赛真是蛮有趣的。

我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。 你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家：无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话：心高人又懒，眼高手低！

Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

My Classmates I have many friends in my class. Theyre lovely and interesting. I would like to introduce some of them. Alice is very cute. Shes also kind to everyone and shes very enthusiastic.
