那天，我们一家四口去姥姥家串门。我们刚下车，一位陌生阿姨走过来，似乎是要迎接我们。我们见此急忙下了车。本以为她是我不熟悉的亲戚，会先给我压岁钱，没想到她一开口就是：“妮，考试考得咋样啊?”“挺好哒!”我强颜欢笑道。实际我的内心却是这样的：这个问题差不多年年都问，年年都问!听得我耳朵都聋了!“妮，给你个钱!”那位陌生阿姨又补充道，同时手里还拿着一张五十元钱。你以为我会直接接下这五十元钱?不，戏要做全!我先是伸出胳膊，冲着那位陌生阿姨拼命摇手，还不忘说：“使不得!使不得!”但，我打开上衣口袋的动作早已出卖了我。而她也一直谦让：“拿着吧，拿着吧。”动作也跟语言一致。经过我们三百个回合之后，最后这压岁钱最终还是落到了我的手中，不过这五十元钱看着有些眼熟，好像在哪见过，在哪呢?等等!这不是去年妈妈替我保管好的红包嘛?

独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。我明明从未见过这位亲戚，却又为何感觉跟她如此熟悉?

Today was a fine day.My sister and I went to the park.We saw many trees and

flowers near the lake.Some were green ,Some were white ,some were yellow .We

played near the lake .We were sitting under a big tree,and we made some paper

ships.We hade a good time.

January 21

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

January 22

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

过年妈妈给我买了一盆神奇的它就是含羞草。

含羞草的给根茎很细，红红的茎上面长着许多小刺。绿绿的叶子呈羽毛状，小小的叶子依次排列着，就像身穿绿装的士兵一样列着队。只要一有空，我都要去看看它，摸摸它。要是你用手轻轻一碰，那一片片小小的叶子就会排着队似的依次合拢。叶子就变得很细很细，同时枝条也垂下了头，好像不敢见人似的，真像一个害羞的小姑娘。大约过了一两分钟，含羞草又慢悠悠地变回了原来的样子。哈哈，真有趣！有时一阵风吹过叶子也会合拢。甚至有时中午太阳太大了，它也会收起叶子呢！可它为什么会害羞呢？

带着这个问题，我立马上网查资料，终于为我解开了这个谜。原来，含羞草的叶柄下面有一个鼓囊囊的包叫叶枕，里面含有充足的水分，当你触摸叶片时，叶枕中的水马上流到别处去了，叶枕就瘪了，于是叶子就垂了下来。等平静一会儿后，水分慢慢从两侧流回叶枕，叶子重新展开了。

这次对含羞草的观察真有趣，没想到一棵小草竟然藏着这么有趣的知识。看来平时生活中还得多观察观察呀！

Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of

course, I won finally. We had a good time.

A funny thing happened during the summer vacation.

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

语言，是信息传递的一种重要方式。

学英语，那是因为它是世界上使用范围最广的语言，就连你现在使用的计算机系统都是用英语编写的呢。

面对如此重要的英语，却出现了这样一种状况：当你想用英语表达一个浅显的观点时，有人会说：“别秀你那蹩脚的英语了。”其中不乏一些优生。难道是真是我说的不好吗?肯定不是。“中式英语”讲给中国人听，他们是听得懂的，同样也会说，只是不想说而已。我虽对此提过建议，不过收效甚微，还是那副老样子。

外研版英语教材的后记中写道：“希望同学们在英语学习中大胆开口说——课上说、课下说;要尽量主动使用英语来表达意思和做事情”可见，教材编写者就有这样的初衷，但认真做到的或是支持的人很少。

语言总归是要用的，把知识局限于教材和作业上，就能真正学好英语吗?

Last week, I have three days off, so I planned to travel to Guangzhou. During the three days, I witnessed so many things, I open my vision and gain the knowledge. The trip to Guangzhou makes me realize that I could go to anywhere by my own.

上周，我有三天假期，因此我计划去广州。在那天的日子里，我目睹了很多东西，我开阔了视野，增加了知识。去广州的旅程让我意识到我能靠自己去任何地方。

Before I went to Guangzhou, I made many plans, I searched the Internet, just to make sure that I wouldn’t get lost, because I never went to travel by myself. Going to the strange place, at first, I was very afraid, I tried hard to remember the road, sometimes I dared not to go far away. But I found the way, I realized that every main site would have the subway site, so if I took the metro, I could go back the place nearby.

在我去广州之前，我制定了很多计划，我查了网络，为了确保我不会走丢，因为我从来没有自己一个人旅行。去到陌生的地方，刚开始，我很害怕，我很努力去记住路线，有时候我不敢走得太远。但是我找到了路，我意识到每重要的地址都有地铁站，因此我搭地铁，就可以走回到附近的地方。

As I got familiar with the road, I went to many sites by the metro, it was so fast and convenient, I could see many sites in a day. Guangzhou is so big, I saw many foreigners, it was full of vitality. The college town is so big and clean, I love it.

由于我熟悉了道路，我通过搭地铁，去到了很多景点，地铁是多么的快速和方便啊，我在一天之内能看到很多景点。广州是如此的大，我看到很多外国人，这座城市充满了活力。大学城也很大并且很干净，我喜欢大学城。

The trip to Guangzhou is very precious experience for me, I become independent and broaden my vision.

去广州的旅程对我来说是很宝贵的经验，我变得独立，也开阔了视野。

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from

how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will

enjoy everyday when they get together. So romantic!

I expect that Nick will tell his love story to us.

To end our special news bulletin, said the voice of the television announcer, were going over to the macaroni fields of Calabria. Macaroni has been grown in this area for over six hundred years. Two of the leading growers, Giuseppe Moldova and Riccardo Brabante, tell me that they have been expecting a splendid crop this year and harvesting has begun earlier than usual. Here you can see two workers who, between them, have just finished cutting three cartloads of golden brown macaroni stalks. The whole village has been working day and night gathering and threshing this years crop before the September rains.

This last scene shows you what will happen at the end of the harvest: the famous Calabrian macaroni-eating competition! Signor Fratelli, the present champion, has won it every year since 1991. 为了使我感受到科学的魅力，领略它独有的风采，今年过年，我和妈妈来到了宁波科学探索中心。一听说我们要去那里，我就迫不及待了，恨不得马上飞过去。在毛毛细雨的滋润下，汽车行驶了一个半小时后终于到了。

一进馆内，似乎正深陷在这梦幻的科学童话王国中。

里面一共有6个常设展厅，以娱乐的形式推广了科普知识，每一个展厅都十分震撼人心。知识的海洋就在身边，再不学就晚了，想到这里我就顿时玩性大发。

走进宇宙展厅，好像真的步入浩瀚的宇宙中。火星登陆船、太空基地、中国航天…这些人类探索宇宙的成果，让我目不暇接。我初步了解了人类对宇宙认识的历程。宇宙可能是100多亿年前由一个“奇点”大爆炸产生的，地球在宇宙中是多少的渺小与“年轻”，宇宙深处，一定有许多未知的生物文明。这些新奇的知识，我一时接受不了，需要慢慢消化。

一只巨大的“帝皇”蟹模型挂在半空张牙舞爪，迎接我们进入海洋展厅。海洋既是生命的摇篮又是一个神秘的地方。全球潮汐、海洋主权、冰洪，我看得似懂非懂，深海登陆船，水下手势信号，倒是蛮有趣。但展厅里最热闹的还是打击海盗游戏展台，一个长长的水池桥梁、海盗船，还有喷水池，海盗船上有各样的宝藏，我们要变动桥梁，再用喷水柱击翻海盗船，我玩得不亦乐乎。

最后，我们来到“人体与脑”展厅，了解人体各个器官的相互合作过程；来到“和谐家园”展厅，在“后果墙”目睹地球环境兴衰，反思人类行为的利弊，在幻影成像带来视觉冲击的同时，得到了心灵的震撼；来到“人的技能”展厅，懂得了没有合作就没有成功的道理；来到“科学的乐趣”体验科学的魅力…

经过这次体验，我终于真正领略到了科学独有的风采。

morning I got up, washed the dishes, sweep the floor, cooking and so on, at

noon, I tired, lying on the bed, fan fan, more comfortable.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

has its charm. Writing letters means someone is in sincere attitude, the one who
