We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

My dream is to become a teacher. And I have never changed my mind till today.

Well, when I was still a little girl in a kindergarten, I wished that I could become a teacher. This was mainly because I thought teacher was so powerful that every student had to obey her in-structions. And she could do whatever she wanted. 我突然想到，妈妈买回来那么多菜，不如帮妈妈挑一下烂叶子吧。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. 在亚布力滑雪场，我学会了滑雪，从山顶上往下滑的感觉十分刺激，我似乎已经听见了妈妈在尖叫。来到了雪乡，在羊草山顶，导游说，在雪里滚一滚，会把过去的不快乐全部滚掉，新的一年里会有好运的。于是，我们踩着厚厚的雪，接二连三地往山下滚，到了山坡下站起来，哇，雪足有齐腰深!难怪导游说雪乡是中国雪最大的地方呢!

除夕夜，吃完饺子，我们兴奋地拿出买来的鞭炮焰火，一起到门口燃放。你瞧，有一个小朋友已经迫不及待地拿出一个小鞭炮，使劲一拉，发出了震耳欲聋的声音。我拿了一个100响的长长的焰火，爸爸帮我点着了它，我手举对着天空，过了一会儿，焰火里发出了一个流星似的火团，射向天空，只听一声巨响，火团变成了许多漂亮的五颜六色的烟花，接着焰火里接二连三地喷出了烟花，让人眼花缭乱。其他小朋友的焰火也都发射出了美丽壮观的烟花。这时，我的一个焰火和其他小朋友的烟花重叠在了一起，烟花的颜色显得更多更美了。接着，我们又燃放了一个像小桶似的焰火，那焰火被点燃之后，喷出了五彩缤纷的光芒，旁边有一户人家放了一种更大更漂亮的焰火，那焰火点燃后，喷发出的烟火足有两层楼那么高。我们看着不断变化的美丽景象，都兴奋地叫着跳着。烟花映红了夜空，也映红了我们的笑脸。到冰天雪地的北方过年真有趣啊!

“过年啦！过年啦！”我高兴的喊着。终于过年了，一年的疲劳终于没了！

2月2日，大年三十那天，我们乘着火车去嘉兴大伯伯家过年。在路上，我的心在“怦怦！”“怦怦！”地跳着，这可是我第一次坐火车啊！一下子激动得不得了！坐上火车，向窗口望去：什么都变小了！汽车小得像一条毛毛虫，人小得像一只蚂蚁。

到了大伯伯家，映入眼帘的当然要数桌上那一盘盘鸡、鸭、鱼、肉了。人们常说：我们南方人是吃汤团，北方人是吃饺子的。当然，汤团也不能少。开始吃饭了，我的肚子早就饿得不得了了！我左手拿鸡腿，右手拿鸭腿，吃的连嘴巴上都沾满了油！我还狼吞虎咽的吃了两碗饭，看上去好几天没有吃东西似的。

吃好了晚饭，我们早就迫不及待了，拿着鞭炮跑下楼去，不停的放，那声音可响了！正是“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏”啊！

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a

long time. Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny

there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people.

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like

parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too

scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I

每年吃年夜饭，除了我们一家，还有大伯一家，我们还请了外婆和小姨一家。吃饭时我们开始敬酒了，晚辈首先向长辈敬酒，祝长辈们福如东海，寿比南山。小孩向大人敬酒祝爸爸妈妈身体健康，工作顺利，长辈们也祝我们小朋友好好学习，天天向上。大家吃着团团圆圆饭，喝着团团圆圆的酒，有说有笑，高兴极了。

吃完年夜饭，我们给爷爷奶奶磕头拜年，爷爷奶奶就给我们发压岁钱。每年无论是爷爷奶奶、还是外公外婆和爸爸妈妈给的压岁钱，我都从来不乱花，我把它们攒起来用到学习上。

我觉得现在我们的生活一年比一年好，年夜饭一年比一年丰盛，我能生活在这样的时代，我真幸福啊!
