Spring Festival ，known as the Chinese New Year， is the most important holiday in China.From late January to early February，Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year.They clean their houses ，have their hair cut，and buy new clothes .Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular.To those who live far away from their home，this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family.The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

Now I am on the train to Guilin. The views are beautiful and I feel happy.

Mother told me there is only one day to go to arrive in Guilin. We bought a lot

of stuffs and they are heavy. So I took some bags from mother. She said I am

growing up and I smiled happily.

现在我坐在开往桂林的火车上。一路的风景很美。我也很开心。妈妈告诉我，还有一天就可以到桂林了。我们买了很多东西，很重。所以我帮妈妈提了几个袋子。妈妈说我长大了，我很开心的微笑。

During the winter vacation, I was idle at home and went to grandmas home to play.

When she came to grandmas house, I saw that grandma was making a fire. I saw it soon, and I wanted to try. So I said to the granny who was burning, "grandma, let me make a fire!" It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. 今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. [英语日记国庆计划

一节有趣的新概念英语课

今天我上了一节有趣的新概念英语课。

我和覃淦、曾丽欣、李亮、常佩林首先开始了新概念课程的第一部分小组竞赛（以加分的形式），我们开始学第27课。学完以后，老师告诉我们，她要我们抢答几道题，我以5：3占了优势。

我们又开始了听写110课的百词赛。我一看，老师听写的词很简单，所以，听一个，就毫不犹豫地写一个。听写听了好多个词。终于，我忘了一个单词，这是最后一个单词。终于，听写结束了。

最有趣的是第二个环节大隆（英国人的中文名）的外教课。大隆老师首先问我们的名字（英文）。然后让我们分别问他一个问题，要用英文。他非常幽默。他又让他问我们问题了。他问我：Do you have money(你有钱吗？)我连忙说：No, No ,No 。（没有）曾丽欣说：我有。大隆老师说：给我。把我们都逗得哄堂大笑，这个老师真有趣。

接着我们玩了BINGO（宾狗）游戏。游戏规则是：老师在黑板上写很多单词，我们画表格，六个格子。抄六个黑板上的单词。然后老师报20个单词。要求六个格子全都对。我写了Policeman（警察）、Are(问怎样)、Ask（问）、When(什么时候)、book(书)、pencil(铅笔)，结果老师正好问了这些单词。我赢了！

最后，大隆老师给了我们每人一根棒棒糖。外教课结束了！

这是多么美妙的一天；这是多么有趣的外教课；这是多么令人难忘的老师。我喜欢外教课！

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new

life. We haven’t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. We only have

two years. Two years to go, we will get the real life which belongs to us.

I get up at six o’clock every day.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven

o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to

bed.

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid. I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals. Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution. "All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest. Many animals were caught. The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest. Many old trees were felled. And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying. I woke up at midnight. It was only a dream.

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

今天，生物课与平时不太一样，我们不需要在教室里面坐着，因为老师带我们去做活动。我们来到学校附近的一片田野上，我们的任务是观察花朵。我们非常激动，也非常认真地完成这项任务。这是一个学习知识的好方法。我很开心。

说出来有点俗气，别的跟我差不多大的小孩盼望过年是盼望那份热闹，我不是，我盼望过年盼望的仅仅是长辈们给我包的那一个个大红包。

不怕说出来让别人觉得我这个小孩市侩，从小我就喜欢收红包，不管是大红包还是小红包，我都喜欢，因为只有这些红包，既可以给有点迷信的我带来好运，也可以给我带来实际的好处。特别是越长大越需要钱来买书的我，过年算是我唯一可以获得“收入”去换取相应书籍的机会。我在这样一种盼望收入的心情里，开始盼望起不爱热闹的我并不喜欢的过年。

很小的时候，我就在所有人的面前表现出来了我对过年的不怎么喜欢，每次都是要捂着耳朵躲进书房里，才可以把一晚上的鞭炮声躲过。后来我发现自己一旦收到了长辈们给的红包，不管大小，我都会从书房里出来一下下，让自己也表示一下对大人们对我的喜庆祝福。越长大，我对红包的需求也就越大，长辈们却也对我越来越了解。他们不再要求我出去跟其他小朋友们玩鞭炮烟花，也不要求我从书房里出来跟他们聊天，他们会直接到我的书房里，给我正在看的书里夹一个红包，还把手放在最嘴唇边上给我示意不用多说什么。还有的长辈后来干脆直接让我也给他们一个红包，让我在红包里面写上我想要买来看的书，这样他们就既受到了我的红包，也收到了我的心声。他们会在有空的时候去书店给我采购一番，等到我去他们家玩或者他们来我家吃饭的时候，递给我那些书，算是把过年的喜庆延伸到了任何时候。

就是在这样一种被宠爱里，我盼望着每一年春节的到来。我知道到了过年的时候，我就是全世界最幸福的孩子，可以不用多说什么，就可以换来长辈们对我的爱。

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.
