我的家乡有很多独特的习俗，炸油角和炸煎堆是其中之一。

俗语都说：“煎堆碌碌，金银满屋”每到过年时，放糖果等零食的桌面上总少不了两种食物，那就是——油角和煎堆。过年前，我和奶奶都会一起做油角、煎堆，而且总会炸一大锅。炸完后，无论谁到我们家来拜年，都会把油角、煎堆和糖果等拿出来，给客人们吃，如果油角、煎堆太多的时候，还会把其中一些送给客人们带回家吃。因为，它们都寓意着好兆头。

除夕一大早，我们就回家乡帮奶奶制作过年必备食品——油角和煎堆。虽然它们看起来很平凡，但是制作起来可不简单呀，必须经过许多工序，才能把它们做的好吃又好看。做煎堆要准备：爆谷、糯米粉、粘米粉、花生、砂糖、芝麻等多种材料。煎堆的陷做起来比较复杂，要将花生、砂糖和爆谷加热搅拌在一起，然后趁热用双手把它们捏紧，把它们捏成一个个圆球状。这是一个考验人的功夫，只有奶奶才能做好。我们就只能做简单的油角陷，只要将花生和砂糖碾碎混在一起就行了。制作完内陷，就要做外皮了。将粘米粉和糯米粉按一定的比例混在一起，用开水搅拌，搓成粉团备用。

最令人开心的制作马上就要开始了。每个人都要动手，奶奶就小木棍把粉团搓成薄薄的表皮，然后我们用它把内陷包起来，搓成一个个的圆球。包油角更可笑，每个人的手法都不同，形状各异的油角很快就把桌面摆得满满的。由于我的手上沾满了面粉，不一会儿，就把小脸蛋弄成一个大花脸，引得他们哈哈大笑起来。

烟花，是小孩子们春节最爱玩的。我喜欢那种没有响声的“电光火花”，点燃后拿在手里，多像魔术师手里的魔法棒啊！“电光火花”喷出的火花就如同一个个顽皮的小精灵，在空中跳跃着，嬉戏着。不过，那些调皮地男孩子可不喜欢“电光火花”，他们喜欢声音响亮、刺激的“甩炮”。他们不时地从兜里掏出一只，用力往地上一甩，“啪”地一声大响。如果你正好从那儿经过，肯定会吓得一个激灵，那些“小调皮们”则哈哈大笑。当然，孩子们最喜欢的还是大礼花炮。当礼花炮点燃，各种各样的图案，五彩缤纷的颜色就会呈现在空中。有的礼花炮冲上天空如同花蝴蝶般纷纷扬扬洒落下来；有的礼花炮冲上天变成牡丹花、菊花，犹如花仙子在空中翩翩起舞；还有的礼花炮冲上天后变成大大的“笑脸”，仿佛在向大家说：“新年快乐！”春节的味道就在这烟花中绽放开来。

美食，是春节餐桌上必不可少的。火锅是家家户户都爱吃的。肉丸、木耳、香菇、蔬菜在锅中沸腾着，翻滚着，一家人围坐在一起热气腾腾地吃着，真是回味无穷。小孩们则一般喜欢吃年糕与冰糖葫芦。年糕软软的，甜甜的，拿起一块放在嘴里慢慢地咀嚼，细细地品尝，令孩子们百吃不厌。红红的山楂裹上一层糖，串在竹签上就成美味的冰糖葫芦。咬上一口，“嘠吱，嘠吱”地响，糖的甜味与山楂的酸味混搭在一起，让人吃一个还想再吃一个。春节的味道就在舌尖上扩散开来。

看春节晚会与走亲戚是大家春节期间的传统活动。吃过除夕团圆饭，一家人坐在电视机前看春节联欢晚会，热闹的歌舞、幽默的相声、高超的杂技、神秘的魔术让大家看得津津有味，笑声不断。正月里家家户户走亲访友，人人脸上洋溢着开心的笑容，见面都相互说着祝福吉祥的话儿。孩子们则对大人们伸出手，嘴里大声说：“恭喜发财，红包拿来！”然后一边清点着“战利品”，一边心里盘算着这笔钱是用来交学费呢还是买文具，玩具呢？春节的味道就在这欢声笑语中弥漫开来。

“春节”是每年都会过的节日，也是大家喜欢过的节日。因为每年春节大家都会聚集在一起，热热闹闹的吃上一顿年夜饭。这只是其中的一部分，晚上还有更好的春节晚会。

春节也是有许多习俗的，下面我给大家简单的介绍几种。

第一种：贴春联。这是春节必定要做的事。春联由上联、下联、横批三部分组成，对联上、下字数相同，横批均为四个字。如果你的脑袋够丰富，自己也可以创造噢!

第二种：贴福字。这就是个十分有趣的字。一般贴福字都是正这贴，而许多家都是倒这贴，据说这里隐藏的意思是“福倒了(福到了)”就这样，它也是重要的环节。

“百里不同风，千里不同俗。”春节，是中国最重要、最盛大的传统节日，各个地区都有不同的习俗。

在腊月二十八这一天，大人们都在忙碌。忙着杀鸡、杀鹅，购买对联、字画。小孩子们呢？都在干什么呢？我们小孩子就跟着一些比较大的哥哥或姐姐一起去后面山上摘一些煮水的东西。例如：黄竹叶、柚子叶等，洗走一年的霉气，干干净净地迎接下一年的到来。这一洗，就是好几天。

除此之外，大人把后山砍回来的甘蔗，分给几个比较大的孩子，当然我也不例外，让我们把这个甘蔗砍成好几段小小的，然后每个房间放两段，再把买回来的年桔每个房间放一个，放在甘蔗上面，就过去帮爷爷奶奶那一辈的揉面团，再做鹅板汤。

过了这一天，也就是腊月二十九一早，我们一家一起吃早饭。早饭与我们平时吃的很不一样。平时吃的是面包配牛奶这一类的，可今天吃的却是平时的午饭：白切鸡、鹅肉、青菜和粉丝，再配上白米饭。而中午吃的则是昨天做好的鹅板汤。

除夕这一天人们又开始忙碌起来了。一大早，大人们就把字画涂上浆糊，贴在大门口、房门口和厨房地等地方。门外不时地传来爆竹的响声。傍晚，按照惯例，孩子们都已经用不同叶子煮的水洗好了澡，正满心欢喜地穿着新衣服，到处都在比谁的新衣更漂亮，谁都不愿服输。到晚上吃饭的点了，所有人都聚在院子里，吃着年夜饭。每一年人都会有很多，随便数数都有十几个人了。每次年夜饭时，菜都会准备很多，饭准备得相对来说比较少，因为大多数长辈都只是吃菜饱的。

到了晚上，耳边都会响个不停，抬头就可以看见五彩斑斓的烟花。孩子们听到了，都会马上聚在一块儿一起看。不仅有一些大的烟花，小孩子也会玩一些小玩意儿。放眼望去，烟花闪烁，我也不禁会加入赏烟花的行列之中。到了快十一点时，平时要睡觉的人都精神抖擞地守在电视机前看春晚，各个房间都是灯火通宵。到了十二点，长长的鞭炮准时打响，人们都兴奋地捂住耳朵，感叹道：“新的一年又开始了！”

正月初一，整条村子都比较空，大部分的人都去了探亲。小孩子当然满是收获，红包一封接一封的装在包包里，满脸的笑容。

到了正月初七、八的时候，许多的商店都开门做生意了。

元宵的时候，我们便正式上学。与班上的同学一起闹元宵、做汤圆，回到家与父母一起吃元宵，预祝新的一年里圆圆满满、团团圆圆。

时间一去不复返，带走了欢乐的时光，带走了欢乐的笑声，也带走了我最喜爱的春节。但是，在我耳边回荡着的笑声，在我眼前浮现的笑容，在我鼻尖飘荡的香味，已成为春节美好的回忆。

啊，春节到了。我一看床头的日历，兴高采烈的跳下床，欢快地说：“哇，今天真的是春节呀!”

吃了早饭，我就听见噼里啪啦，噼里啪啦的声音，我趴在阳台上一看，原来，是一家人在放鞭炮。

11点左右，我们到了奶奶家，我原本想买点零食回家，谁知，奶奶早已为我准备了一大堆零食，应有尽有，我就拿了一个薯片，“嚓”的撕开，就大口大口往嘴里塞。

吃完中午饭，我就把电视打开，爸爸微笑着说：“宝贝，这是我给你的压岁钱，爸爸相信你是不会乱花的。”得了压岁钱的我真开心。

这个春节过得真开心呀!
