(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

Nowadays, cell phone has been widely used in people’s daily life. It seems that

people can’t live without it. In my opinion, cell phone really brings so many

advantages to mankind.

First of all, cell phone is very convenient. People can connect with anyone

in anywhere if that person has a mobile phone, too. In other words, people have

to write letter in paper and then wait for a long time to make the letter

arrived the destination in the old days, but now people can write message on

cell phone and then send it to the person they want in a second or just dial

that person’s mobile phone number and then they can talk with each other in a

few second. Secondly, mobile phone can act as a safe guarantee. When people face

dangerous, they can use cell phone to dial 110 to report to the police or ask

for help from friends nearby. And when people worry about another man, they can

call him to make sure whether he is OK or not. Last but not least, mobile phone

contains much interesting entertainment, which can bring lots of happiness to

human beings and make their life more colorful.

In general, cell phone is the product of high-tech, which brings lots of

benefits to our human beings.

妈妈，你还记得吗？那是一个夏天的晚上，我们在长满树藤的院子里，坐在古老的藤椅上看星星吗?那时候我还很小，我总喜欢拉着你坐在藤椅子给我讲故事呢。于是当我看到天空底层连缀着卵石般的星辰时，我感到很不可思议，好奇地数着冲我眨着眼睛的调皮的星星,。那时妈妈还你笑着告诉我；“傻孩子！天上的星星，是数不完的。”我不相信，数了好几次。甚至有点不甘心地撅起嘴巴，赌气似的站到腾椅上踮起脚尖，抬起粉嘟嘟的手、睁着大眼睛再次认真地数了一遍。直到最后，我像一个漏气的气球一样沮丧地坐回了藤椅上。边听着您给我讲的好听的故事，边看着妈妈拿着把扇子为我扇风。那天晚上格外安静、可以隐约的.听见蟋蟀的音乐声。蝉的鸣叫声，风吹过的“飒飒”声。那时候的我总以为妈妈的爱是理所当然的。世界上有许多爱是不属于我的，然而我得到最伟大的爱却从没有好好珍惜过。

妈妈，一个多么温暖的词啊！而我曾经忽略过它的含义。伴随着年龄的增长，我开始进入叛逆期，变得片面、固执、极端起来了。不理解妈妈的用心良苦、还常常把无微不至的“关怀” 看成“啰啰嗦嗦的“叮咛”。抱怨妈妈太过于唠叨、对妈妈的关心不领情。有时倔强地跟妈妈争论起来和她“唱反调”。把妈妈当成了自己对生活不满的“出气筒”。现在才意识到，其实那时候自己并不真正的了解自己，做了许多后悔的事后才发现在“山重水复以为路”的情况下、还有那“柳暗花明又一村”。

妈妈的爱也带着严厉的色彩，也会含有生硬有距离和不易接受的成分。我对妈妈无条件的爱总是熟视无睹，嫌她烦，或因一些小事就大发雷霆。老是觉得妈妈无意识地伤害了我的自尊心，觉得妈妈有些不可理喻。觉得妈妈就像“老古董”一样迷信、觉得她并不理解我。有时在无形的话语冲突中，产生距离，然而排斥开始妈妈。总在心里上想着：凭什么妈妈说对就对!大人们就没有错吗？

在你和妈妈争论的时候，你想过是谁不厌其烦地听着你诉说着对生活的不满。自己在心中埋怨着默默付出的妈妈时，你想过你给妈妈带了的麻烦和困扰吗？当你冲着妈妈大声嚷嚷时，你有想过是谁把你拉扯大吗？妈妈，请原谅我儿时的任性，是我一直惹您生气。我以前不懂事，经常说出无心的话，让您伤心。请您原谅我，我不是有心的！

妈妈,我想对你说：感谢你！对我无微不至的照顾！我要学会自主独立的生活。谢谢你！一直给我自由与空间。谢谢你！一直无私的爱着我、没有抱怨过我给你带来麻烦。妈妈,我想对你说：对不起！我曾经任性地反驳你的话冲你发脾气。还记得这句话吗？：谁言寸草心,报得三春辉。妈妈我会报答你的！.

妈妈，我想对你说：您的爱就像块糖，包在唠叨里，藏在责骂里，让我东找西找，直到我懂事，才找到。在这属于您的节日里，送上我最深厚的祝福，愿您一直健康快乐.
