attracted by this big old country. They come here and want to know about the

traditional culture. However, Chinese young people dont show much interest in

inherited by our ancestors. Many foreign media speak highly of this great

handicraft and they are astonished by the wisdom of Chinese people. I have seen

this art when I stay in my hometown. Only few old people can do it. They just

With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday.

I really expect to it, because it want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days.

I have heard that the scenery of Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel there.

Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip.

For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey.

There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot

myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay

more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try

to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

Since I was a little child, I was taught that dont give up forever. My

mother told me that teaching me how to walk was a tough task. When I just

learned how to walked, I fell down frequently, but she or my father never helped

me to stand up, because they wanted me to stand up by myself. After fell down

again and again, I finally learned walking. My parents were proud of me. Now,

whenever I meet with a problem or get into trouble, no matter how hard the

situation is, I rarely stop my step, because I have a faith in my mind that the

most beautiful view will come in after the highest hill. If you are sure what

you do, then you just stick to it. Nothing in the world is easy, so we will

always meet challenges in life, but remember one thing that never give up and

Before Chinese students go to college, they have been told about the great

things on campus life all the time, so they have the motivation to study hard.

When they come to university, they begin to slow down their pace to study and

waste their youth.

Nowadays, a lot of college students lose motivation to move on when they

come to the new chapter of their life. Campus life seems to be relaxed and a

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

they choose to lose themselves in the computer games or all kinds of

parties.

I am terribly sorry to tell you that I am unable to attend your birthday

part next Thursday evening. That is owing to the fact that my younger brother

suddenly fell ill and was taken to a hospital this morning. I have to go there

immediately and take care of him. As told by the doctor in charge, it will take

around five days for him to recover and I have asked my boss for a leave.

I really regret that I cannot go to celebrate your birthday personally and

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Its Qu Yuans day of commemoration. In

the morning, I wore a beautiful skirt, I had eaten glutinous rice dumplings, and

I followed my father. Mother went to her grandmothers house together. I see my

brother. My sister is waiting for me at the door.

As soon as I got off the train, they were dragged into the room and played

games. I will be a patient first, my sister will be a doctor and my brother will

be a nurse. At noon, grandma made a full table lunch, we ate lunch, heart. The

aunt said, "if I can eat such a rich dish every day, I will be satisfied."

In the afternoon, when our family went back to grandmas house, my aunt.

Great aunt came. They also sent a lot of things to our kids. We had a good time

Since I was a little child, I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor.

When I was little, I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought

colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize my dream.

I will soon become a middle school student, which means my life will come

to a new chapter. So I must do something different to make me stronger. I want

to be more independent, so I can make my own decision. As my parents always make

decisions for me, I want to tell them that I have grown up. From now on, I

should learn to take care of myself, such as washing clothes and helping my

mother with the house work. The most important thing is to finish my homework

When the traditional festival comes, everybody is excited about it, because

they will have holiday to relax. The meaning of these festivals is remembered by

the old generation all the time, while some young people do not know. So when we

Mid-autumn festival. To everybody’s surprise, a lot of them did not know the

story about this big day. When I was very small, I have watched many TV series

telling about the myth of Hou Yi and his wife. I learned many Chinese myths and

legends from the shows. Though some people enjoy the festival, they should learn

the culture.

With the development of Chinese economic power, more and more foreigners

are interested in learning Chinese. Some are very crazy about the traditional

culture. They study famous great old poems and novels, treating the great

characters as idols.

The traditional festival is the important way to preserve our culture,

which is the great treasure of human being. We are so proud of it, because it is

priceless.

Nowadays, more and more people prefer to travel quite often. Bytraveling,

we not only can relax ourselves but also broaden our knowledge circles. From my

aspect, I think we can make many friends and travel with them.

Firstly, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax ourselves. For modern

life, we are busy with our work with high pressure. However, when we travel, we

will be attracted by great landscape and forget pressure from both work and

life.

Secondly, we can make friends by traveling. For most travelers, they tend

to find many companions to travel with. If you check the internet, you will find

that some people will call others to join them for travel. Through this kind of

travel, we can meet many different people and make friends with them to broaden

our social circle.

Thirdly, we can learn much knowledge form travel. Before you go to

somewhere to travel, generally, you need to make plans for your travel. You can

find lots of things you don’t know when you make a plan, such as, the origin of

a certain area, the customs of different areas, local food and so on.

In conclusion, we can not only relax ourselves and make new friends but at

the same time we can learn much from travel.

Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

us. They smiled all the time. We brought them some fruit and presents, and they

were so moved. When we chatted face in face, they talked about the old times and

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

hometown. I should spend more time with them. Being a volunteer is such a

precious experience for me.

今年的5月9日是西方的传统节日----母亲节。在这个飘扬着温馨和感恩的日子里，笔者参加了一场以“浓情五月天感恩母亲节”为主题的拍摄活动。参加这次活动的是一群初一的学生。这次活动由三个内容组成，一是孩子和母亲一起在室外放风筝，二是孩子为母亲跳一曲健美操，三是孩子亲手调试好水，亲手为母亲洗一次脚。

在整个活动中，笔者感受到的是一份浓浓的亲情。在为自己母亲洗脚的活动中，40多位母亲分成两排整齐地坐在椅子上。她们大都有点不好意思，坐在那里局促不安。教室里的中间放着一大堆颜色各异的塑料盆和暖瓶。主持人宣布洗脚开始后，孩子们都忙着找盆子，打水，调试好后端到了自己母亲的跟前。

笔者在现场看到这样一位母亲，她看到自己的女儿端着半盆水过来了赶快喊了一句，“慢一点，不着急”。那个女孩子小脸红红的。她伏下身子亲手为母亲解开了鞋带，又脱掉袜子，捧着母亲的脚开始洗。坐在椅子上的这位母亲一脸的幸福，手不停地在孩子头上抚摸。在这个孩子的身边，笔者认得这位母亲，她在社区打扫卫生，因为患有聋哑残疾，现在她和儿子相依为命。那个孩子去年也因患病休学了一年，现在在社会大家庭的帮助下又回到了学校。这个懂事的孩子把水撩到母亲的脚上认真地洗着。虽然没有给母亲说什么感恩的话，母亲也听不到儿子说母亲节快乐、感谢养育之恩之类的话，但从这一无言的动作中，笔者读懂了这位母亲的伟大。

笔者抓紧时间不停地用手中的摄像机拍摄眼前感人的一幕幕画面。路过一位母亲的时候，她笑着说：“记者同志，快来拍拍我儿子，看把我儿子累得，你看看，多辛苦！”笔者看到位位孩子正低着头为自己的母亲洗脚。拍完了，笔者请她说几句感受。刚才还笑呵呵地这位母亲连忙摆手。在笔者的一再坚持下，她定了定神非常动情地说：“今天学校组织的这个活动，让我非常感动，养孩子这么大了孩子亲自能为母亲洗一次脚从心里说真是非常感动，觉得孩子已经长大了。”笔者看到，说这句话的时候，这位母亲非常地认真，眼中噙满泪花。

谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。母亲养育了我们，十月怀胎之苦，一朝分娩之险，辛苦是无法言喻的。小的时候为我们端屎端尿，为我们洗衣做饭，为我们辅导功课。孩子上了幼儿园后，不管是在烈日下还是在狂风中，他们都会在外面等待着接我们回家。母亲为我们的成长操碎了心。就是长大了，还要为我们成家立业操心，为我们的下一代操心。总之，母亲的一生就是为女子而活着。

有一则故事说，一位贪心的儿子在索取了母亲的一切之后，仍然用一双不满足的眼睛盯着母亲。母亲问儿子还想要什么。儿子说想要母亲的心。母亲把儿子的心给了儿子，儿子捧着母亲的心出门不小心摔，母亲的那颗心问的第一句是“儿子，摔疼了没有？”

这就是母亲，一味奉献，不求回报。

岁月的沧桑，夺走了母亲的红颜；生活的风霜，染白了母亲的黑发。可是母亲却说为了儿女无怨无悔。

母亲是世界上最容易满足的人，也是最不求回报的人。

还有一则故事说，一位日本名牌大学毕业的青年去某大公司应聘。社长意外地问他有没有给母亲洗过脚，青年说没有。社长说那你回去后给母亲洗一次脚再说吧。青年回家后母亲刚从外面回来，他把事情的原委说给了母亲，母亲很理解儿子的心。于是坐下来让儿子给自己洗脚。

当青年人握着母亲的脚的时候不禁潸然泪下。原来这位青年家境并不是很好，父亲早逝。母亲靠当佣人挣钱来供他上完了名牌大学。当他看到母亲的脚已经像木棒似的僵硬时，他一下子懂得了母亲的艰辛，母亲的不易。

第二天青年人见到社长的时候，青年人说我现在才知道母亲为我受了很多苦，感谢您让我学到了在学校学不到的东西，如果不是您，我还从来没有握过母亲的脚，母亲是我唯一的亲人，我一定好好工作，不再让母亲受苦。社长听完后点了点头，说你明天来上班吧。

母爱如海，锦锦流长。

在母亲的一生中，为儿女们做了多少事，操了多少心，连她自己也记不得了。可是在当子女们为他们做了一点事的时候，他们却记得清清楚楚。

母亲用单溥的身体支撑着这个家，母亲用甘甜的乳汁抚育了儿女。母亲在灯下缝补衣衫，银针穿着白发，缝进一年又一年；母亲把家里收拾的一尘不染，然后又扛起锄头下到地里劳作。

笔者高中毕业至今一直在外地工作。这些年来一次也没有为母亲洗过一次脚，这也是个遗憾。希望在家的朋友们，多为母亲做点事，少让母亲操点心，让母亲快乐地度过每一天！

When I learned English, I felt so hard, because no matter hard I tried, I

just could not understand the grammar. One day, my sister asked me why was I so

confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it. Then

she asked me to watch English movie and listened to the English songs.

At first, I fell in love with these songs, I learned to sing them, I found

I could remember more and more words. I also felt very interested in the movie,

I could learn the local words. With interest, I make great progress, I am not

afraid of English any more. Interest is the best teacher.

Olympic Games is the biggest event for the players, because it holds every

four years. I remembered that my father watched the games at midnight many years

ago, and I did not understand why he was so crazy about it. Now I watched the

game with him and I started to appreciate the charm of sports. No matter what

the result is, standing in the biggest stage and competing with the greatest

rivals make the players feel proud. They chase to be higher, stronger and faster

and these are the spirit of Olympic Games. When the audience see the players

break the record and challenge human being’s limitation, how excited it is.

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

在母亲节到来之际，我们四三班进行了一次母亲节感恩护蛋行动。

老师要求我们在周五的早上，每人带一个生鸡蛋到学校来，我们要把这个鸡蛋当成自己的孩子一样来保护，要用一整天的时间不让它受到任何损坏。

一大早，我就起床了，先从冰箱里挑选出一个个头儿较小的鸡蛋，再把这个蛋宝宝用一个塑料袋严严实实地裹着，然后小心翼翼地放在一个空德芙巧克力盒子里。咦！不大不小，刚刚好，巧克力盒子里有一圈硬纸壳垫着，我想：这下我的蛋宝宝可以高枕无忧，安然无恙地呆到下午放学了。

我捧着我的蛋宝宝出了家门，一路上，我非常小心地骑着车，不时地低头看看车筐里那个装蛋宝宝的盒子，我的车速估计连路上的蚂蚁都能被我辗死不少。到了前面坑坑洼洼的地方，为了我的蛋宝宝不受到损坏，我干脆下来推着车走。

就这样一路小心谨慎地到了学校，捧着我的蛋宝宝上了楼，一到教室，哇！可真热闹。同学们保护蛋宝宝的方式可真多，有的直接把蛋宝宝装在塑料袋里用手拎着；有的把蛋宝宝拿报纸包了好几层，再套上一个塑料袋；有的在袋子里装上小米，再把蛋宝宝放进去，还有的把蛋宝宝装在一个小口袋里，直接挂在胸前。

老师告诉我们除了上课可以把蛋宝宝放进桌斗外，其余时间都得随身带着我们的蛋宝宝，哪怕上厕所也得带着。第一节下课，同学们准备冲出教室到操场上玩耍，突然想到了各自的蛋宝宝，一个个又重新回到座位上来，怎么打发时间呢？那就和同学说说话，看看课外书，或者聊聊自己的蛋宝宝吧。就这样，我们熬到了大课间。

我们捧着自己的蛋宝宝到操场上做课间操，我把蛋宝宝放到旁边的地上，可卢辰宇不放心，非要用手拿着自己的蛋宝宝，结果在做伸展运动的时候，手一甩，装蛋宝宝的塑料袋裂开，可怜的蛋宝宝从里面飞出来，掉到地上摔得粉碎。于是卢辰宇获得了“蛋宝宝第一个损坏”的光荣称号。

我们可不想重蹈卢辰宇的悲剧，做完操后，一个个捧着蛋宝宝小心地回到教室。我抱紧了怀里的盒子，生怕从哪儿冒出个冒失鬼撞飞我的蛋宝宝。我很想知道我的蛋宝宝现在怎么样了，不知它在盒子里安全吗？我到教室以后，小心地把盒子打开，确认我的蛋宝宝毫发无损后，才长吁了一口气，再也不敢出教室了，就那样静静地呆在座位上看书。

好不容易熬到了下午放学，我们班41个蛋宝宝里，有1个碎了，将近20个有裂纹，其余的都保护的很好。我高兴地跳了起来，耶！护蛋成功！

通过这次护蛋行动，我想到：我们仅仅只是看护了一个鸡蛋一整天，就感觉这么辛苦，而妈妈们十月怀胎，为了把我们平安地生下来，她们该付出了多少艰辛呀？从我牙牙学语，蹒跚学步，妈妈照顾我的衣食住行，对我嘘寒问暖，她不知为我操了多少心。

我上学以后，妈妈更是关心我的学习和身体，每天为我做好可口的饭菜，每天接送我上学，每天检查我的作业。有时候晚上我都上床睡觉了，妈妈还在灯下为我往博客里打文章，替我给博友们回访，所以，我要对妈妈说一声：“谢谢您，我的好妈妈！我永远爱您！”

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so
