get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

一、指导思想

在本学期的英语教学中，坚持以下面的教学理念为指导：第一，切实地了解学生的真实水平，注意衔接，尽快使学生适应我的英语教学;第二，教学要面向全体学生，关注学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣;第三，以学生为主体，尊重个体差异，因材施教;第四，在新课标的指导下，倡导学生体验参与学习，完成设计目标;第五，注重过程性评价，建立能鼓励学生自主学习能力发展提高的综合评价体系。

二、学生情况分析

本届学生在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于在以前学习英语的过程中，没有很详细全面地学习音标，基本的音标和字母拼读都没有掌握好。在词汇，语法规则等方面存在很多缺漏。所以，在听、说、读、写这四项技能上，学生水平存在很大差异。

另外，学生在学习策略和情感态度方面也存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：许多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，学习缺乏主动性、自觉性;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习和课后复习工作，学习没有计划性和策略性，也不注意知识的积累和巩固。

最后，学生对新教材缺乏一定程度上的了解，还不适应新课改指导下的一些教学方法。在课堂上，习惯像以往被动地接受所传授的知识，不善于发现和总结语言规律，学习的主体性不突出。

三、教材与教辅的分析

1、内容与结构

每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动，还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其中，教材加强了文化意识的提高和学生学习策略的培养，是相较于以前教材很大的不同。

2、教材的特点

首先突出学习者的发展，包括注重学习策略的培养和使用;注重提高学生的语言认知能力;为教师和学生提供个性化的选择;其次努力提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。具体为：为学生提供更多的体验真实语言的机会;精心设计教学活动，使学生看到明确的目标和明确的成果;为学生发展语言运用能力提供详尽的语言支持;重视复现。

3、教材的重难点

该套教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高，所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变，达到用英语思维和表达的目标。

4、教学目标

⑴总体目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心。在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。

⑵具体目标：结合学生基础知识过于薄弱的实际，在教学刚开始的阶段，注意高一和初中知识的衔接，例如复习音标和字母拼读规律，积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型，熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则，掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后，学生能培养学习的兴趣，养成较好的学习习惯，对基础知识有一定的掌握。

5、教学措施

⑴让学生每天积累几个单词，利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

⑵认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

⑶实行过程性评价，调动学生积极性，通过不同方式的检测，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

⑷关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

⑸在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

⑹经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学习。

从所任课班级实际情况和本身条件出发，认真进行思考和改正。多关注学科教研的发展，多多听课向有经验的老师虚心学习，取之所长，多和同事交流探讨，交换教学思想和方法，避己所短，不断进步。积极参与学科的相关课题研究，撰写论文，参加教研组，备课组的教研活动。

“慈母手中线，游子身上衣。临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归。谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”这是耳熟能详的《游子吟》在我年幼时，就被老师和家长“填鸭式”的塞进我的脑海里，当时只觉得琅琅上口，并未觉得有特别的深意。也曾有无数人用尽天下褒语赞美母亲的伟大、母爱的无私，我就这样做过，恨不能把所有能想到的赞美之言都搬出来安到母亲身上。

据说世界上语言的种类有近万种，语言学家研究后却得出一个惊人的结论：妈妈一词的发音是一致的，可见妈妈一词的厚重。妈妈——-无比亲切的字眼，不但神圣，而且意切，具有无限的亲和力。世上的情有无数种，最刻骨铭心的就是母爱。母爱是表现得最彻底、最直接、最无私的一种爱。说它彻底，只因它是全心全意毫无保留地从心里倾注出来；说它直接，只因它和你面对面，心贴心，毫不做作，毫不遮掩；说它无私，只因可令天地动容，日月赞许。它掏心掏肺，给温送暖，不求回报，不计得失，而且心甘情愿。世上所有的人都有背叛你抛弃你可能，唯有母亲不会。

记忆中的母亲除了患病期间娇娇柔柔，其余时间里总是风风火火、泼泼辣辣的，好像她就是世界的主宰。稍有不如意，就不看场合不计后果的大吵大闹。记忆里没有和妈妈拥抱过，更没有在她的怀里温存过，一度以为自己不是她亲生的。青春期以及过后的那几年，感觉世上任何的地方都是天堂，只有我家是个地狱。为此我逃离了我的家，摔了大跟头。挫折过后，浮躁过后，沉淀过后，反倒倍加渴望家庭的温暖，妈妈的关爱。无数次大包小包的赶回家，做上一桌爸妈爱吃的饭菜，看着家人亲亲热热的围坐在桌前，常常不吃一口东西，就被这浓浓的亲情喂饱了。

慢慢发现原来妈妈是爱我的，只是粗枝大叶的她不善表达，而我又偏偏冥顽不灵，因此错过了许多和妈妈相亲相爱的美好日子。印象中只有一次是在妈妈小屋，我因为连日劳累病倒了，可担心一个人在家的她吃不上饭就赶过来看她。看着摇摇晃晃的我，她很小心的问：“别回家了，在这个炕上睡一会儿行吗？”看着她热切的目光，我心里一动：难道妈妈怕我拒绝她的疼爱吗？于是乖乖上炕睡下，小炕很热，躺在上面很舒服。她就坐在我身边，眼睛一直跟着我，我就在一片温暖中进入了梦乡。我很少白天睡觉的，因为一直以来我就有个很不好的毛病，白天睡觉就会梦魇缠身，我怕极了那种挣扎、恐惧与无助。奇怪的是那天我睡得特别香甜，连个梦都没有做。醒后我发现她还是坐在那里，眼睛还是在我的身上，一时间我恍惚了，心中涌起莫名的感动，紧闭着双眼只当还在梦中，热泪却止不住顺着眼角流下。

后来我也成了母亲，为了给儿子提供一个相对完整相对健康的成长环境，我放弃了许多。每天都能看到儿子开心的笑脸，是我心中最大的慰藉。我把对儿子的爱倾注在一针一线、一饭一汤、一颦一笑里，倾注在包容、理解、关爱里，同样粗枝大叶的我变得细腻，细腻到足以发现儿子笑声和眼泪里的故事。我渴望儿子能平安健康、正直诚实，这份渴望让我甘做他的人梯。我想人类就是这样，一代接一代踏着母亲的肩膀向人类的巅峰攀登。儿女每一次成功的喜悦，都沾满母亲渴望的泪水，每一次幸福的微笑，都有母亲给予的无私奉献。

有朋友说我是个伟大的母亲，我不能苟同。我自有我的道理：有了儿子，我才发现原来母亲的付出都是出自本能，源于天性，既然是本能天性，何谈伟大。朋友反驳我，说谁谁谁为一己私欲，抛夫弃子另求新欢，我说：“我们谈的是人的本能，人的天性，她不属于人类范畴，不提也罢。”也许我的话过于恶毒，但疼爱下一代是连动物都会做的事，如果有谁做不到，那她也就与“人”字绝缘了。

走进五月，窗外一片新绿，樱花梨花丁香花竞相绽放，空气里弥漫着花香草香泥土香。美丽的五月，因为母亲节的到来，显得分外的芬芳灿烂，多姿多彩。

Behind every great achievement in anyones life lies perseverance. We see

this in every human endeavor. Outstanding sportsmen spend all their time

practising. Their endurance is beyond imagination.

The same is true of businessmen who build up fortunes. What we usually see

are their achievements, but once we go behind the scenes we will find that they

have put in a lot of continual steady efforts. We all have read of great

musicians, writers and inventors who have created or discovered breakthroughs in

human achievement. Invariably they have said that they owe all their success to

perseverance. As to college students, quite a big number of then, have become

successful language learners through perseverance, however, a certain group of

them, just stop half way and their previous efforts turn out to be

fruitless.

Of all the countless examples the saga of Colonel Saunders is perhaps one

of the most outstanding. The 65-year-old man from Kentucky had a dream to start

a chain of fried chicken restaurants all over the world. To realize his dream,

he knew that he needed a restaurant owner to go into partnership with him to

open the first restaurant and to fry chicken according to the secret recipe he

had. Colonel Saunders had knocked on 1008 doors before he finally found his

partner. It is doubtful whether many of us would have had the perseverance to

knock even a hundred doors.

From the above discussion we can draw a conclusion that success comes to

anyone who keeps working perseveringly and lack of perseverance can only result

in frustration and failure.

Yesterday was Teachers Day. It was a great day for all the teachers and also a happy time for us students. In the morning.we went to school early and put a bunch of flowers on our class masters desk to give him a big surprise. Some of us stood at the school gate to say hello to every teacher when they entered the school. In the afternoon, we held a party. We sang and danced with the teachers. They said the best reward for the teachers was to see that we were making progress.

I think reading is important in the whole life for people. There are many

benefits of reading.

Firstly, reading increases our knowledge and we can learn the world affairs

without going out. Secondly, reading is a good way to improve reading and

writing skills. Before you learn to write, you must know how others write.

Thirdly, reading can broaden our knowledge and horizon, which is important to

job hunting in the future.

Finally, reading helps us become self-cultivation that would be beneficial

to our whole life. Therefore, start to reading, no matter how old you are and

what you are doing. Then, you may find the great charm and benefits of

reading.

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

definitely necessary and important in modern society.

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each

other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team,

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.

Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from

different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards

things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of

increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish

our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve

the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a

great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of

the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

To sum up, to learn to work in a team is really necessary and important and

we should try to enjoy it.
