别看做面的程序简单，其实这里面可有讲究，不但有对食材的要求，也有对汤底和烹煮的时间有求。首先，海鲜的新鲜，这可是最关键的，最好是活蹦乱跳的，我们当地称为”透骨新鲜“；然后，各家的汤都是秘制的，这里我就是无可奉告；最后，火候和时间也要掌握得刚刚好，特别是面下在汤里的时间，绝对不能烧过头。舟山的面店老板也是经过练习，又有各自的秘制高汤，才能烧出如此美味的——海鲜面哦！

在舟山，应该没有一个人不曾品尝过海鲜面，而远道而来的客人也都会尝一尝可口无比的海鲜面。我爱家乡的海鲜面，香型它的味道、特点都会永久流传下去！
