I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. 就在这时，我听见楼下妈妈再叫我，说出去活动活动。哈哈，出去玩喽！我急忙穿好衣服，飞奔到楼下。哇！外面怎么这么冷！只见我哆哆嗦嗦。我穿的也不少啊，怎么还这么冷？没办法，我只好上楼又穿了一件小棉袄。但刚走到楼下，我又觉得非常的热。怎么回事？不穿棉袄又冷，穿了棉袄又热，这是怎么回事啊？

于是，我又一次的跑上了楼。这一次，我想到了穿衣法则。事到如今，只好再相信它一次了。我穿上了一件棉背心，一件厚外套，里面再穿了一件毛裤和衬衫。我又一次跑下了楼，本以为这一次又会冷或者热，可谁想身上却不冷不热，刚刚好！这时，我一拍我的头，诶呀！我怎么忘了最重要了东西了。

Every Sunday morning, I go to swim with my friends or my father. When I have fun, I build a healthy body. Its so great to me. In one word, my life in middle is colorful and unforgettable.
