The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

The most important thing to do as a volunteer is to have a heart, a heart that is willing to serve others and help others to solve the difficulties. 昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

走在青大的校园中，好心的师哥师姐随处可见，每当我们说明白活动后，师哥师姐们都会献出自己的一份爱心。其实在我看来钱多钱少都无所谓，只要有那份心就足够了。涓涓细流般的小爱同样可以汇聚成汪洋恣肆般的大爱。正如歌曲中唱的那样：“只要人人都献出一份爱，世界将变成美好的人间

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

最后祝青岛大学义工队伍越来越壮大。

人生中有无数次的失败，但成功的次数却是屈指可数的。

“失败是什么？”

失败是成功之母，是微不足道的小错误。没有什么事情能够一帆风顺的进行，但是导致失败的微小错误却是可以避免的。航天飞机有上亿块零件，有时候只要有一枚小小的螺蛳没有扭紧，那在它升空时将会机毁人亡。

神五、神六、神七的成功发射，是通过数百次发射前细心的检查，才避免失败。所以失败就是粗心、急燥的恶魔。

“如果生活没有失败”

如果世界上充满着成功，那么成功不再是一种喜悦。而世界将会不再有竞争，人们空想的事情都会成功。那么成功将会变成恶魔，变成第二个“失败”。而这个充满成功的世界将会是失败的。而人类将会变得更加愚蠢，所以我们需要失败……

“失败生活需要你”

不经历风雨，怎能见到彩虹。没有一个成功不是从失败中走过来的，只有拥有这只失败的恶魔，你才能让他变成成功的天使。失败与成功只有一点点的差距，每一次的失败，你的恶魔就会进化一点，等你成功后，你的恶魔就是天使。

人生中的失败与成功就是是与非，真与假，善与恶……相互是对立的，但却能相辅相成，所以没有失败也就不会有成功。
