I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

结合实例分析，引导学生学会观察生活。当学生逐渐注意观察生活时，教师要联系实际，具体指导学生观察生活，教给学生观察和分析的方法。这些方法是：一、由表及里,深入思索。一次，有个学生清晨上学，经过学校传达室，听到老传达员打电话到供电所，大声地问路灯为什么还不关掉，随即又听见老传达员火爆爆地对着话筒叫：“什么？什么？忘记了？长着脑袋干什么的？说得轻巧，忘记了。这是浪费，是不负责任！”这个学生听了，到班上又告诉其他的同学。语文教师听到了，觉得很有意义，就启发同学们议论：传达员为什么要“多管闲事”管到供电所去？又为什么要“发了火”？是不是态度不好？他为什么把误时关灯说成是“浪费”“不负责任”，甚至责备对方“长着脑袋干什么”？同学们讨论得很热烈。课后，有些同学还特地走访了老传达员，了解到他平时所做的许多平凡而有意义的小事，他们便以此为题材，写了一篇稿子。写的内容充实，文笔感人。二、由点到面，目力集中。观察，宜“细”不易“粗”。走马观花，只能“见大不见小”，写出来也免不了“一般化”。只有把视线集中在某一“点”上，落实在某一个人或某一件事具体事物上面，才能发现特征，辨别异同。比如看“拔河”比赛，只有一个人一个人的观察，只有把每一个人的动作、姿势、表情、神态都看得分明，“记拔河比赛”的作文才有可能写的细致逼真。许多同学写有关“运动会”的命题作文，往往写成“消息报道”、“概况介绍”,主要是由于没有细致观察的缘故。三、由分到合，先分后合。集中目力于某一个人或某一件具体事物，这“目力”又怎样具体运用？还是不能“囫囵”地看，而是要“化整为零”，从各个侧面去看。有的同学在银杏树下看了半天,但写出来的“银杏新姿”却既无“新”姿，又无“新”意，多半是些“高大”、“茂盛”之类现成词语，凡是大树均可适用。原因是没有从树的干、枝、叶、皮、果等方面作细致的观察。经教师具体指点后,情况就不一样了。由于看得细致,描写也就细腻得多,生动得多。再如看“菊展”。只有仔细地看，从名称、形态、色彩等方面仔细观察，才能发现特点，找出特征。如果只是浏览一遍，泛泛地扫一眼，那么除了看见“五色斑斓”之外，是不会留下什么具体印象的。四、由此及彼，展开联想。观察与思维、联想等是密切不可分的。只有在观察的同时，展开由此及彼的联想，才能丰富材料，充实内容，突出特征。否则，不是浮泛，就是干瘪。学生的观察文之所以往往瘦而瘪，浅而直，在很大程度上是因为想不开、拓不开。比如写人，要能够通过察颜观色、听话听音等来联想到人物的内心活动，并能够通过语言描写、神态描写、行动描写等反映人物的心理活动和精神面貌。五、随手采撷,及时记录。“好记性不如烂笔头”,要培养学生良好的观察习惯，也要培养学生勤于动笔，随时记录观察、思索所得的习惯。对周围的事物多看、多想，并且把观察所得随时记录下来，养成习惯，看了写，写了看，久而久之，观察能力也就会逐渐提高。

让学生谈体会，运用典型引路。有的学生观察生活比较细致，联想比较丰富，思路比较开阔，取材于日常生活的作文写得比较生动、深刻。教师可以让这些学生谈谈自己平时观察生活、分析生活的体会和经验，让他们现身说法，同学们听了，不仅觉得亲切，受到的启发也会很大。一次，语文教师以《记一个熟悉的人》为题布置作文。有个学生写他的邻居华工程师，通过对华工程师的语言、行动、心理活动等具体描写,生动地反映了党的十一届三中全会之后，老一辈知识分子的欢畅心情和只争朝夕的献身精神,写得有血有肉，活灵活现。通过个别交谈，教师了解到这个学生平时注意观察生活，并随时把一些典型细节（人物的动作、神态、肖像特征等）记在本子上。因此，他写这类作文，就感到有话可说。他谈的体会很实在，对同学们启发很大。他说：“写人记事，首先要熟悉那些人，要理解那些事。而要熟悉和理解，平时就要多看看，多听听，多想想。观察多了，素材积累多了，就能不断加深对人对事的理解，理解了，写起来就不困难了。”在特殊情况下，也不妨让那些不注意观察的同学谈谈“写不出”的苦楚，从“另一面”给大家以启发。

化难为易，有步骤地进行序列训练。生活像大海，一下子要他们写人物众多、场面宏大的文章，恐怕绝大多数学生难以胜任。因此，语文教师要想办法为学生“排难解忧”。要指导学生就近观察，因地制宜，不要动不动就“走出去”。要由小到大，由点到面，逐步地提高。要通过做小型的“一举一动”、“一颦一笑”、“一草一木”、“一鸟一石”的片断练习，训练学生具体观察和细致描写的基本技能。俗话说，功到自然成。基本功练扎实了，不愁写不好人物众多、场面宏大的文章来。片断练习也要讲究序列。比如写班主任，可以先写班主任的外貌，再写班主任的语言和班主任的动作，然后写班主任的心理活动,在此基础上,布置学生写“我们的班主任”,估计不会出现“抓耳挠腮”、“无从下笔”的情况。又比如写我们的学校，可以先写“学校的画廊”“我们的操场”、“丰富多彩的阅览室”“奥妙无穷的实验室”等小练习，然后再做《我们的学校》。先片断，后全篇，有利于调动学生观察和写作的积极性，也有利于提高作文的质量。序列训练，不仅贯穿于总体训练之中，而且贯穿于局部训练之中。比如观察人的外貌,写人物的肖像，一般总是先打量人物的身材，先描写人物的总体形象，再细看（细写）人物的脸型。人物的脸型，又往往是从脸的上部看到脸的下部，从主要特征看到次要特征。观察注意有“序”，写起文章来也就不会乱得不像样子。

加强课外阅读，多方面引路开导。引导学生广泛阅读，多看多想，既可以丰富他们的课余生活，活跃他们的思想，充实他们的知识，又有利于提高他们观察生活的能力。语文教师应当做有心人，经常向学生介绍短小精悍的、以日常生活为题材的文章，以便于他们模仿、学习和借鉴。学生写“节日游园”、“国庆记事”、“欢度元旦”等作文，常犯一般化、老一套的毛病，反映不出每年“游园”、“国庆”、“元旦”的新特点。为了帮助学生克服“年年如此”的现象,语文教师应当结合报刊上面的有关文章，介绍如何抓住“往年没有、今年独有”的新气象展开细致描写的方法，启发学生多看、细看，发现特点，把握特点。再比如，学生描写会场，往往写得一平二冷，平铺直叙，渲染不出会场的热烈气氛，教师要指导学生阅读报导会议情况的通讯、特写等，从中学习怎样观察会场，怎样运用记叙、描写、议论等方法，具体写出会场布置、会场气氛、主要内容、听众反响等，把这类作文写得有声有色，生动活泼。

激发热爱生活的热情，提高观察生活的自觉性。观察是一种积极的智力活动，没有自觉性和主动性是难以奏效的，更是难以持久不懈的。从根本 上说，要培养学生观察生活的能力，就必须着眼于激发他们爱生活的热情，培养他们关心生活、积极向上的品质。柳青说“我认为最重要的是观察的态度问题。一个对人冷淡无情和对社会事业漠不关心的人，无论他怎样善于观察人，也不可能成为真正的作家。这就是说在生活中或工作中要有热情——热情地喜欢人、帮助人、批评人或反对人……我深深地体会到这种热情与我描写人的时候所用词句的分量都有关系。当你缺少这种热情的时候，你在生活中或工作中也许观察不到多少东西，观察到的也许并不深刻，并非本质，在写作时也不免嗟叹创作的困难。”这些话讲得极为精辟。观察当然需要讲究方法，而更重要的是需要热情。同处一个教学班、一个学校学生，他们写反映班级、学校生活的作文，有的感到有许多东西要写，而有的却感到没有什么好写，这里的关键是对集体、对生活的热爱程度、关心程度。对集体、对生活麻木不仁、冷若冰霜，那他就谈不上细心观察，谈不上“心情激动”，即使“闪光的思想”、“闪光的人物”如花似锦，五彩缤纷，也会习以为常，熟视无睹。我们要十分重视结合听说读写和课内外的活动,激发学生热爱生活的感情，使学生人人都做一个有心人。

茅盾在《创作的准备》一书中写道：“无论到哪里，你要竖起耳朵，睁开眼睛，像哨兵似的警觉，把你所见所闻随时记下来……”帮助学生练就一副机敏的“鹰眼”，培养他们善于观察的能力，是语文教师的一项重要任务，务必把这项任务完成好。

暑假生活像一个五彩斑斓的梦，使人留恋，使人向往，暑假发生的一件件有趣的事，常常把我带景进好的回忆中。

那天，爸爸突然心血来潮，告诉我今天去钓鱼，这个是爸爸第一次带我去钓鱼啊。我一上车就特别兴奋，一直闹着让爸爸开快点，，脑子里还一直幻想着自己钓鱼的场景。我们沿着崎岖的山路开往目的地，虽然过程十分艰难，但丝毫没有影响我们的兴致。终于到啦，我一下车，便情不自禁的赞叹大自然神奇的美景：池塘里的水清的如同镜子一般，与蔚蓝的天空相得益彰。

来到池塘边，爸爸个我简单讲解一下操作的方法，我就到旁边“开工”了。我学着爸爸的样子，装上诱饵之后，把手中的鱼竿放入水中，“耐心”的等待大鱼上钩。啊。鱼漂动了一下，我心里一阵窃喜：虽然是第一次钓鱼，但我还是很聪明啊。我用手轻轻一提，却觉得好轻，难道是条小鱼?每当我把鱼竿提起的时候，印在我眼帘的是空的鱼钩。我没有难过，反而要下定决心要钓大鱼。我第二次把鱼钩放入水中。咦?怎么鱼漂又下沉，这次我学聪明啦，等了一会，可还是管不住性子，提起钓竿一看，结果不如人愿——是树根。看看在我旁边的`爸爸，像是一个大将军，不出几分钟，已经钓上了几只银光闪闪的大鱼。

这鱼儿是存心跟我过不去吗?怎么就不咬我的鱼钩?我又生气又着急，索性丢下鱼竿，来到爸爸身边。爸爸回头看了看我，微微一笑，放下鱼竿，语重心长的对我说：“这是你第一次钓鱼，有没有成果不要紧，最重要的考验你的耐心。还记得爸爸常跟你说的：成功往往在于再坚持一步的努力之中。钓鱼也是这个道理啊。你再坚持一下，或许结果就不一样啦。”听啦爸爸这一番话，我明白了做什么东西都要持之以恒，便又一次把鱼钩放入水中。等了很久，终于看到水漂在水中动来动去，一会儿下沉，一会漂浮，爸爸告诉我有大鱼啦，让我提竿。果然，我钓上了一条大鱼，看着阳光下还在活蹦乱跳的鲤鱼，我突然觉得，周围的景致，连同这鱼，都闪着金光呢。

晚饭时，望着碗里的美味，我的心里有说不出的高兴。这次钓鱼，让我大开眼界，还明白了一个道理，以后这样的活动，我一定要多多参加。

这就是我暑假发生的一件有趣的事——钓鱼。

自从去年那场艰辛万分的重点班考试后，紧接着，我开始进入这个人生重要的里程碑──初中生活。

刚开始，踏入这个人生地不熟的地方，我必须每天骑车上学，不管暴雨急骤，不管狂风吹袭。到了教室，跟还未熟识的各地同学生活在一起，大家就如高傲的老鹰一般，有着各自的想法，不喜欢与人亲近、交谈，甚至完全没有互动！突然见到这个景象，跟脑海里小学时与同学玩得不亦乐乎的记忆，形成十分强烈的对比。更 使我震惊的是，这种生疏的情况竟僵持了一个礼拜之久！

虽然如此，可是人毕竟是群居的动物，渐渐地，班上有了欢笑，发现原来同学个个那么的可爱、活泼，跟上礼拜有了一百八十度的转变！我再次感受到如同小学时同学们相互的关爱，就这样，一颗冷漠的心，再度灌进了一道暖流，使我又重新恢复了对这个班级的期望。

另一方面，我惊觉成绩上得不到理想的回报，原本十分自傲的我，受到极大的挫折。为突破这个瓶颈，我必须在时间上做自我规划，整理出一套独特的读书方法，使自己对课业上的研究更有效率，以突破现状，更上一层楼。

于是，被激怒的我，配合了计划的实施，一个月内，成绩急起直追，瞬间名列前茅，这不仅使我欣喜若狂，连带家人也分享了我的喜悦，这是从没有过的感觉，原来全力的付出、辛苦的耕耘，就能有如此令人满意的收成！

进入初中以后，我必须自个儿骑车上学，不能继续依赖父母；进入初中以后，我知道人外有人，天外有天。外面的世界愈广阔愈表示自己能翱翔的空间无可限量，所以我必须百尺竿头更进一步，激发出深藏的潜能，面对人生更多的考验！

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

Many people dream to live a healthy life. But sometimes they do not have a

full understanding of healthy life. In my mind, a healthy life includes physical

and mental health. People need to have a healthy diet and regular exercise to

make our physical more and more healthy. At the same time, people have to

remember that mental health is also very important. People need to find ways to

relax themselves and keep a good mood every day. At least do not be depressed

for a long time. People can have a healthy life only when they keep a good

health between physical and mental.

孟子曰：“天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能”。俗话亦说，吃的苦中苦，方为人上人。只有吃得了苦，才能够活出一片新天地。

在这秋高气爽的日子里，我们迎来了进入初中以来的第一次军训。同学们整齐地站在操场上，迎接着教官的到来。大家都小声议论，希望能分配到一位和蔼可亲、脾气温和的教官。说话间，他走来了，一声响亮的“安静”，如雷贯耳，同学们一下子都安静了下来。他微笑着做着自我介绍，只见他皮肤黝黑，中等身材，完全是一名军人应有的姿态。虽然我们与他还不熟悉，但他让我们相信，在他的指导下，我们一定也会拥有军人那顽强的意志和不服输的精神。

在烈日骄阳下，在教官的严厉训练中，军训正在如火如荼的进行。有几个同学身体素质差，坚持不住高强度的训练，面色苍白，甚至晕倒在了操场上。有几个同学不遵守纪律，受到了教官的惩罚，有的会心服口服，下次改正，而有的满怀抱怨，背后议论教官。当同学们没有完成好教官交代的任务时，教官的各种惩罚相继实施，让同学们苦叫连天。同学们纷纷讨论着腿疼、胳膊疼……但这，正是我们应该经受的磨难，应该要领悟的精神。

军训，让我们学到了团队精神。一名同学犯错，集体就会受到惩罚，这就要我们每一位同学不拖后腿，养成团队意识。当我们站军姿、练体能，挥汗如雨，但不能抱怨，在这个需要吃苦的年纪，我们不应选择安逸和享受。当教官下达命令时，我们就应该无条件服从，刻不容缓，强调绝对的执行力。

五星红旗是用军人的鲜血染成的，他们为我们保家卫国、守卫边疆。我们要学习军人的优秀品格，并吸取纳入到日常的学习生活中，做一名不畏艰苦、积极向上的中学生。
