Secondly,the emigrants always go with the whole family including the elder.As we all know,after retirement,it is usually that the aged chat with each other about things in the past.For them,talking about trivialities is an essential and necessary way to enjoy themselves.However,assuming that persons around them are different ethnic in the new community,how can our parents or grandparents communicate with neighbors.After all,in accordance with the statistics,over seventy percent of the elder cannot speak foreign language especially in Asia.In addition,the fact that the majority of emigrants coming from Asia is well-known.Therefore,how to help the aged avoid loneliness is a serious problem which should be solved in time.I reckon that the best way is to live with people of the same race.Thus all old men benefit from the familiar language.Or,if they have nothing to do but to stay at home all the day,the harmony of the family will be affected sooner or later.

All in all,in my opinion,the more familiar,the better.So emigrants ought to live with others of their own ethnic background.

暑假对我而言就是一个的绝佳的充电时期。没有了学校中繁重的作业，由自己所支配的时间也就更多了，所以在七月中旬我报了物理和英语培训班。可以说暑假的前十几天我在家过的完全如在学校的生活。每天早晨六点钟起床，赶着去学英语的地点，虽说在搭车的路上我哈欠连天，眼皮时不时又耷拉了下来，可上起课来可就不能有半点疏忽了，一是因为我热爱英语这门学科，不能白白浪费了这提升英语能力的大好机会，再一个学费也挺贵的，我家可不是财主，不可能花钱去打瞌睡,那样做的话自己也挺心疼的。经过两个小时的英语充电，我又马不停蹄地奔赴另一个“战场”。漫游在物理世界里，探索着生活中的奥秘，它像一块磁石把我深深地吸引住了，而每一次的放学成了我最不舍的时候，回家后我会巩固今天所学的新知识，力求在两天内“消化完毕”。在听单词的时候，妈妈吃力地拼读着单词，眉头紧皱，两眼充满了疑惑，好不容易读了出来，可有不知是哪国的怪语，弄得我忍俊不禁，我笑着赶紧纠正，妈妈却不好意思的解释道：“你老妈还不就是想多学学知识，其实我在中学时也学了，只不过人老了忘记了嘛。”老妈跟着我一起学，给我又带来了几分动力。而在物理方面老妈也不肯罢休，有时我们的观点发生了分歧，就会为此争论不休，而我每次都活学活用，让妈妈不得不信服。在培训班的日子里，我收获到的不仅是宝贵的知识，我们母女俩之间的关系也更加为之密切与融洽了。之前的隔阂也烟消云散了。

在那段日子过后，我决定好好放松心情，跟着哥哥去了东江漂流。让我最难忘的并不是漂流所给我带来的刺激与惊险、快乐，而是人与动物时之间的一种感情与缘分，和山里人的淳朴，大自然所带来的震撼。从漂流一开始，就有一只黑色的蝴蝶一直不停地围绕着船夫飞舞，而后来却干脆停留在了船夫的肩上，游人用水枪将它赶走，它似乎有灵性，又找到了我们，并且再次停留在了船夫的身上。每次都是这样，最后船夫只能无奈且又幽默的说道：“我已是有老婆的人了，你要是只母的就赶快飞走吧。”结果那只黑色蝴蝶还是对船夫不离不弃。游客们都哈哈大笑起来。不知船夫是有何等魅力，与一直素不相识的蝴蝶结下了奇缘。在漂流的途中我发现一个有趣的现象，每一座山上都只有单独的一户人家，而大多数却又是在山顶。泥黄的砖瓦，简陋的窗户，与那袅袅升起的炊烟无不让我感到淡淡的淳朴的气息。而在途中，我收获了一个景观：有上百只五颜六色的蝴蝶集中停留在一块巨石上，缓慢地扇动着自己美丽的翅膀，千姿百态，颜色各异。而有一些蝴蝶欢乐地在岩石上方飞舞，我觉得美极了，于是赶紧用眼睛按下了快门。这次东江之旅我已铭记在心。

在暑假中，我非常感谢我的一个朋友，她虽然不用做体育作业，可取每天按时来陪我跑步，打球。有时我也有想偷懒的念头，于是停下来，我以为她也会因为不用再跑而感到高兴，但她却十分埋怨的说道：“不行，不能这么容易放弃，只剩下几百米了，在坚持一下就可以了。”所以我时常是被她“教训”后又跑了起来。她以前在小学可是一个跑步健将，她知道我跑步很吃力，时常是嘴唇发白，脸色发青。所以她就将如何跑步不费力的秘诀跑步时不用嘴吸气，一直用鼻呼气，并且匀速，这样就能改变现状。我试用了几天这种方法，果然我的跑步效果有所转变，经过一个暑假的锻炼，我的心肺功能明显加强，且跑步速度有了很大的提升。如果没有她，我的体育也不会提升的这么快，或许一直是原地踏步。谢谢你，张晏榕!

Also they are strict with us and strict in their work. I am getting along very well with my classmates. Whenever we have difficulties in our study, we help each other.

I have many interests such as dancing, singing, reading books and playing sports, and I especially enjoy basketball, which makes me smarter and helps me learn faster and better. So Ive improved my life in this way.

My school life is full of happiness and fun. Although we have some new challenges every day, Ill try my best to meet them.
