Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. my grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.chinese people eat rice for every meal, but i don’t like rice because i think it is tasteless! we eat meat, fish and vegetables. my family eats noodles and congee. my favorite is noodles.

我走到卖饼的地方。那里有各种各样的饼，有白色的，黄色的，还有各种花样的饼，我好想每个都吃一口哇!但我看见了玉米饼，便问卖这些饼的大姐姐说：“大姐姐，玉米饼多少钱一斤?”大姐姐微笑地对我说：“小妹妹，玉米饼一斤10元钱。”我激动的说：“那么给我来一斤吧!”说着，大姐姐给我装了一斤的玉米饼，我给了大姐姐钱，心想正好20块钱呢!之后，我抱着南瓜，提着玉米饼面带微笑地回家了。

我这次训练了我独自自己买菜的能力，原来买菜这么累，我体会到了爸爸妈妈的不容易。

It is of great importance to make and maintain a green campus in our university or college. Obviously， a growing number of people are beginning to realize that it is our duty to do that in the present days， since the concept of “a green world” has become the focus of the society. The idea of “a green campus” is beyond a green environment. To begin with， the development on the campus is to be sustainable and recyclable. Some of the authorities’ budget should be on how to reduce of the waste. What’s more， we’d better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us. Thus the idea of environmental protection may become a common occurrence in our daily life. It is necessary that effective actions should be taken to protect our campus from waste and pollution， and hence these activities are to play an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. Certainly， there is little doubt that further consideration must be paid to our green campuses.

With the development of our society and economy,people are confronting with serious environmental problem,including environment pollution and resource scarity.So for modern college students,it is of great importance to create and maintain a green campus in our university.

As we all known,the idea of green campus has become the focus of the most colleagues.What measures should we take to creat green campus?As far as were concerned we can take action from the following two aspects.Firstly,wed better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us and the importance of protection of environment.Only in this way ,the idea of environmental protection may become a common action in our daily life.Secondly,it is necessary for us to take effectie measure to protect our campus from pollution and waste,for example,we may call on student to save water and electricity and refuse sorting equipment treatment by the way of the slogan or other effective form of our purpose of make green campus.

How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

I would like to tell you two things in my university life that are of great importance and interest.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." Some teenagers believe that freedom means doing whatever you like. But I think that is not real freedom at all. One can have his or her own freedom, while at the same time respect others‘. It is not easy to think on behalf of others. University life provides me with this precious chance to practice it.

“低碳生活”原来可以这样——读《低碳生活》有感

碳，这种元素很常见。比如，我们吃的面包、米饭、面条，这些都属于碳水化合物，但这“低碳生活”中的“碳”又是指什么呢?

看了书，我才知道，原来这里的“碳”主要指的是“二氧化碳”。它是一种对人体有害的气体，密度比空气稍大，位于大气层的下层。它还有一种固体形态，叫做“干冰”，有一种灭火器，就是用它制造的。

随着世界走进工业化，人们的“二氧化碳”排放量也大大增加，使得“温室效应”不断加重，地球就好像给罩在了一个玻璃罩中。仅仅在我们中国，每隔3小时，就会有一种动植物濒临灭绝，即便尽最大的努力，改善环境的速度，也赶不上环境被破坏的速度。

不过，别灰心，书中告诉我们，想挽救地球，办法还是有很多的，关键是大家能不能坚持。

我先教朋友们一些简单的公式，算算你今天排放了多少二

氧化碳。

①、家具用电的M = 耗电度数 × 0.785;

②、开车的

M = 油耗升数 × 0.27;

③、乘飞机的 M ：

短途旅行为200公里以内：公里数 × 0.275;

中途旅行为200～1000公里：

55 + 0.105 × (公里数 —200);

长途旅行为1000公里以上：公里数 × 0.139。

那么，怎样减少自己的碳排放呢?好，我再来说几个“低碳”的小窍门：

⑴保护森林，保护植被;

⑵尽量使用节能灯和 LED 灯;

⑶选用直径大的炊具，使火焰分布的面积与锅底相齐，或略小于锅底;

⑷定期清洗、保养热水器和灶具;

⑸最好不要用蒸，蒸饭时间是焖饭时间的3倍;

⑹最好买1.6L及以下排量的轿车;

⑺路程不远时，骑自行车出行;

⑻开车跑高速时不要开窗户;

⑼洗澡每次不超过15分钟;

⑽把洗衣服、洗菜、打扫卫生的水收集起来冲马桶;

⑾衣服太少了可以先不洗，等多了以后集中起来洗，这样可以有效节水;

⑿夏天的时候，空调是“用电大户”，我们可以在它启动的时候，在它下方放置一台风扇，徐徐送风，帮助提高制冷效果;

⒀如果晚上用空调，可以让空调在上床睡觉5小时后自动关机;

⒁冰箱省电妙招：

ⅰ、不要频繁开关冰箱门;

ⅱ、食品与食品之间相距 1 厘米;

ⅲ、食品不要紧贴内壁;

ⅳ、水果、蔬菜最好摊开摆放;

ⅴ、冰箱制冰后，把冰块放到冷藏室存放，即用即取，

方便又省电;

⒂笔记本电脑的节电妙法：

ⅰ、降低屏幕亮度对降低能耗最有效;

ⅱ、关闭或者降低不使用的设备性能，例如在进行编

辑文档等无需非常强劲性能的时候，可以适当降

低CPU的运行频率;而在无需使用无线网络的时

候，则可以关闭无线网卡;

ⅲ、降低扬声器的音量;

ⅳ、如果使用环境能够提供稳定的供电，就尽量采用电源适配器供电，可以避免电量在电池充放的过程中消耗。

怎么样，说了这么多，相信大家一定有了和我一样的感觉：“低碳生活”原来就是这样!它并不像想象的那么难。

只是要让所有人都来参与，就不是一朝一夕可以完成的了，需要一代甚至几代人的努力。

不过，那又怎么样呢?事在人为，我们只要从我们自己做起，从每一件小事做起，并发挥我们的长处，影响、监督我们身边的亲人、朋友，一起来享受“低碳生活”，我们的家园不就会越来越美好了吗?

我现在已经就任我们家的“低碳生活领航员”，家里的大功率电器、妈妈的汽车等等，都归我管。

像我这样的老手，动作非常迅速。拿出碗筷，把鸡蛋对的碗沿边敲了一下。“啪”的一下鸡蛋就整个掉碗里了。拿起筷子搅拌鸡蛋了。搅拌了会儿，鸡蛋准备好了。可是我找不着牛奶了，明明放在厨房的，怎么一下子就不见了，难道像乔丹一样长了一双会飞的脚了，腾空了前来？带着这个疑问，我不禁抬头看看，突然“啪”的一声，什么东西掉了，低头一看，原来是牛奶，我真是粗心大意啊。拿起来走向厨房的时候不小心被东西拌了一脚，还是我反映快，整个人跳起来，幸好没事，不然我的早餐就没了。进到厨房。准备起煮牛奶，把牛奶放到锅里炖，趁着煮牛奶的时候，我拿出另一个锅来煎鸡蛋。我把鸡蛋煎好之后牛奶也熟了。拿这我的美味佳肴上桌品尝去了。

这件事让我知道做事千万要细心，不要粗心大意。这件趣事我记得很清楚我也不会望去。

今年的生日真是让我又害怕又紧张，因为我家楼上的住户给了我一个大大的“惊喜”。

8月19日凌晨两点钟的时候，我耳边隐约听到奶奶在说些什么，等她来到我的房间，我就清楚地听见奶奶着急地大喊：“着火了!着火了!”，当时我一听见这句话就猛地翻身来冲到客厅，看见楼上时不时落下一些东西，竟然还有那熊熊燃烧的火焰，那时候我的心七上八下，一下子提到了嗓子眼。

正在此时，只见奶奶拿上手机，我们四个人就飞快冲出家门，我和奶奶一口气飞快地从19楼跑到了1楼，但当我和奶奶气喘吁吁跑下来时，却没看见爷爷和爸爸，紧接着爸爸也气喘吁吁跑了下来，可始终没见爷爷的踪影，打电话也不接，这可把我们吓坏了，我更是忐忑不安，生怕爷爷出事。

过了一会儿，我们就听见了笛子的声音，我回头一看，原来是消防员叔叔来了。只见消防员叔叔拿着灭火器飞快地冲上了20楼。没过多久，熊熊大伙慢慢就熄灭了。我们便快速的回家，一打开门就看到了爷爷，冲过去抱住了爷爷，当时我那紧张的心也终于放下了。

当时已经凌晨四点多钟了，我一直没睡，等待着我出生的时刻。

这就是楼上给我的生日“惊喜”。
