我们上午的任务已经结束了，到了骄阳似火的中午。有同学问：“现在是秋天，不是夏天，太阳会很猛吗?”我答：“的确很热!”我们开始吃饭，饭不香，因为严厉的教官对我们太凶了。饭后我们开始下午的军训，还玩了一个游戏，考验我们的合作能力，还有默契。

下午三点半，军训结束了。我们拍完集体照，准备坐上大巴回家。我很开心，因为我很累，不想再做活动了。

“抬头，挺胸，收腹!两手自然下垂，贴紧裤缝线!”我的军训在教官严厉的口令声中开始了!

军训首先要学的就是站军姿。教官说，站军姿是最基础的动作，军姿站不好，其他动作就很难做好。刚开始，我以为站军姿就是站在那里，是最简单不过的了。但是我怎么也想不到，连站军姿都这么难：抬头，挺胸，收腹，两手自然下垂，贴近裤缝线，还不能动。虽然夏天已经过去，但头顶上的太阳却比夏天的太阳还要大。淋漓的汗水洗去了刚步入初中的兴奋，疲软的手脚，谋划着酸痛的阴谋。懒惰的后羿呀!当初为什么不把这第十个太阳一并射下?现在它正得意洋洋地狞笑在我们的头顶上，用它恶毒的热量，将我们晾成新鲜的木乃伊

军训中的我们，最希望教官的嘴里能蹦出“休息”二字，这样我们就不用站那么长时间的军姿，也不用那么刻苦的训练了。但这些，在军训的时候，是不可能的。

到了第三天，第四天，我们的好日子就来了，以前脑袋里的幻想就都成了现实。军训中的我们，最希望教官的嘴里能蹦出“休息”二字，把训我们的话改成表扬我们的，这样我们就不用站那么长时间的军姿，也不用整天听教官训我们了。但这些，在军训的时候，是不可能的。

不知是我们真的有了进步，还是教官改变了态度，他们的嘴里竟然说出“好，不错，这一遍走完我们就休息”的.话，有时候我都不敢相信自己的耳朵。

这天，军训要结束了。我又高兴又难过，高兴的是“魔鬼训练”终于结束了;难过的是自己没有好好珍惜这几天的军训。每当我静下心来回想起军训，军训生活就如浪花，在我脑海里翻滚。

军训虽然苦，但它增强了我们的体魄，磨炼了我们的意志。

军训，是迎接初中生活的洗礼;军训，是一次令人难以忘怀的体验;军训，是一段刻骨铭心的经历。

转眼间，军训七天已经过去六天了。时间过得真快!最后的会操眨眼间就要在明天下午举行。为了能在会操中取得一个好成绩，今天大家都在做最后的准备。

会操的内容都是这几天学习、训练的。第一项是稍息、立正、跨立，第二项是停止间转法;第三项是敬礼、礼毕;第四项是齐步走与正步走。当然在这之前入场时还要走分列式。

今天我们都发现教官变成了“红小豆试验田”，他说都是为我们才上的火，但是后面的几个男生还是不听话。练习齐步走，踢正步与按音乐节奏踏步走时教官总是让我在前面带队，虽然我很有成就感，但是也体验到了前面领操的“辛苦”——每当队伍停下向后转要往回走时，我都要转到队伍的另一边。要知道，大热天围着队伍跑几圈，特别是踢完正步以后跑，可不是那么舒服的。

马上就要分别了，大家都想留下教官的qq号，谁知教官却说对我们这么大的小孩不感兴趣。对此，男女生分别作出了不同的累人回答。女生：“谁会对你感兴趣啊!”男生：“不过我们对你感兴趣!”……

军训的第一天就是站军姿，教官可非常严格。我们站姿端正，五指并拢贴紧裤缝线，站的笔直;身体还要往前倾，这样才不会感觉头晕眼花。双脚还要60°分开，后脚跟紧靠，要一直保持这个姿势。要站30分钟，刚开始我不觉得时间很长，慢慢的，站久了、双脚已经快没有力气了，身体轻飘飘的，好想倒下。这时，我的几根发丝飘到脸颊边痒痒的，真想用手把发丝弄到耳后。因为我们一个微小的动作都不能动。

第二天早上刚到学校，才几分钟而已，立马集合，所有同学到操场。唉!又是站军姿，这可是最耗费体力了，全身紧绷着站在操场上。邻班的几个同学有的晕倒，有的虚弱。其实我也快扛不住了，但我想起，这次军训是为了什么?不就是强身健体，增强对祖国的责任感吗!。难道这点小事就坚持不住?不会的。我一定要坚持下来。
