我们第二实验小学在20__年暑期推出了少年军校第二届的活动，从__月__日开始，我们个个都开始了辛苦的训练，教我们的教官是武教官，听老师们说我们的教官是这个班的班长，我们都替武教官骄傲，我们训练都很认真，没有一个人叫苦，没有一个人喊累，武教官也表示满意。

我们第一天学了站军姿，武教官说站军姿要脚后跟并拢，脚尖分开60度左右，身体往前倾斜，脖子抬起来，目视前方，肩膀往后抬，腰挺直，我们就这样站军姿站了一共差不多2个小时，我们又学了跨立，武教官说要左手握住右手手腕，右手成空拳，还有一个稍息，跟军姿差不多，只是左脚向左一点伸，我们学的都不错。

我们学的累了也该吃午饭了，闻着香喷喷的饭菜，我口水都不知不觉的滴了一盆子，可能是累了吧，好像1千年没有闻过饭菜的香味了，我们马上就开吃了，我吃得可香了，其他同学也不落后，也都吃得又香又快。我们吃完饭就直奔体育馆睡觉，吃了香喷喷的饭菜，我也香喷喷的入睡了，醒来之后同学们都排队了，我还猜迷迷糊糊的刚刚醒来，我都怀疑我睡的时候有没有打呼噜，吵醒其他同学了?我脸刷的一下就红了起来，我问了问同学，他们说有是有但是很小，这下我可松了口气，幸好没被他们看我的丑相，嘻嘻。

我们下午也是复习一下上午的动作，因为是第一天，所以教官们也没有太大的给我们施加压力，我们也很放松，第一天，就是一样一个充实的，快乐的，美满的一天，我们不但认识了武教官，还学会了站军姿、跨立、稍息。今天真美满啊!

今天我们开始了大学期间的军训，我们的训练场地是一个挺大的足球场，地上铺满了人造草皮，当太阳抚摸我们的后背和脸颊时，那些无法进行光合作用的草皮便开始慢慢升温，蒸腾的热气渐渐由脚贯穿我们全身。

教官很心疼我们，当训练到一定程度时便会下达休息的口令。每当这时我便会平躺在草坪上，仰望蔚蓝的天空，看白云追随风的足迹，肆意地变幻着摸样，我的思绪就又飘到很远很远的地方。草地上偶尔会有一两只蝴蝶飞过，这些舞动着翅膀的精灵翩翩地追逐嬉戏，使得炎热的军训添加了几分姿色。

军中的训练很苦，真的很苦，时常会有人坚持不住而倒下。在站军姿以及练习升蹲起立时左腿便会隐隐作痛，我始终都不想用这个借口来逃避军训，我要证明我的坚强。只要坚持一段时间就可以结束训练了，心中竟涌出一股淡淡的惆怅，就像高中毕业的那次离别。一直盼望着离别，逃避，可真的将要离开了却有万分的不舍，好象生命中最重要的东西将要离去。我想我已经喜欢上这种训练了。

也许，你会认为我神经错乱，但我是真的喜欢上这次的军训了，不光是这次，还有以往的军训，我都很怀恋。军训的日子虽然很苦，但我知道，这样的磨练使得我的意志一天比一天坚强，那些脆弱的东西正在逐渐离我而去，而我也渐渐淡忘了那些曾经让我极度悲伤的过往。

今天早上，我们起了个大早，洗漱过后就开始晨练了。我们绕着湖外的路跑了一圈，然后继续练军姿，虽然是清早，但阳光穿透雾气还是很晒人，我的眼睛都睁不开了，帽沿上都布满了汗珠，汗水吧眼睛淹的很疼。早上有没吃早饭也没喝水，我都要晕倒了。

终于熬到了吃早饭，我看到饭盒，为离开时翻江倒海，教官宣布开饭，我开始狼吞虎咽，吃的一干二净。吃过早饭，我们稍微放松了一下，又开始训练。

上午的训练比早上简单了一些，但天气很热，所以我还是有些累。我们复习了“立正”、“稍息”、“蹲下”、“起立”等动作。还学习了“敬礼”，我的手臂都要断了，腿也疼得要命。但还是坚持站着。半天下来，我全身都要三加了。

中午我们吃了一顿丰盛可口的饭菜，我感觉不太累了，就跟队回宿舍了。之后我们就睡午觉了，可能因为我们太累了，一躺在床上我就迷糊了，骨头都好想不属于我了，滩成了一堆。我浑身酸软，但怎么也睡不着，就那么躺着。下午，我们和五班进行了拉歌友谊赛，每个人都很投入，一个带领我们的同学喊得嗓子都哑了。好几次我们都盖过了他们。

军训的第二天，我们都感到了集体生活的快乐和军训进步的幸福，以后每一天我都要得到更的进步。

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

Evening came at last. Many of my classmate came to my home. they bought me

lots of beautiful presents. they all said,"Happy birthday to you!" We sang

birthday songs happily.then my parents brought out a big birthday cake, saying,

"We love you for ever. Happy birthday!"

Today, my family go to the zoo. We go there by car, and we arrive there at

around 3 p.m. I see many kinds of animals in the zoo, like dog, elephant, rabbit

今天是军训的第五天，因为我们昨天口号没喊好，所以今天上午便开始了残酷的体能训练，首先是50个抱头起立蹲下，然后再做了30个青蛙跳，之后又做了……总之说不清楚，一休息大家就吵起来了，教官怒道：“你们还吵，起立，给我做60个抱头起立蹲下。”没办法，又不能顶撞教官，只好照做，刚做完大家就上气不接下气。教官叫道：“如果再吵就别怪我不客气了，坐下!”我们一听，在一秒内就坐下了，每当有一个人想讲话时，大家就会做出一个“嘘”的动作，毕竟大家不想再站了，上午总算是过完了，我一回家就趴在床上睡着了，我想我应该破了世界纪录吧!

下午到了，我们主要在练习迎接领导的动作，比如手语操，表演等内容。只要没做好就要接着做，不过大家都很努力，没有用多长时间就做完了，甚至比放学时间还要早。

明天就是最后一天了，真期待明天会是怎样的!

We have been in Zhejiang University for 3 days. Though we still need to

have classes, we feel relaxed and the life here is quite different from my

precious school life.

When we are at school, we are always busy reading and writing, but now we

mainly need to speak, speak loudly and well, with self-confidence. Maybe it’s a

chance for me to learn English ina different way.

For the first time, I was told that I can ask the teacher a queation. I was

very nervous. But now I never feel nervious because I know I must take any

don’t try your best.

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” A person who believes in these

Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

One reason is that if we give up easily, we will achieve nothing. It is not

not develop new skills. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to

reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed

in other areas of our lives.

elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could

have quit many times - but he didnt and because he didnt quit, he became one

经过四天的训练，使我学到了一些部队正规动作要领，同时对部队的纪律也有一定了解。

在军训时，偶尔一个动作，一个人没有做好，教官就接二连三的强化训练，直到我们动作协调一致，并符合标准。这需要我们树立一种团队精神，如果你一人做得不好，就是整个班没有做好。在上午一节静立课时，我确实有支持不住的感觉，我咬咬牙还是坚持到最后。同学们腰酸脚痛，豆大的汗珠不断地从脸上滑落。然而，只要教官的命令，就没有人会擅自休息，即使脚下磨出了水泡。这一站，就是半个小时。教官不发话，整个班级就是一支整齐的队伍，没有一丝一毫的动摇。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

weather was rainy.The rain was raining heavily in the sky.And there was much

dirty water on the ground.
