这天下午，我们两所学校的五年级穿上军装后就开始训练，训练的内容有：长途拉链、做为军人的五个内容、翻越障碍、战地救护、联欢活动等一些内容。其中让我影像最深刻的是翻越障碍，里面的内容有：壕沟、翻越高板、走独木桥和爬铁丝网，我认为最难的是翻越高板，虽然看起来很简单，但到我的时候，第一次没跳过去，第二次我深呼吸了一口气后，才跳了过去。

经过了这次的军训，我知道了：“不管遇到什么事，都要以勇敢来面对，而不是以胆小的心来面对。‘’这就是我明白的道理。

以前听说要进行军训，心里很欣喜，以为军训无非是提枪、瞄准射击的事，待到军训时，才知道军训实在是一项艰苦的训练。立正、向左转、齐步走一直搞得人晕头转向，经过几天的军训后，同学们都学会了步法、射击、瞄准和不少的军事知识，以前连方向都有分不清的现象没有了，纪律有了提高。

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

今天天气很糟糕，所以我只好呆在家里。下午，我完成我的一些作业，然后我想今天一定会很无聊吧。我便开始上网，偶然地发现了一部由马克·斯蒂文·约翰逊主导的电影《鬼面骑士》，我便开始观看。这部影片讲诉了一个名叫强尼的摩托车爱好者为了挽救他亲人的性命与恶魔签署了一份契约。但是，他因此而失去了灵魂，被迫给恶魔工作。他用他的魔力与邪恶作斗争。这部影片是如此的振奋人心以至于我不能平息我的内心。我永远都不会忘记这部电影。
