今天是开学的第一天，我非常兴奋的来到学校，因为我们第一个星期要军训。我想象中，特警应该是穿着防弹衣，头上戴着头盔，腰上别着手枪，穿着靴子。上午，我们见到教官，可这个教官什么装备也没有，但是教官长得虎背熊腰的，一看就像练过的，加上一身黑军装，看起来帅呆了!

我们早上整好队，英姿飒爽地来到操场上，占了个好地方。开始训练了，我们学的第一个动作是站姿，教官给我们做了一个示范，立正!他马上双脚并拢，左脚向左卖出60度，双脚脚后跟并拢，占了一个标准的军姿，我们一看惊呆了，原来标准的军姿是这样站的，我们也跟着做了一个，教官说这样可以促进血液循环，就不会晕倒了。

第二个动作是稍息立正，在稍息的时候，左脚向左卖出三分之二，立正的时候双脚收回，马上回到立正的姿势，要干脆利索。向右看齐的时候，要在喊“齐”的时候转头，这样看着就比较整齐了。

第三个动作是左、右、前、后转，转的时候要右脚抬起来，左脚转，每动一步都是有节拍的，这样才会干脆利索。

这一天过的又累又辛苦，但是我们的身体得到了锻炼，增强了组织纪律观念。

今天是来军训的第三天，早晨教练让我们6：10分就在楼下集合，因为今天轮到我们(5)班当帮厨了，帮厨就是去厨房看看有没有什么了，让我们帮忙的，一个班帮两次，我们班轮到早晨和中午，我觉得当帮厨最爽了，不用军训，不用暴晒，还可以休息呢!早上当帮厨比较轻闲，只是放放蛋糕，端端豆浆而已。中午需要干的活可就多了：要洗餐具、洗菜、剥菜……不过有甘甜解渴的菊花茶喝，可真爽!

下午没什么太阳了，所以不会很热，体能训练也没什么，最讨厌的是晚上了，已经熄灯有点儿久了，我都快睡着了，忽然教官吹了哨子，我们听到哨子声就立刻起床下楼去集合，这是教官给我们的规定，到那里教官就说：“太吵了，下来罚一下。”说完就让我们散开，说：“今天你们不是流汗就是流泪，不然不能回去。”他就让我们伸蹲，然后做俯卧撑，一开始用手掌来撑，后来改成了用拳头来撑，好痛啊!

手痛得不行了，可是教官说了只要有一个同学偷懒就不能起立。撑了好久，我的手痛得受不了了，我的眼泪终于忍不住流了下来，很多同学也都哭了，不知过了多久，教官终于下令“起立”，让我们回去睡觉。此时我的手已经破皮了，还有小石子进入肉里，真的好生气，好委屈，无缘无故罚我们，我们宿舍又没说话，真的好冤枉哦!

此时我想起了在家里真好，想睡就睡，还不会被罚，好多好吃的。在学校也不用暴晒，还可以休息，坐，再想想这里，会被罚，饭也是冰的，还要整天晒太阳，还不能自由休息……，这里跟平时根本就是天差地别。好希望今天就是星期五啊，那就可以回家了!

要是可以回家那该多好啊，要好好珍惜在家的快乐时光!

说苦，苦在教官威严的声音里，在不断流下的滚滚汗水中。面对这些，我退缩过，也放弃过。站军姿时，我总感到身上奇痒无比。怎么办?我正要放弃时，突然发现四周的同学都如我那样汗流浃背，但都默默坚持着。我猛然醒悟：军训本就是为了强健我们的体魄，锻炼我们意志而存在，那么，为什么要放弃呢?我们应该明白，在军训的我们，已不是温室里的花朵。天天叫着“要做搏击风雨的鹰”难道都只是空口号吗?想着，我又一次挺直了腰板……

早上天气阴沉跟我的心情一样,虽说回家能见到爸爸妈妈,可是还是比较留恋这儿.这不,就为了这事连上午的课都没上好.今天下午我们正在学习“小猴翻跟斗”的技艺.这事由木棒组成的一个梯子和一个像夹子的物品组合而成的,只要把”小猴”放在梯子的最上端,它就能顺着梯子翻滚下了,操作的时候必须把小木棒轻轻地扎进大木棒里做成梯子的样子,在扎的时候如果扎不进去就必须拿小榔头轻轻的敲,神志不清的我拿起小榔头猛的向木棒上一锤,“空”的一声我把木棒扎成了两半,同学们哇啊的惊叫,教官慢慢地走了过来:“请问这位同学有什么事吗?”我忸怩地说:“对不起老师,因为今天是军训的最后一天,我还想着这两天军训的事情,所以走神了”.教官见状安慰我说:“没关系以后你们还是有机会再军训的”.说完他又拿了一个木棒给我,我就认真的做了起来.

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.
