Saving Water

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

This winter is freezing cold. I didn’t have any desire to go out for play.

I always stayed at home. Actually, most of the time I was in my bed. When I felt

anxious for staying inside too long, I will go near the window to wach the

Afternoon activities started at 1pm till 5:30pm each day. At 6pm, we had our dinner. After that, its was time for all of us to take a good rest until the next morning.

最苦最累的是在开饭前的20分钟站军姿，汗水像不要钱似的往下淌，从未感觉20分钟有多漫长，脚跟也站痛了，腰杆也站麻了，教官的身影像鬼魅一般，悄无声息地出现在面前。

但当总教官吹响下课的哨音时，我还是觉得他挺可爱的。

总之，苦尽甘来，我想今晚可以做个好梦吧。

夜仿佛纸浸了油，变成半透明体;它给太阳拥抱住了，分不出身来，也许是太阳陶醉了，所以夕照晚霞隐褪后的夜色也带着酡红。

目光一转，鲜红的横幅上醒目的标语提醒了我：这并非一个和平的时代，而是我身处一个和平的国家。即使国际关系十分紧张，但有无/数爱国人士想方设法应付;所以，不是我们不应承担，而是有无数人为我们承担。我们的发展历程也并非一帆风顺，自1840年起，我们的国家先后有无数满怀爱国热血的仁人志士，他们抗击外来侵略，他们十年内战，只为给人民一个和平安宁的国度。

而如今，硝烟已经逐渐褪去，人民已经过上了安宁富足的生活，战火连天的记忆已经从脑海中退去，可我们真的安宁吗?并不，边疆仍有人日夜站岗，在边境国界，仍有数量惊人的年轻战士因边境冲突或是排雷失误死去，他们的家人不痛心吗?可若是他们不来守卫，又有谁来呢?

所以，和平是有人不分昼夜守来的，是有人隐姓埋名的坚守拼搏闯来的。我们不应该忘却历史的耻辱，高枕无忧，而应该铭记历史的教训，居安思危，养成艰苦奋斗的好习惯，负起时代使命，推进社会主义现代化。

我们是：于浩歌狂热之际中寒，于天上看见深渊，于一切眼中看见无所有，于无所希望中得救。

放学后的第二天早上，老师宣布：“从今天下午开始，我们就要举行军训活动了!”得知这一消息后，全班同学像煮熟的粥一样沸腾了起来，。老师又说：“在星期一下午还要进行年级评比呢!”

有的同学说：“军训不是在初高中阶段才进行吗?小学还要军训?太辛苦了!”还有的同学说：“真是太好了!军训既可以锻炼我们的身体，又可以磨练我们的意志!”我则暗自期待军训能早些开始，让我也体验一下当军人的感觉吧!

军训终于开始了。我们认识了韩教官，他是东北人，说话可幽默了!军训到第三天时，有四名教官给我们表演，真是太整齐了!就好像一个人在做!当我们看完军官叔叔的表演，都暗自下定决心，一定也要做那么好!争取在年级评比中取得第一名!

经过了几天的训练，尽管我们都很辛苦，但大家都明白了军人严明的纪律和吃苦精神，这正是我们需要加强和培养的，同学们都很努力地训练，让自己的动作更规范、表现更优秀。

比赛的日子终于到来了，大家都按捺不住激动的心情。终于轮到我们班上台表演了，大家都认认真真的完成了每一个细节。当我们表演完时，同学们都出了许多汗，真是“千辛万苦”啊!

终于到公布成绩的时候了，当领导说：“五年级优胜班级为五一班”时，大家都欢呼雀跃了起来。

篇12 、The weather of today is very comfortable, thoughthe weather forecast said it is cloudy, but just a little bit rain, very cool.Theweather forecast said it is cloudy, and friends are planning to play basketball,but unfortunately, in the rain we can not play it. In the afternoon, the rain stopped,I have to help my mother to buy food in the supermarket. Generally it was not bad mood today.

篇13、It was the second day of our summerholiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things Ilike. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. ButI didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote anEnglishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14hours.I thought I was very tired. 快快快快!马上到时间啦!在起床到集合仅有10分钟的紧张时间里，我们手忙脚乱，手上叠着被子，双脚却在急着往鞋里钻。拎到水杯扣上帽子，快马加鞭冲向操场。奇迹的是，前天右脚受伤还举步维艰的我，也跑了起来。

万幸没有迟到。

教官的双眼然我想起《列夫托尔斯泰》里的描述。不过我们能感受到，鹰一般的眼神里揉着独特的温柔如同太阳看向花骨朵。

军训第一关军姿。头正肩平，全身都在用力。教官不善言辞，稍有松懈，立刻就会被请出，接受惩罚。早晨并没有烈阳，但每个人都汗流成河，却一动不动，任由一滴滴汗珠以自己可以感觉的方式从后背留下。看着其他班已经开始练习其他基本动作，我们却仍呆站着，不禁有些着急，脚底的酸疼也放大了几倍。

可军训磨难又何止如此?

炎炎夏日，同学少年，书生意气，本是朝气蓬勃的画面。但身为主角的我们却没工夫欣赏。教官似乎偏爱军姿，我们也只好全身绷紧立正站好。别动!手贴紧!肩向后张!简短的命令自带气势，稍稍松懈的我立马站直。

就在我快坚持不住之时，教官发话了：其实我很羡慕你们。

羡慕?我忍不住偏头看向教官。

我想你们这么大的时候，考上了中学……严肃的教官第一次说这么多的话。他考上优秀高中，却因贫穷而入伍为兵，不到二十岁参与汶川地震救援，受了重伤，甚至濒临死亡。

我听得心惊肉跳，教官却面不改色，双眼依旧锐利。也许这就是成长的过程：一个普通人，会害怕伤痛，畏惧鲜血;但一个遍体鳞伤，眼神坚定的人，绝不会顾虑再多一个伤口，多一滩血迹。

伤了痛了，累了苦了，也是一种经历与财富。

军训，不是枯燥的体能训练，不是表面的架势与表演。训的是人心。从内到外，从体能到意志。

我开始爱上军训。

在这个烈日炎炎的季节里，我们相约一齐来到了环境优美的科创校园。在那里，我们将开始自己的求学之路;在那里，我们将谱写自己人生中的每一个精彩的乐章。

古人云：“人贵有志，当志存高远。”每个人都有一份属于自己的志向，也许远大，也许平凡，而要实现志向就要不懈奋斗，勇往直前，脚踏实地的走好每一步。20天的军训生活培养了我们顽强拼搏，用心向上的良好作风，铸就了我们不畏艰难、刻苦努力的钢铁意志。还记得《我是特种兵》里，军人们应对国旗许下的誓言“如果需要我将为国捐躯，如果必要请将最后一颗子弹留给我。”让我不禁佩服作为一名军人的胆量和钢强。军训是一次精神的洗礼，也是一次意志的考验，它让我们体验了一次当兵的生活，它教会了我们怎样去应对生活，怎样去应对困难，怎样去承担职责，怎样去赢得荣誉。

踏着雄赳赳，气昂昂的步伐，让我领略到了那一身绿装下的钢强军魂!军训，在某种程度上已经成为了我们的一种精神财富，并刻进了我们的记忆中。它已经成了一种力量，激励我们在今后的日子里自强不息，奋发向上。

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”!让军训的苦于累，化作日后勇敢向前的坚韧力量，陪伴我们在最后的几天训练里发扬x流汗不流泪的精神，坚强刻苦，永不言弃!

同学们，我们的青春因为有了这一段军旅生活而变得激扬奋发;我们的青春因为有了汗水的洗礼而变得坚韧不拔!我们的青春犹如那军中绿花般贞洁美丽。

最后，让我们高喊科创校训：修身强体，博学感恩!
