要知道不是所有的人都抵御不了意志的消沉。“出世”有之，“入世”亦有之，所以又有许多“英豪”浮出水面，大隐于市。“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”，意气风发的李白，对前途充满着无限的憧憬。他想通过官场仕途一展才华，报效国家，挥洒人生。然而，多年的官场生活，多年的仗剑游历，让李白反思起来。有过得意，也有过失意，他终于看清了从仕之路的艰辛与黑暗，高力士为其穿靴实则铐住了他的双脚，朝廷赏赐实际上是主子施舍的乞食。于是“钟鼓馔玉不足畏，但愿长醉不复醒”，以美酒清洗心中的抑郁，以山泉清洗世间的污_，每一次醉后醒来，他又重新开始放眼世界自然，跋涉大江南北。他始终有一种信念，始终有一种火热的诗情冲动，始终有超俗的“出入”洒脱!他不被世事摒弃，也不被百姓遗忘，更不被朝廷重用。于是他不断地重拾希望，不断地将自己“大隐于市”，也许他的人生哲学便是“宇宙人生，既入乎其内，又出乎其外”吧!李白啊!不愧为“诗仙”，却是个依市而居的一个仙人。

“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”，世事内外变化多端，观念出入繁杂无比。我们不一定都要像陶潜一样“出”，也不一定都要像李白一样“入”，而是要万物归乎一心。俗话说得好，“心净自然凉”，只要内心真诚、纯净，又何去理会污_的俗事呢?我们不妨静下心来：大隐隐于“乐”。

食品安全对我们每一个人都很重要，因为食品安全关系到我们每一个人的身心健康。

例如我们吃东西的时候，经常吃到垃圾食品就会对身体造成很大的伤害。所以首先要看看你吃的食品是不是安全食品，一般要有安全商标和生产商标我们才能吃，因为安全商标和生产商标一般可以保证食品安全。假如食品有环保标志，那就更好了，因为环保标志的食品换一种说法就是绿色食品，吃了更安全，而且还有营养呢。所以我建议大家多吃绿色食品。

其实我们大家都有个共同的坏习惯，那就是爱吃垃圾食品。

那什么是垃圾食品呢?我们平常最爱吃的肯德基、麦当劳、开心汤姆里面的油炸食品就是垃圾食品，还有就是学校门口卖的小食品也是垃圾食品。

我给大家举一个吃肯德基的例子：有一个人，他每天都是吃肯德基，结果长的比猪还胖，多难看。同学们经常吃学校门口店子里的小食品也容易引起肠胃不好。

所以我们大家一定不要吃肯德基和其他的三无产品。

生活在中国的大地上，是我的荣幸，是我的骄傲，我感到无比的自豪。但也有些事情让我感到无比的痛苦，撇下中考不说，就拿高考来说吧：它是一把尖刀，一把已经插入中国大地深处的尖刀;它正在慢慢地砍那些莘莘学子，一刀又一刀的砍入他们的深处，砍的他们已经遍体鳞伤，而他们却浑然不知，一直等到他们被砍死的时候，才意识到自己被骗了，被八股文骗了。

高考对于有些人来说，可以发挥其天才般的智慧，利用其高智商，再加上日日夜夜的苦读，终于能成为进士(近视)或者榜眼(绑上眼)，最后成为众所周知的人才。我把这类人称为为了生存而生活的人。

同样，高考对于另外一些人来说，是埋没人才，是埋没千里马，是以文取人。这些人因为高考的落榜而改变一生，而情绪低落，而对生活不感兴趣失去了信心。我把这类人称为中国高考遗留下来的牺牲品或是陪葬品。当然，在这类人中，也有这样的人：他们没有因为高考的落榜而自堕自落，而是充分利用自己的另类智慧，创造属于自己的财富。我把这类人称为为了生活而生活的人。

交通事故不是说避免不了的。只要人人做到不闯红灯，不翻越护栏，不超速……等等。做到这些也是能避免不少的交通事故。

平时，我走出去就能看到许多这种事例。有的人为了快速上到公交车，不走斑马线，斜穿马路;有的向刘翔同志学习，不管三七二十一，也不看护栏上的警示语，直飞跃护栏，汽车从他们身边插肩而过，十分危险，还有的司机为了赶时间，油门都踩爆了，左转一转，有转一转，把车弄得和海盗船毫无区别，这最容易导致翻车。不能以为我们人是孙悟空死了又可以再一次复活。

有一次，我路过广场时，猛然听到身后一片尖叫。我向后看去“支……”随着刺耳的刹车声，一辆面包车已经停在了一个摔倒的小女孩面前，同时一大群人向那边涌去，我也挤过去。只见那女孩惊魂未定，脸色掺白，过了好一会儿，才大声哭起来。那血肉模糊的手脚真让人心疼。那位女孩幸亏没什么大碍。这就是不遵守交通规则的后果。

据统计，全球大约每年有127万人是死于交通安全事故，难道这还不够吗?交通安全，小事为多，只怕不做。

总之，这样的例子数不胜数。生命只有一次，希望你能好好保护!希望大家要注意交通安全，安全出行。生命只有一次，不要因为一点点时间而失去生命!安全重于泰山!

俗话说，勇者无畏。可是，真正的勇者就应该毫无畏惧吗?不，真正的勇者更应该有所敬畏。敬畏不是指害怕，不是指畏惧，敬畏是对规律的尊重，是对自我的约束，是对理性的崇尚。敬畏，是人们应当拥有的一种高贵品格。

心中无所敬畏往往会招致失败。共叔段一直以为身为帝王的兄长郑庄公无能，明目张胆地修建城池、招兵买马、准备造反，为庄公表面上的不加理会沾沾自喜，却不晓得庄公正在背后计划着如何击败自己。心无敬畏，于是共叔段最终落得了逃亡的结局。如果共叔段心存敬畏，不被郑庄公表面的伪装所迷惑，他又怎么会自以为是，不加约束地造反呢?失败的结局源于共叔段的心中无所敬畏。

与共叔段不一样，汉高祖刘邦对于自己的对手项羽一直心存敬畏。他知道项羽的勇，知道仅凭自己是无法打败项羽的，所以他善于用人，勤于纳谏，积极听取身边人才的意见。他面对项羽的自大轻敌、有勇无谋并不沾沾自喜，他丝毫不敢有所松懈。心存敬畏，于是刘邦成为了汉高祖。如果刘邦心无敬畏，即使项羽再怎么有勇无谋，他也不可能打败项羽夺得天下。敬畏之心的有无让共叔段和刘邦走向了两个截然不同的结局，由此可见，心中有所敬畏是多么重要啊！

敬畏，使人们获得走向成功的动力。杨利伟是怀着一颗敬畏之心去面对宇宙的。正是由于他拥有这颗敬畏之心，他才会如此积极地面对艰苦的训练，他才会不断地挑战自己的极限，他才会如此一丝不苟地完成每一次训练。从来没有喊过苦、喊过累，杨利伟敬畏宇宙，也促使了他自己一步一步地前进。试想，倘若杨利伟对宇宙不存敬畏之心，自以为所谓征服宇宙是何等简单的事情，他又怎么会尽自己的最大的努力做到最好?他又怎么可能成为中国的航天英雄，潇洒走苍穹，迎来国人无数赞叹的掌声与钦佩的目光?可见，敬畏促使人们一步一个脚印地前进，鞭策着人们走向成功。

一往无前、勇者无畏，只是所谓“勇”的体现，真正的拥有英雄气概的勇者，都是心中有所敬畏的。他们敬畏自然、敬畏对手，所以他们能够约束自己，严厉要求自己。想要成为勇者，我们首先要学会敬畏。
