词汇：如果在文章中能够正确使用一些高级词汇和词组，而不再是简单词汇，这会让老师耳目一新。例如：如果要孩子们来写holiday。很多孩子们一开始就会写Iwent to …… last year. 用went就很大众化了，但是如果用take atrip这个词组就会显得你的英语水平跟其他人不一样了!对于词汇这个点，我向孩子们提两点建议：

(1)词汇需要平时积累，但是大家积累的时候一定要注意灵活使用学过的词。大家已经学过很多词组和单词了，可是大家都不会拿出来用，原因就是在于大家学的时候只记得了它的意思，没有认识该怎么使用，该在什么情况下使用。所以大家以后学习词汇的时候一定要翻翻词典学习例句，自己也拿来造个句子，要知道自己以后该怎么用。

(2)学习语言并不是纸上谈兵，练习写作也应该要多加练习。熟能生巧，练得多了，自然也就会知道什么时候用什么词，该怎么写作文了。

I have moved to my new school since Septmber. It is a modern and nice school which is in Beijing. It has a playground, a library, several labs, classrooms with electronic equipment and so on. Its quite different from my old school. Its larger, much more modern. This is why I love my new school. If you are free, you are warmly welcomed to come to our school to have a look.

With the improvement of our living standard, more and more people can afford a car. As a result, our roads are more often than not crammed with cars. However, with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars, the problem of air pollution becomes even more serious. So nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.

随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人能买得起一辆车。作为一个结果，我们的道路上挤满了车。然而，随着越来越多的汽车废气排放，空气污染问题变得更加严重。所以现在我们提倡低碳生活。

My suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.By riding a bike, we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment. Why not have a try, my dear friends?

我的建议是我们应该更经常骑自行车而不是汽车。骑一辆自行车，我们不仅能锻炼身体，也能保护我们的环境。为什么不试一试，我亲爱的朋友?

Japan was fun. It was very cool and windy. We flew kites in the park. I bought a watch there. I wanted to buy more, but I didnt have money. the gardens there were beautiful. I liked them the best. the department stores were too big. I couldnt find Mom. the food was delicious. We ate a lot of fish, and I also liked the vegetables and cake there. I hope I can go to Japan one more time.
