一群大雁由一只大雁领头，排成人字形或一字形向南飞去。但假若其中有一只大雁受伤，总会有另一只大雁陪伴着它痊愈或死亡。看了这个故事后，我感悟到了很多东西。我们人类是不是正在缺少这样一种团队的精神，合作的精神呢?

在一次奥运会上，中国一共获得了28枚奖牌，但却只有一枚是在团体项目上获得的。这又说明了一个什么问题?中国人没有合作意识。

而相反在世界杯足球赛上，开赛之前并不被看好的巴西队在XX年获得了冠军，其关键就是全队的团结，这已不是什么秘密，但巴西队发扬团队精神的具体做法却鲜为人知。

在世界杯赛筹划阶段，主教练斯科拉里为入选队员规定的先决条件是：除球技高超以外，好要有好脾气，能与人为善等品质。

这位主教练在球队的团结方面确实下了很多工夫。在赛前看录像时，画面中从来不出现巴西对任何一队员的形象，避免队员产生高人一等的想法。

在他的努力下，全体队员认识到任何人在巴西队都没有特权，遵守纪律成为了一种时尚。

合作，就像雄鹰和蓝天，雄鹰使天空更加壮丽，而蓝天给雄鹰一片展翅遨游的天际;合作，又像一杯滚烫的水和一勺可可粉，沸水给了可可粉醇厚的浓香，而可可粉给了沸水舌尖的回味，所以，又有合作才能获得双赢，我们生命的林子需要合作。

随着2014届世界杯号角的吹响，巴西以东道主的身份迎接各国的选手。四年一届的世界杯让所有球迷观众为之兴奋，为之狂热，本届世界杯的比赛也是相当精彩，但唯一美中不足的是，第一场球赛在开场第11分钟，出现首粒进球，巴西队自摆乌龙(把球踢到自家球门)，这让观众大跌眼镜，乌龙球看似偶然，其实也带有一定的必然性，这个必然性就是克罗地亚队刚开始的战术打法奏效了，开场以后，精神有些紧张的巴西队进攻激情很高，他们全场压得很靠上，主要配合上有所失利，暴露出个人能力问题，这并没取得很好的效果，反倒让中场出现了脱节，两个边路出现了较大的空隙，以至对方克罗地亚队利用这样的机会，连续打出了多次配合，其中就包括那粒打破多项纪录的乌龙球。因此酿成了这一悲剧。合作才能双赢，如果自顾自，最后只能两败俱伤，对于未来的比赛中我认为“合作是一个很重要的课题。”

有人说在动物界就是一个弱肉强食的世界，老弱病残的动物会被群体所淘汰，其实则不然，东南亚有种鸟儿每到春秋两季会迁徙到北方去，而且它们的迁徙方式和其它的鸟儿不同，它们会把老弱的鸟儿放到方阵的最中间，保证这些弱体鸟儿的安全，不允许任何一只鸟儿掉队，如果其中一只鸟儿飞不动或者生病不能飞，它们就会派一只年轻力壮的鸟儿陪在其身边，直到其恢复体力再一起跟上队伍。这种合作的方式不但让这种鸟儿的存活率、繁殖率提高，而且还让动物与动物之间更加紧密团结，互帮互助，不只单是年老病弱的鸟儿受益，也使年轻的鸟儿身上的肌肉更加有力去保护其它鸟儿。

电影《半熟少女》中讲述了一届高中学姐从学妹中挑选她们舞蹈组合中的新成员，苛刻地选择条件刻薄的无理语气，使没有选上的女生心里极为不爽，但是其中一位女生却对她们提出质疑，学姐们中心却很窝火，但此女生却一气之下对学姐们下了挑战书，将在一个月之后比舞决留去，看谁有资格站在全国舞蹈大赛的舞台上，这个女生召集了那些没有入选的女生组成组合“new girl”与学姐们“power girl”比赛，而比赛由于“new girl”们的坚持不懈的努力打动了评委和观众，拿下了舞蹈比赛的资格，然而“power girl”也被她们的精神所感动，与之协商共同合并为一个组合，“new power girl”们欣然同意，最后赢得了双赢的结局。

通过合作不但能使自己这方赢得胜利，还能赢得对手的赞赏和内心的肯定，同时双方还会一起赢得胜利，所以合作是一种智慧，一种实现双赢的智慧，即:“合作=双赢”。

Currently,self-confidence has become the order of our life, which improves the theorythat nothing is more valuable than self-confidence.

如今，自信已经融入了我们的生活中了，这也就证明了没有什么能够比自信更有价值。

Itis obvious that self-confidence means trust in one’s ability. If we are full ofself-confidence, we’ll have creative power to live and work, helping us successor dreams come true. care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

talking about various funny things we experienced in our childhood at home.At

the end of the party we encouraged each other to study even harder and be top

students in our class.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

As soon as everyone steps into junior middle schools, English plays an important role in our daily life. Whats more, with China entering the WTO, English has become the most popular foreign language in China. As a student, I think everyone should have a good knowledge of English. 我们每个同学在学习上也存在着竞争与合作,我们每个同学都在学习中竞争,在竞争中合作.但是前提是我们要勇敢要有自信.如果我们连拿出一份与他人竞争的勇气都不能,那么我们就是学习上的懦夫.有或者,你根本就不想与他人分享和探讨你所掌握的知识,纵使你取得了好成绩,但我相信你的好成绩是暂时的,因为缺乏竞争意识和合作意识的人,不合群,把自己孤立起来的人是不会永远取得成功的.所以我们得把竞争意识和合作意识灌注我们的脑里,把他们运用到学习中来,让我们在学习中竞争在学习中合作,我们才能在我们的学习领域里达到优势互补.取长补短的效果.

I was so busy in the previous winter holiday for I am going to take the

university entrance exam in July this year. Everyday, I buried myself in

studying. I had to review each required subject and do lots of exercises.

Besides, because I did bad in mathematics and physics, I had to do much more

exercises than other courses, which made me discouraged. I spent more than ten

hours a day in studying. When I was tired, I watched TV or listened to music for

a little while. But It was a big pity that I couldnt go to the see cinema. In

addition, I had to refuse all the invitations of friends and relatives. I only

called them or sent messages in the New Year’s Eve. I desperately hoped that

there is no exam but I know it’s impossible. The only thing I can do is to study

hard to get good scores and can be admitted to Tsinghua University.
