Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

我们顿时锐气大挫，各人都垂下头，如斗败了的公鸡。这时，甄伟润沉声说：“错是出在我们身上”。我们都暗暗点头，看着别人上下团结一致，而我们呢?像一盘散沙，各人想怎么踢就怎么踢，没有丝毫法章，这又怎能不输呢?陈家明一字一顿地说：“各人要紧守岗位!”我们对视了一下，重重地点了点头。

接下来，我们整个队就如一张绷紧的弓，每人都坚守自己的位置，犹如一座攻守兼资的堡垒，我们仗着比对方更纯熟的技术，终于在下课时进了一球，打成二比一。

这场比赛虽然是以失败告终，但却能令我们领会到一个道理━━团结是致胜的重要原因。

一群大雁由一只大雁领头，排成人字形或一字形向南飞去。但假若其中有一只大雁受伤，总会有另一只大雁陪伴着它痊愈或死亡。看了这个故事后，我感悟到了很多东西。我们人类是不是正在缺少这样一种团队的精神，合作的精神呢?

在一次奥运会上，中国一共获得了28枚奖牌，但却只有一枚是在团体项目上获得的。这又说明了一个什么问题?中国人没有合作意识。

而相反在世界杯足球赛上，开赛之前并不被看好的巴西队在XX年获得了冠军，其关键就是全队的团结，这已不是什么秘密，但巴西队发扬团队精神的具体做法却鲜为人知。

在世界杯赛筹划阶段，主教练斯科拉里为入选队员规定的先决条件是：除球技高超以外，好要有好脾气，能与人为善等品质。

这位主教练在球队的团结方面确实下了很多工夫。在赛前看录像时，画面中从来不出现巴西对任何一队员的形象，避免队员产生高人一等的想法。

I went to Changsha for my holiday by train on the night of July 15th,2012. It was so hot in the carriage that many passengers wanted something to drink. Just then, a young man came to deliver water with a water jug in hand. "Water, water. Free water. "shouted the young man.

A middle-aged woman asked for a glass of water and was very grateful to the young man. But after a while, two tall and strong men came to charge her five yuan for that glass of water. The middle-aged woman looked at them and took out a five-yuan note from one of her pockets slowly. Without a word, she handed the note to one of them, her eyes being filled with anger.

The carriage was silent. The two men went away without any sense of shame. "Robbers!" someone said in a low voice.

This was really an unpleasant trip I have ever had!

As temperatures continue to drop in Northern China, many winter holiday resorts in the Jilin Province are seeing booming business.

At the Chagan Lake, people are skiing, skating and motor racing on the frozen terrain. The lake is located near the city of Songyuan. Meanwhile, in the city of Siping, the 4th Ice and Snow Tourism Festival is in full swing at the Yehe royal ski resort. Brave skiiers speed down the mountain, adding quite a bit of excitement to the atmosphere.

In Tonghua, thousands of tourists flocked to the Qianye Scenic Resort for some skiing, skating, and sleigh riding. The resort has seen a peak in numbers over the past weekend and more winter sports lovers are expected to arrive in the coming weeks.

The city of Yanji in eastern Jilin is also a hot destination for skiers. The Mengdu ski resort welcomes over 2000 skiers a day. The Jilin province has long been a popular tourist destination, especially for lovers of winter sports, and with the addition of more resorts and parks, the number of tourists is only expected to rise in the coming years.

这几天，我无意间看到了一篇让人心寒的文章：“我”在考试快结束时，做出了一道难题，早已交卷的同桌说：“唉，还是让你做出来了！”我愣住了……

难道这就是竞争？竞争应该是在互相帮助的基础上共同提高，力争上游，而不应采用不光彩的方法，压住别人，突出自己。这是忌妒心理！

前几天，我翻小学作文时，无意中发现了我的一篇日记，原来我那时已经在忌妒人家了。一直发展到现在，妒意以几何级数地增加着。

合作与竞争，不是水火不相容的关系，而是相依相存，你中有我，我中有你的关系。在合作中竞争的内涵有两个方面。一方面，团体的通力合作鼓励各个成员相互竞争；另一方面，成员间相互竞争促进团体竞争力的提高。

竞争中需要合作。竞争本身不是目的，而是达到更高目的的手段。在竞争中，合作的越好，力量就越强，成功的可能性就越大。优秀的竞争者往往是理想的合作者。

所以，无论是竞争还是合作，都要处理好和他人的关系。学会欣赏他人，发现别人的长处，虚心向别人学习，这样才能在竞争中超过别人。也只有这样才能接纳别人，才会获得别人的好感，找到合作伙伴，在合作中成功。要学会理解和谅解别人，对于竞争或者合作过程中的分歧和误会，不能心存怨恨。要站在对方的的位置上考虑，想想别人的难处，缩小分歧，消除误会，以诚待人，帮助他人，求得共同发展。

“在竞争中合作”需要我们行成团队精神--团队内部形成上下一致，相互支持，密切合作，无私奉献的群体精神。团队精神的核心是集体主义，是合作共享，乐于奉献，是个人利益服从团体利益。个人的成功不是最终的成功，团队的成功才是最终的成功！
