作为一名中学生，保持健康是非常重要的。如果我们不注意保持身体健康，我们不能好好学习。但是大多数的学生不知道如何来做它。你知道如何保持健康?现在，让我给你一些建议。

首先，我们应该吃更多的新鲜蔬菜和水果代替的食用脂肪和糖的食物。我们不会是肥胖的。我们应该也少喝酒和饮料。我们不应该吸烟。其次，我们应该有一个键康的生活习惯。早起早睡可以帮助我们保持健康。除此之外，我们可以采取定期锻炼有一个健康的身体。第三，我们应该不会太累。它对我们的健康有害。

总的来说，我们应该多注意保持身体健康，不要再等待了!让我们现在开始!

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like

traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can

be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions.

Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different

people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can

share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place.

I know it would be a challenging job, but I believe I can do well in my job.

The 15-Day Celebration of Chinese New Year.

The first day of the Lunar New Year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth."Many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them.

On the second day, the Chinese pray to their ancestors as well as to all the gods. They are extra kind to dogs and feed them well as it is believed that the second day is the birthday of all dogs.

The third and fourth days are for the sons-in-laws to pay respect to their parents-in-law.

The fifth day is called Po Woo. On that day people stay home to welcome the God of Wealth. No one visits families and friends on the fifth day because it will bring both parties bad luck.

On the sixth to the 10th day, the Chinese visit their relatives and friends freely. They also visit the temples to pray for good fortune and health.

The seventh day of the New Year is the day for farmers to display their produce. These farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion. The seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings. Noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success.

On the eighth day the Fujian people have another family reunion dinner, and at midnight they pray to Tian Gong, the God of Heaven.

The ninth day is to make offerings to the Jade Emperor.

The 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner. After so much rich food, on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens (choi sum) to cleanse the system.

The 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the Lantern Festival which is to be held on the 15th night.

在现代社会中，有一个永恒的话题，那就是竞争与合作，一个人不可能独立地生活在社会中，而人与人之间的竞争与合作又是我们社会生存和发展的动力。树有长短，水有清浊，芸芸众生忙碌于大千世界，他们都离不开竞争与合作。

所谓竞争就是两个或两个以上的个人或群体，在某项活动中争胜过对方的行为，也就是双方争夺一个目标，而且只有一方能胜，而合作则是两个或两个以上的个人或群体，为实现共同目标在某项活动中联合协作的行为，双方有一致的目的，且双方共享结果。

对于竞争，在场的各位一定不会感到陌生，没有中考的竞争，我们也就不会站在这儿，然而一个巴掌拍不响，缺少了合作，“南北对话”“南南合作”都将成为空谈;缺少了合作，建立国际空间站将成为泡影;缺少了合作，我们今天将仍活在“非典”的阴影下，处于禽流感的困扰之中。

但竞争与合作并不是对立的，有的同学却把它们分得太开了，有的只谈竞争不谈合作。当别人问他问题时，头也不回甩去一句“不知道”，认为把别人的疑难解决了就是给自己培养了一个对手，对自己的竞争不利，这样的人是自私的，最终将被社会淘汰，有的则认为竞争是没有必要的，片面讲究合作，从而导致了安于现状，无进取心的悲惨状态，当他还在安乐窝里做着美梦的时候，这个世界已将其遗忘。所以，以上的两种做法都是不正确的。我们应该把竞争与合作放在同等重要的位置，让他们物尽其用，物为我用，使自己达到更高的境界。

如果把人生比作一场戏，那么竞争就是台下一双双挑剔的眼睛，而合作就是与你一同演出的朋友。同学们，让我们正确对待竞争与合作，升出最艳丽的花

人类从哪里来?这个古老的问题千百年来困惑着人们的心。

随着历史的发展，一百五十年前，达尔文推出了一本叫《物种起源》的巨著，以假象的事实宣称：人类是生物界优胜劣汰的竞争产物。从现在看来，它给我们的启示似乎还不仅仅是在生物学方面，而且揭示了一条伟大的事实：是竞争造就了人类!

是什么促进着政治的改革?是是竞争;是什么带动文化的发展?是竞争;是什么托起科学的飞跃?是竞争!当代社会，竞争无处不在。个人与个人之间，团体与团体之间，企业与企业之间，国家与国家之间。竞争促进着整个世界的发展。难道不是吗?为了增强综合国力，夺取经济、科技发展的“制高点”。比较著名的有美国的“弹道导弹防御”计划，日本的“国家研究与发展计划”，中国的“863”计划等等。这些鲜活的事例无不折射出竞争这颗作为国家制胜的“法宝”的耀眼光芒。

竞争是人类文明发展的产物，是一颗美丽动人的明珠!如：在1936的柏林奥运会上，德国法西斯正值猖獗状态，希特勒想借此证明亚利安人种的优越。当时田径的最佳选手是美国的杰西.欧文斯，在纳粹一再叫嚣把黑人赶出奥运会的声浪下，欧文斯仍鼓足勇气报名参加这次比赛，在着四个项目中，德国只有在跳远项目有一位优秀选手能与欧文斯抗衡，他就是鲁兹.郎。在这次比赛过程中，外界的种族歧视的叫嚣声使欧文斯很紧张，他一再失利。就在欧文斯失利几次后，鲁兹.郎走近他，用结巴的英语对他说：“我也遇到过这种情况，希望你鼓足勇气，不管外界所发生的一切，我是支持你的!”这破天荒的帮助使欧文斯几乎破了世界记录。而他们给我们留下的不止是惊叹与欢呼，还有思考。在欧文斯被栽入史册时，鲁兹.郎也被栽入史册。所不同的是欧文斯是受到他展示人类征服自然的能力的褒奖;而鲁兹.郎是受到他展示人类心灵之美——超越种族歧视，公平的竞争的褒奖。这些事实，展现了人类对竞争的态度，那你会选择这种吗?

竞争固然是好，但离不开合作，也可能黯然无光。所以，我们在竞争过程中，也要善于合作。竞争需要合作，合作需要竞争。俗话说：“一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”又如我国经济生活中，有种“龟兔双赢理论”都充分说明合作的重要性。随着人类对环境的破坏，一系列问题摆在科学家面前，如癌症，爱滋病等疾病，臭氧层空洞，酸雨现象等问题，寻求这些难题的解决方案，只有通过科学家们的合作，才能逐一解决。2003年4月14日，人类基因序列图绘制成功，人类基因组计划的所有目标全部实现。这一计划是美、英、德、法、日、中六过的科学家经过13年努力共同完成的，推动了生命与医学，科学的革命性进展，为全人类的健康带来了福音。也许在不久的将来，癌症、爱滋病就回消失在地球上。

我们中学生是社会的有机组成部分，难道我们不应该竞争?不必合作?错误的的答案是不应该，没必要，那正确的我就不用说了。作为当代中学生，就要增强自己的竞争意识，培养团结合作、乐于助人的品质，才能让我们自己更好的适应社会，立足社会。让我们一新的面貌去迎接未来的挑战!
