1.认真审题。要求学生认真审读图表或提纲，领会意图，捕捉信息，确定文章时态及体裁。

2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

在谈到自己的事业和家庭的意见要求，人总是有不同的反应。有些人认为这更重要的是追求自己的事业，而总有那么谁认为家庭应该是一个人的生活的人数1人。

毫无疑问，任何事业在我们生活中起着关键作用。在第一个地方，可以给我们一个职业生涯的目标是生活。没有职业生涯中，大部分时间我们的生活一定会被浪费。更重要的是，职业生涯可以提供一种手段，对我们的生活。大多数人从工作中赚取的收入。另一方面，家庭也是生活中不可缺少的一部分，因为很多人会承认。家庭一直被认为是一个地方，我们可以摆脱生活中的麻烦。此外，我们可以得到一个属于家庭的感觉。没有它，人会感到孤独和绝望。

在我看来，职业和家庭是不反对对方。相反，它们可以加强彼此，使自己的生活能够越来越好。因此，它不是对与错之间的选择，但理想和现实之间的一个。

古人云：“山不辞土石故能成其高，水不辞小流则能成其广。”

哲人则言：“狭路相逢，唯勇者可胜。”

一曰“合作”，一曰“竞争”。在“山羊过独木桥”的游戏中，勇者以抵角之姿得胜，智者则以环抱转身之举双双过桥，“竞争”与“合作”似乎更难言喻。

然，深思之，即可知。转身换位之举妙在双双过桥，在不违背规则的前提下实现双赢，更显团结合作的精神。但不可否认，它也败在双赢上。正因双赢，反而背离了比赛“一决胜负”的初衷。即为比赛，即使可以由此过关，恐怕最后一局仍会以抵角之姿决胜于桥。

竞争可使人锐意进取。君可见诸子百家为传扬学说而争鸣深思，君可见莘莘儒生为金榜题名而寒窗十载……小到“绿山墙的安妮”为成绩而努力，大到国家之间军事、文化、经济的比拼进取……正是竞争的存在，才使内心有一种渴望，有一个声音在喧嚣，而血液里则流淌着激情与梦想。为无数球迷所喜爱的科比，亦是以勇往直前的“曼巴精神”征服着每一个人。

合作则使人思想碰撞，互利共赢。相如正是与廉颇携手方能卫赵;儒家正是因与道家互补，方才千年传扬……如今之国际，更是如此。世界如此之大，只有各国互相合作，方可保民生之安。

由此观之，竞争使人进取，合作使人双赢。倘若欲知：竞争、合作，当走哪边?我只可说，《於陵子》中那只欲越北海的蜗牛倘若没有雄鹰的帮助，永生不过行咫尺而已;而山中之猛虎若不脱离母虎协助的怀抱，永生亦难成林中之王。
