我们所处的时代又是一个合作的时代，无论什么人，无论什么事情也都无法避免合作这个现象的存在。

所谓竞争，是指个人或群体在一定范围内为谋求他们共同需要的资源而进行比较、追赶和争胜的过程。而合作则是个人或群体为谋求共同的目的彼此配合的社会行为。另外，竞争和合作都是社会存在与发展所必要的。

人类的发展，社会的进步，始终充满着竞争，竞争推动社会的发展。我们每个中国人都正置身于为中华崛起而奋力拼搏的历史大竞争的洪流之中，要自觉迎接挑战，积极参与竞争，在竞争中焕发人生的光彩，促进社会的进步。从个体来说，竞争影响人生。竞争能激发人的创造潜能。一个人的创造潜能很大，而安于现状的惰性也同样大。竞争意味着对人的潜能的释放。勇敢地参与竞争能拓宽人生业绩，对人生发展有重要意义。

社会生活中有竞争，更有合作。合作具有极大的社会作用，人类社会的发展和进步离不开合作。合作是人类社会得以形成的根基。合作产生人的群体力量—社会力量，这种力量是单独个体的力量所无法比拟的，也不等于个体力量的简单相加。合作是人生力量的源泉。没有哪个人能够脱离群体而单独存在，人与人之间需要融洽、和谐，需要互相帮助。个人的力量是有限的，人是需要帮助的。个人只有与他人合作，才有力量。良好的合作，人们才能有面对困难的勇气和战胜困难的力量。

作为我们初三的学生，在我们面前的首要任务就是中考，我们同学之间既存在着竞争也存在着合作，如果我们自己没有信心，不敢跟其他同学在学习上勇敢竞争，争取理想的成绩，那么我们就是学习上的懦夫，我们的成长就不能说是真正意义上的成长。但是为了自己的成功，不愿意在学习上跟他人交流，不愿意告诉他人自己掌握的知识，也就是说不肯相互合作，那更是一种做人的失败。一个不懂得跟他人合作的人，即使暂时可以取得好成绩，但他不可能永远取得好成绩，因为这个社会是合作的社会，任何一个人都不可能掌握所有的知识的。

合作是事业成功的土壤。科技社会化、社会科技化的今天，是一个竞争更为激烈，同时又需要更加紧密合作的社会。竞争需要借助合作才更有可能获胜，合作增强了竞争的能力。

只有在真正意义上明白这个道理，我们才能在学习、工作和生活中知道真正应该怎样做的。

也只有在真正意义上明白这个道理后，我们才有可能真正把竞争与合作用到我们现在乃至今后的学习中去，让竞争与合作这个理念贯穿我们的整个学习的行动中，在竞争与合作中，发挥我们的材质、开发我们的潜力、增长我们的信心、提高我们的成绩。

在现在这个社会上，竞争与合作已经成为了一个永恒的话题。我们在社会上生活，总是有竞争，也需要合作。在竞争中合作才能让我们发展得更好!

心理学家设计了一个有趣的实验：在一个大玻璃瓶内装入几个纸做的圆锥体，每个圆锥体都系在一根细线上，被试者可以通过细线把圆锥体拉出瓶外，时间最短的即为获胜者。前面的几组同学都争着将自己的圆锥体拉出瓶外，结果你争我抢，不仅没有把圆锥体拉出，反而弄到了瓶子。最后一组同学却很快的拉出了细线，秘诀只有一个“你第一，我第二，他第三……”以此类推，大家井然有序地拉出细线，自然很快达到目的。在竞争中合作，要体现“双赢”的原则，竞争对手相互排斥，只会两败俱伤，而相互促进，共同提高，才是竞争中合作的真谛。

“一花独放不是春，百花齐放春满园。”做一个善于合作的人，正确处理好竞争与合作的关系，我们就能够取得更大的进步。在这个竞争激烈的社会上，合作有多么重要，相信大家也都明白了，现在，就让我们行动起来了，去合作中体验和分享成功的喜悦。

学会在竞争中合作，通过合作收获更多的自己期望的结果，收获更多成功!

今天早晨，一个突然如其来的梦钻进我甜蜜的睡梦中将我吵醒，叽叽喳喳地争吵着：“合作比竞争谁更重要。”

合作说：“当然是我们重要，因为一个人力量小，只能做小事情；许多人合起来力量大，可以做大事情。大家为了同一个目标，齐心协力做事，所以我更重要。”

竞争也不甘落后反驳道：“谁说你重要，你也只不过靠我们竞争家族依赖罢。你没听说过一个故事吗？有一种珍奇的鳗鱼，它的生命非常脆弱，只要一离开深海区，不到半天就会死亡；但是有一位老渔民，他捕回来的鳗鱼总是活蹦乱跳的，为什么呢？原来，老渔民有一个秘诀，就是在满仓的鳗鱼中放几条狗鱼，狗鱼是鳗鱼的天敌，这样一来，船舱里的鳗鱼就被狗鱼激活了。这个故事说明：一个人如果没有竞争对手，就会失去生命的活力。怎么样，你无话可说了吧！”

合作妩媚一笑，微不足道的说：“你真无知，我问你，大家为什么合作比较容易把事情做好？一是因为人多力量大；二是因为合作可以发挥每个人的长处；三在学习上，合作能让我们战胜困难，在赛场上，合作让我们赢得荣誉，在集体生活中，合作让我们更开心。并且从古到今有很多谚语：“人心齐，泰山移”、“三个臭皮匠，顶个诸葛亮”、“一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”想成就一番大事，必须靠大家的共同努力。”……

竞争无言以对，只好羞涩地低下头赞同合作的说法，无形中它们成了形影不离的好朋友。

同学们，难道合作真的比竞争重要吗？

我也有两个例子：一个班集体非常团结，在拔河比赛场上，团结的力量大无比，竟然没有对手。另一个则相反，一个班集体人人都争强好胜，个个都有自己的想法，个个都想凭借自己的力量，每一场拔河比赛都全军覆没。

从这两个例子告诉我们：合作和竞争同等重要。在我们的生活中，竞争与合作无处不在，竞争，可以促进发展，合作更有利于取长补短，形成合力；在合作之中竞争，在竞争之中合作。我们要在竞争中学会欣赏、学会合作，才能营造和谐的学习、生活和工作环境，形成和谐的人际关系，建设和谐美好的社会。

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

俗话说："一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”我们的生活难免会有竞争，但竞争中如果没有合作我们就不可能做好一件事。所以证明：竞争中有合作，合作中有竞争。

竞争是什么?就是人之间的相互比较，胜者为王，败者为寇。合作是什么?即人之间的相互配合，共同做好一件事。

如今电视上那些光彩照人的明星，其实相互之间也在激烈的竞争着，只是为了应付媒体而没有表现出来而已。但是，如果想要拍成好的电影或电视剧，明星们少不了合作，如果谁都只是自私的想方设法让自己出名，到头来只会适得其反。

有一句话，好像是这样说的：“要在保证自己能够生存的条件下，去帮助别人的生存。”当然，这里的“生存”并不单指个人的职业竞争，也包括生活，学习等方面。我们要知道，在生活中，只顾自己一味的拼命努力，也不一定会取得好的成果，我们只有彼此相互依靠，相互合作，相互学习，才能共同向前迈进。

相信大家一定认识一种植物，以高大粗壮而著名，那就是有“世界上最高树”之称的“望天树”。最长可达80多米，在一望无际的热带雨林中尤为显眼。它粗壮的根一部分露出了地面，其他部分深深的扎在地下，周围的植物都因为缺少养分无法与它竞争而相继死去。但是直到有一天，一个强大的竞争者降落在它树杈的缝隙处时，一场恶战便拉开了序幕。

那个强大的竞争者就是有“植物杀手”之称的无花果树，他寄生在其他高大植物的树杈中，树干向树的根部延伸，但它会紧紧的缠住它所寄生的植物，直到植物因生长受到限制枯萎而死。一些植物都因为太自私的努力吸收养分而变得越来越粗壮以至于很快就因受到无花果树的限制而缠死。

幸运的是望天树它作出了一个正确的选择，它没有和它拼命争夺养分，反而收敛了自己，与对手共同分享养分。它还努力地是自己的叶片缩小，让无花果树早日享受到眼光沐浴。当然，无花果树很满足，也就不再刻意的去缠绕望天树。就这样过了一天又一天，它们没有出现你死我亡的迹象，它们一直相互的合作和竞争着共同的生存下去。

竞争中不能没有合作，合作中没有竞争人就无法进步，竞争与合作是相铺相成的他们之间的关系是不可分割的。我们只有同时具备这两点，才可以达到自己的目标并达到“双赢”的效果!
