As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

生活中有许许多多的事，都存在有合作，又存在有竞争。人们初步看起来竞争和合作仿佛是水火不容相，互不和谐的关系，可是事实却不是如此。其实，竞争与合作不是水火不容的关系，而是相互依存你中有我，我中有你，相互依赖，相互依靠的。

竞争与合作在我们生活中有许多的应用，比如，我们学校有些开展的小组学习，都过小组成员的互相竞争，提高小组的综合竞争力，所以小组的综合竞争力提高了，整个小组能力都提高，班级的能力也提高，他不仅是每个成员进，步更使班级进步。

有一个事例就说明了到这个道理。鹿和狼原本生活在同一个地方。鹿的天敌狼经常吃掉鹿，所以人们后来把狼赶尽杀绝。但是后来发现路的体质变差退化也严重，所以不得不引进狼。后来人们思考，狼还控制的鹿的数量，因为长期的奔跑增强了鹿的体质所以与竞争与合作的关系是相辅相成的。

竞争与合作还有一个重要的原则是不以成败论英雄，因为成功以失败是相对的成功固然是非常的可贵，但是失败之后也不必过度的悲伤和失望，只要进自己所有的能力，用自己所有的心去做，就应该问心无愧。

竞争与合作一定要处理好而已他人的关系，达到双赢的原则，因为无论是竞争与合作都需要与人交往，与人打交道所以我们一定要，善待对受因为对手才是真正的朋友，还有竞争要形成团队精神团队精神，我们一定要有合作能力，一定要有团结意识，在团队进程中不能孤芳，要和团队直接成员相互通知合作是自己的集体更强大。

竞争与合作是非常重要。的一定要在竞争中合作，在合作住竞争。

有一句话说谋事在人，成事在天，意思是人们计划事情，剩下的结果依赖于运气。这句话反应了努力和运气之间的联系，那就是虽然有时候我们很努力工作，但是运气也占据了很重要的位置，意外的事情会发生，阻挡人们成功。为了取得成功，人们努力工作，他们相信能达到目标，但是运气的缺失让他们无法达到自己的目标。因此努力并不意味着能直接给人们带来成功，他们需要多试几次，没有运气，人们仍然可以达到目标。运气帮助人们接近成功，没有努力付出，无法成功。努力和运气能让人们实现目标，但是没有运气，人们多尝试几次，也能终将办到。
