“世上只有妈妈好，有妈的孩子像块宝……”每每听到这首歌，我都思绪万千。从小就生活在长辈们给予我的爱意中，我尽情享受着，沐浴着。然而这种浓浓爱意并没有使我感到快乐与幸福，反而让我日渐厌恶与反感，这让我感到自己的一切都被束缚着，我开始羡慕那些没有父母管着的自由自在的孩子们，我渴望自由。可这一切直到您打工走后我才明白，原来我是大错特错了。我就像一朵弱小美丽的花，离不开母亲的呵护。我开始渴望您的爱，您的归来。于是我生了一场大病，一连瘦了十几斤，您连天加夜地赶回来看我，照顾我。在我的极力恳求下，您终于打消了再走的念头，而为了我的这一留，就是几年呀。

除了那深深的眼纹，那斑白的头发，那粗糙的手指能证明能述说岁月带给您的沧桑，家庭带给您的辛劳，儿女带给您的担心以外，再也找不到更合适的答案了，不是吗？

您的一生都在为我们付出着，您一生都甘心把厨房当做您工作的岗位，并且乐此不疲。为了我们您放弃了自己的理想，但您却鼓励我们追求理想，这样值得吗？我想您一定会坚定地说：“值得”。

岁月不饶人，时间在飞逝，但您对我们的爱却有增无减。渐渐地，我开始害怕夜晚，害怕孤独一人的夜晚，因为每当我睡下，就总是梦到自己长成了一个大姑娘，而您和爸爸却已经重病缠身了。我害怕……，我担心……，每次都是哭着醒来，而这时您却已经来到我身边看着我再次入睡。渐渐的，我从小时候希望快点长大到现在害怕长大。我爱您，我真希望您可以快点为自己着想，不要再让自己已脆弱的身体再次受挫，拜托您妈妈，让自己轻松快乐点，如果您真爱我。

冰心曾说过：“世界上最长久而又最不会变质的爱就是母爱。”您对我的爱就像浩瀚的大海，永远取之不尽用之不竭。我爱您，妈妈！我会让您幸福快乐的。

俗话说得好，“百善孝为先”，孝敬父母一直是从古至今，不分性别，不分年龄，不分教派，是所有人心目中共同的理念。父母给予我们生命，抚养我们长大，我们要孝敬父母，懂得感恩，感恩他们为我们辛苦操劳的一生!

孝顺不只是对父母好，也是对自己负责，古往今来，二十四孝子的大名流芳百世，为后人所称赞，除此之外，上天往往会眷顾孝子。

从前，有一个士兵，非常孝顺，他知道母亲喜欢吃锅底饭，也就是锅巴，便总把军中吃剩的锅巴留一些下来，装进一个小布袋中，每隔几天送回家一次。有一次，他和往常一样，刚存好锅巴时，突然，敌军从四面八方涌来，将他们打得大败而逃，都被围困到了山林之中，一连围困十几天，山林中的士兵死的死，伤的伤，加上毒虫猛兽的危害，饥饿的困扰，几乎死光，而他却依靠存下的锅巴活了下来。

真是孝顺的人上天都眷顾，所以我们也要孝敬父母，感恩父母。

还有一个故事，讲的是从前有一个大财主，天天吃斋念佛，却总是厄运连连，他疑惑不解，去问了寺庙里一个得道高僧，高僧看着他，只说了一句话，“你要好好待你的父母。”财主恍然大悟，他从未关心过父母，只是让他们吃粗粮，喝冷水，对他们从来都是不理不睬，不管不问。后来，他好好的对待父母，还因此得到一个好名声。

由此可见，感恩父母是多么重要。孝敬父母，尊敬长辈，是做人的本分，是天经地义的美德，也是各种品德形成的前提。

感恩父母其实并不难，我们并不需要像二十四孝子一样扬名天下，我们有时的一杯水，一声问候，一次主动，都能让父母感动，所以，感恩父母，人人都应该做到。

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double FifthFestival, is celebrated

on May 5th on lunarcalendar.It is a folk festival widely spread with ahistory of

over 2,000 years, and is one of the mostimportant Chinese festivals as well.

There are variouscelebrating activities on that day, among which the customs of

eating rice dumplings anddragon boat racing are quite important.There are many

legends on the origin of the DragonBoat Festival.Some people think it is to

commemorate the poet Qu Yuan, while others say it isto be in honour of Wu Zi_u,

a famous general during the Warring States period. However, thelegend of Qu Yuan

spreads most widely. People appreciate highly the noble sentiment andprominent

talent of this patriotic poet and are very sympathetic with the ending that

hecommitted suicide by drowning himself in a river.

端午节(the Dragon Boat Festival)，又称重五节，于每年农历五月初五庆祝。

这是广泛流传2000多年的民间节日，也是中国最重要的节日之一。端午节当天举行各种庆祝活动，吃粽子和赛龙舟(dragon boat

racing)是其中的重要习俗。关于端午节的起源，有很多传说。一部分人认为端午节是为了纪念诗人屈原，另一部分人则认为是为了纪念战国时期的著名将领伍子胥。然而，屈原的传说流传最广。人们非常欣赏这位爱国诗人的高尚情操和出众才华，更对他投江自尽的结局深表同情。
