I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.

“有些人因为贪婪，想得到更多的东西，却把所有的也失掉了。“正是如此，人们因为这些利益而损失了最重要的精神食粮。就以碎片化的阅读为例，我们每一天，每一次看的段落，都只是片段式的，并不是完完整整的一大篇文章摆在你的面前。读着这些片段，我们只是通过每一个片段来获取知识，而这些获取来的知识也是十分浅显、显而易见的。这就导致了我们生活方式的转变，只能看见表面，而无法对其内在进行更深刻的探索，这导致了我们在精神上就被碎片化的生活折服了。

使碎片化的生活转变，看似简单——只是改变一个生活方式，实则十分困难。改变一个生活方式，光是嘴上说说或是只有一两个人去做还是远远不够的，我们必须要让社会上的更多人意识到碎片化的生活是一个多大的隐患——轻则影响生活，重则危及百姓！

既然是科技创造了这个碎片化的生活，那么在通过科技让它变回去又有何不可？在网络上宣传，让更多人意识到危害，让更多人开始行动起来，来改变这个生活！

俗话说“解铃还须系铃人”，改变碎片化生活的重任，就在我们的身上！

在我们身边到处都是科学，它给人们带来的不仅是生活方式的改变，更是生活质量的提升。

以前，没有相机，人们只能把一些美丽的景色记在脑子里，或者画成图画保存下来，无法用图片记录。现在，家家户户都有了相机，出门在外，相机就是最好的伴侣。

在没有电脑的时候，人们可能需要翻看许多书籍才能找到答案，有了电脑，人们可以很快查到自己想要的资料……科技给我们带来了极大的便利。

我最爱看科教频道的《我爱发明》，里面讲的都是一些科学发明。让我记忆犹新的是那台“山楂去核机”。它长得不怎么好看，一个圆圆的转盘上面有不少小管子，下面是对应的插山楂的孔，还有一个出口负责收山楂的。接通电源后，放山楂的转盘开始转动，当山楂和小管子对齐，管子就会下压，核就会被取出，山楂继续惯性前进，掉到箱子里。因为机器旋转的速度非常快，去核速度比人工的速度要快得多，大大节省了时间，解放了劳动力。

这个“山楂去核机”的发明，使我认识到只有爱动脑筋，肯于钻研，才能让科技服务我们的生活。有多少科学家都是因为勤学好问，善于动脑，才发明出各种各样的东西，极大地改善了我们的生活。

科技改变生活，这句话一点都不错，是科技让我们的生活更美好，是科技让我们过的更幸福!

Take another example, someone tells you that the way you walk is not elegant. Will you change it? Do not change yourself easily. You are unique that you don’t need to change yourself easily, except some real disadvantages.
