习惯，不管是好是坏，都是逐渐形成的。当一个人反复的做某件事时，他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事，于是习惯就形成了。习惯一旦形成，就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉。因此，在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心，这一点至关重要。
