每天的沉迷已经使我极度疲乏，我怕我还没有开学就已经累趴下了。不健康的生活习惯是我人生道路上的绊脚石，我只会在讲述我如何如何的改变，却从来没有见到我把一个坏习惯彻彻底底的改掉。“光说不练假把式”，或许，我就是这样的人。命运掌握在自己手中，干嘛不让它成为过去。

就像是整理这件事情吧，妈妈隔几天催我把柜子里的东西整理到3楼去，可是我总是说：“嗯嗯，知道了。”三天、五天、一个星期……那一堆东西还是出现在那里，不会挪动位置。于是妈妈又在那里催我：“可以整理了。”直到最后，我被说烦了，才会不情愿地拖着懒懒的身体，跑去把一大叠书搬到楼上，就算完事了。

终于放寒假了!

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 久而久之，所谓碎片化时间，确实把我们曾经的大块时间不自觉地切成了小块时间。节约时间这件事没做到，浪费时间是非常轻而易举并且不被察觉。人人都得意洋洋地认为自己对碎片化时间的使用延长了自己的生命。

大禹治水是个家喻户晓的故事，大禹三过家门而不入充分体现了对治水的专注。试想如果大禹将治水这件事碎片化，那么陆地上早已海水泛滥。我们也许就不会存在于这个世界。

由此可见，碎片化的生活不仅偷走了我们许多宝贵时间，还夺走了我们珍贵的专注力。

专注力被认为是成功者必须具有的一种素质。只有在事情上足够地专注，人才能全情投入，才能够有爆发力做得比别人更好。

贾岛初次参加科举考试，一天他在驴背上想到了两句诗：“鸟宿池边树，僧推月下门。”又想用“敲”字来替换“推”字，反复思考没有定下来，他专注思考这个问题，便在驴背上继续吟诵，伸出手来做着推和敲的动作。不小心闯入了韩愈的仪仗队，却得到了韩愈的赏识，结为好友。而“推敲”流传至今成为了一个词语。

高中生活并不是想象中的悠哉悠哉。课后，虽不像中考时剑拔弩张，但空气中仍充斥着一些奥妙，似乎很少人想输在起跑线上。有的同学趴在课桌上，正为下面的课“充电”，有的滔滔不绝的讲着什么趣事，而更多的同学在奋笔疾书，时而低头沉思，时而翻翻书，念叨念叨。而我就是这其中的一员。面对各种功课，我能做的只是坦然接受，手中的那支笔似乎永远都在努力耕耘。生活就是这样，总是舍与得的抉择，但只要我们有所付出，那么，在金色的季节里总有所收获。

深夜，我仍然未眠，只是安静的躺在床上，看着窗外，灯光是混的，月色是清的。在混沌的月光里，渗入了一派请辉。那月儿已经消瘦了几分。她晚妆早罢，盈盈的悬挂在天间。经过秋雨的洗刷，天是蓝的可爱，仿佛一汪水似的，月亮更是出落得精神。倏地，有些室友也在辗反侧，难以入睡。而我却从悦人的月儿中，领悟了什么，便欣然入睡。总有一天，我们需要走陌生的路，认识陌生的人，做陌生的事，处之泰然就是适应环境的必杀技。

last week i went to mount emei in sichuan province with my family. early in the morning, we took a taxi to beijing west railway station. the station was very lively.
