放暑假的前一天，我鼓足了勇气，向班上有小妙丽之称的英华提出邀约，希望她能和我一起去看电影，但她却面有难色、委琬地拒绝我了。放学后的校园空无一人，只剩我百般聊赖地在跑道上散步兜圈子，耽溺于被拒绝而自怜自艾的抑郁情绪中。

该如何得到她的青睐?该如何做才能掳获佳人的芳心呢?我看着自己臃肿的身躯，再看看电影海报上男主角健壮的体魄，羡慕之情油然而生。决定了!我一定要摆脱小胖子的阴影，暑假过后，让所有的人都对我刮目相看吧!

有了努力的目标后，我开始订定减重计划，希望透过持续的运动和均衡的饮食来达到健康减重的目的。首先，我让尘封在储藏室的脚踏车重见天日，和爸爸约定好每天清晨一起骑脚踏车三十分钟，从家里先到社区的运动公园，再骑到哥哥就读的初中，然后依照原路骑回家。看似短短的路程，却因为包含了一段长长的上坡道，让我每次都骑得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气呀!

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!

虽然目前尚未达到我所设定的标準体重，但我相信只要持之以恆地努力，终究可以彻底摆脱胖子的形象，暑假A计划只是一个开始，追求健康身体的目标，是永远不会结束的。

对我而言，这个暑假是最漫长的，也是最有意义的。

刚放假的时候，心情是无比兴奋的，以为可以不用读书，66无虑地玩两个月。第一、二个星期，每天躲在房间里上网，除了三餐时间，白天都在楼上。从第三个星期开始，就觉得在家很无聊，整天对着电脑发呆。没有同学、老师在身边，听不到朗朗的书声，周围的一切事物都变得无趣，慢慢觉得空虚。

一个月还不曾过去，就开始盼望着开学，回忆着与同学们在一起的快乐时光，便觉得时间好漫长，从来没有觉得时间如此漫长。

第二个月，听妈妈的话跟着姐姐去了她就读的工业大学，去那边学习，补课。心中想着，或许这样时间会过得稍微快些，就当作是消磨时间。大学的面积很大，有4座桥，3个食堂，2家超市，1个图书馆，游泳馆，眼镜店，书店，理发店，报刊亭…让人感到奇怪的是，还有一个幼儿园。我白天在图书馆写作业，看书，晚上在寝室上网。每天可以去超市买零食，每个星期可以去校外吃冷饮，一个月可以逛街3次，表现好还可以去看电影。一开始我以为大学生的生活是很悠闲的，后来才发现要做调查报告，写征文，每天还是很忙碌的。大学生活还算不错，比较有意义，会是一个美好的回忆。

暑假终于即将过去，终于又可以看到可爱的同学们了!

今年暑假，我过了一把收银员的瘾，现在想起来还美滋滋的呢。

在暑假里我迫不及待地和妈妈乘着车回到浙江。第二天，我到小舅妈的超市买自动笔，超市里的人真多啊!只见小舅妈在收费处忙的不可开交，头上也挂着豆大的汗珠。但小舅妈还在一边照条形码一边收费。我见小舅妈这么辛苦，便忍不住对她说：“让我来帮帮你吧。”他点了点头，答应了我。并让我在一旁看着她示

只见小舅妈手脚麻利地拿起读码器对准条形码一照，价格便马上出现在一个机器的小屏幕上，收好钱后，只见小舅妈在键盘上打了一个回车，就大功告成了。我忍不住跃跃欲试，笨手笨脚的好不容易才把面前货品的条形码全部照完了，可键盘上的字母好像在跟我玩捉迷藏，半天还打不出一个字母。小舅妈见了“扑哧”一声笑了，对我说：“这样吧，我来打字，你来照条形码。”于是超市里便多了一个忙碌的身影。

时间在慢慢过去，我的动作也越来越快，我右手拿着读码器，左手拿着物品一个接一个的照条形码，工作也越来越顺利。我正在得意洋洋的时候，一位顾客捧着一大堆东西走了过来，嘴里还不停地说着：“快，快，我赶时间……”这下我慌了手脚，竟然找不到一盒酸奶上的条形码，最后还是小舅妈过来帮我把条形码照进电脑的。时间过得飞快，马上就到中午了，我得回家了。小舅妈叫我再等一会儿，像变魔术一样不知从哪抽出一盒巧克力，送给了我，说是我的工资。

我欣然接受了这份工资，高兴地走在回家的路上，虽然很累，但是心里比吃了蜜还甜，有说不出的高兴。

盼望着，盼望着，我像盼星星盼月亮终于把属于我们自己的快乐暑假给盼来啦！我也终于能摆脱学习的竞争、扔下考试的紧张，撇下沉重的书包，去迎接期待已久的暑假两大“战役”……

“热”是暑假不可缺少的，每次出去玩耍，总要与炎魔大BOSS火拼战场，话说那炎魔是四大上古神兽之一靠着烈焰魔法将整座城市笼罩在熊熊火海之中，炽烈的阳光与蒸腾的热气妄图攻陷每个角落，但我与小伙伴们顽强对峙，百折不饶，誓死不屈。在炎魔势力最为猖獗的白天，自有强力护罩防空树保护老弱妇孺。树影下，娃儿搭起板凳写着暑假作业，阿公阿婆则泡起盖碗茶打桥牌，任炎魔的攻击怎么也伸不进来……一场场车轮战下来，人困马乏，汗如雨下，我与伙伴赶忙来到商店买根冰棒补血……在夕阳映红了西天的傍晚，炎魔鸣金收兵，我们回家补充能量等待翌日的对战……

寒假里，最重要的当然是要先复习了。这次考试数学和政治成了拖后腿的，寒假要重点针对这两个学科。针对数学当然要每星期都多做题，多练错题，这样做题的速度才有提高。但首先要摆正态度，这次考试，失分的最重要原因有一大部分是因为态度不端正，轻视试题而造成的，看来态度很重要啊！政治则要在寒假里抽出时间多读多记，提高自己对题目的理解分析能力，对于题目不理解，就很容易使答案跑题，造成10分的题只得了2分的后果。复习是对前一段学习的总结，人生有了总结才会提高。

预习也相当重要。尤其是下学期的数学十分重要，此次牵扯到三年级的数学成绩，而三年级又是中招的紧要关节，所以要预习好数学。借本数学书是自然的，然后需要自学。我将要每星期学一章，因为自学需要一个消化的过程，并且每天都要做课后的练习题也会消耗掉大量的时间，还有我做作业要占用时间，所以间隔的时间要长一点。语文则要多读书中的文章，并且坚持背诵必背的现代文、文言文及译文。英语背单词、词组以及课文，使下学期能够从容地面对新知识。

当然，在寒假里，最不可缺少的就是书籍。“一日无书，百事荒芜”，在寒假我准备增大阅读量，多读好书。首先要读的当然是《福尔摩斯探案集》了，我总是被它那跌宕起伏的故事情节所吸引，一波未平一波又起的离奇事件。然而，当福尔摩斯运用慎密的推理手法拨开重重迷雾，找出事情的真相时，神秘的案件却又清晰地显露在眼前，令人不禁惊叹这护法卫士非同一般的能力和罪犯的狡猾。相信有这样一本书相伴，整个寒假都将增色不少。接下来就是德国作家、探险家卡尔·麦的探险小说。书中的主人公冷静沉着，机智勇敢，在智慧上一点儿也不比福尔摩斯逊色；文中所描绘的异域风光生动形象，里面的民俗文化、自然风光、民族特点都真实存在；而书中的情节一环套一环，每一件风波的结束都是另一件的开始，使我产生了浓厚的兴趣，忍不住一口气把它读完。这个寒假将会因为这些书籍而多姿多彩。

“喀呲”“滴”我开了火，又开了抽油烟机，在锅里倒上了油。锅烧的火辣辣的，我把肉下了锅，顽皮的油娃娃立刻在锅里跳着舞，到处乱飞，我大着胆子拿着锅铲翻炒着肉，那滋味，叫一个爽!肉

变色了，我将肉舀上来，盛在碗里。接着，我把仔姜倒了进去，又放了小半勺盐，我炒着，仔姜熟了，再搁点儿酱油，再和匀，我可是很期待哦!

起锅了。“上菜——徐佩云式仔姜肉丝”虽然场面有点儿“惨烈”，但是味道还是不错的。

我很高兴，我会炒菜了，我能为父母做力所能及的事了!

My holiday life will be busy but interesting.I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books.I am going to play sports such as playing basketball,table tennis,swimming and so on .Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo.I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.

Now National Day is coming.I have made a plan for it .I am going to Beijing with my parents.Because there are many places of interest .First we want to visit the Great Wall ,which is considered one of the seven wonders in the world.Second we want to visit the summer palace ,where lived many emperors during the hot days.Then we want to visit the Water Cube,where many important events are held .Finally we want to visit hutong to get a knowledge of the culture of old Beijing .I think this trip must be very interesting and we will have a good time.

国庆节要到了,我已经定了一个计划,我和我的父母去北京,因为那有很多名胜古迹.首先我们要去长城 ,它被认为是世界七大奇观之一.第二我们要参观颐和园,许多帝王避暑的地方.然后我们去水立方,很多重大的体育比赛都在那举行.最后我们要去参观胡同 去了解一下老北京的文化.我想这次旅行一定很有趣,所以我们一定会玩得很高兴.

Dear Pole,

How are you?I am glad to tell you that we wil have a May Day holiday soon.I am going to have a trip to Qing Dao by plane with my parents.We will stay there for three days.We are going to go sightseeing,swim,eat some sea food as well as go shopping in Qing Dao.Of course,I will take some photos and share them with you.

今年的暑假开始了。这个暑假不光是属于我的暑假，更是属于我妈妈的暑假，是我们两个人的暑假。

暑假还没有开始呢，我妈妈就已经骑着自行车满大街地跑东跑西忙乎了。你问“干什么去的”?——还不是去给我报假期补习班!每天妈妈回到了家都是大汗淋淋。我放学回家后，妈妈就开始像给上司汇报一样，迭迭不休地说帮我报了跳舞班、写字班，还有游泳班……我听的脑袋都快要爆炸了，妈妈竟然还讲得眉飞色舞，看起来很开心很有成就感的样子，可她却不知道我心里比刀绞还要难受：妈妈也不问问我是不是喜欢这些补习班，只顾着“望女成凤”，可我的暑假还有一点空闲吗?还有自己的快乐吗?

我去上游泳课时老师不让家长进去，妈妈就在外面等着我。我在游泳室里的时候，因为有空调，所以感觉不到热，当我换上衣服出来时，我感到好热啊!我扭头看了看妈妈，见她满脸都是汗水，还不停地去擦汗。我走到妈妈的面前，问妈妈：“热不热呀?”妈妈还开玩笑地说：“免费蒸汗了!”……·

我去上写字课回来的时候，火辣辣的太阳当空照，天气太热了，于是妈妈给我买了冰激凌吃，可她自己却舍不得吃，在炎炎烈日下骑着自行车驮着我在马路间飞奔。汗水顺着脖子不停地流，整个后背都湿透了。回到家，我累得躺一下子躺倒在床上，连说话的力气似乎都没有。可，妈妈却顾不得休息，一头钻进厨房，去做我们两个人中午吃的饭了。

此时此刻我终于体会到了母爱的伟大，妈妈为我付出了太多太多。

蒸笼一样的天里，妈妈每天都送我接我陪伴着我往来于各补习班之间。我学习挺辛苦的，可是妈妈比我更辛苦。这个暑假，注定要属于我和妈妈两个人。
