“喀呲”“滴”我开了火，又开了抽油烟机，在锅里倒上了油。锅烧的火辣辣的，我把肉下了锅，顽皮的油娃娃立刻在锅里跳着舞，到处乱飞，我大着胆子拿着锅铲翻炒着肉，那滋味，叫一个爽!肉

起锅了。“上菜——徐佩云式仔姜肉丝”虽然场面有点儿“惨烈”，但是味道还是不错的。
