这个节目主要为我们介绍了科学的学习方法—―—超强记忆法，其中有数字编码记忆法，定位记忆法，巩固记忆法，习惯记忆法，卡片记忆法等。它告诉我们：针对不同的科目，不同的时间要采用不同的记忆方法，长期坚持下去，会提高学习效率。

我原来背诵课文和英语单词，背得特别费劲，总也背不下来。现在，经过专家的指教，我初步掌握了“背诵记得牢”的方法：首先要注意力集中，然后要定任务，找窍门，要背一个单词或一篇短文，在背得滚瓜烂熟的基础上，第二天还应检查效果怎样。还要及时复习，利用课间下课时，把上节课学的知识复习一下，如果回忆不起来，记在遗忘本上。最后要强化训练。先把要背的东西，仔细看一遍，合上书默写，能写多少算多少，然后再看再写，直至全部默写下来为止。

今后，我要把这种方法应用到学习中，争取早日把自己的学习成绩提高上来，让自己有较大的收获。

我好开心啊!2个月的暑假来到了，心想：这下可以无忧无虑的玩儿了，可以出去旅游了!但是，我转念一想，暑假有两个月，妈妈前几天还说要给我报班呢。一想到这，我的精神头就减了一半，只好耐心的等着妈妈的安排了。

从放假的第一天，我就开始上着妈妈给我报的“补习班”。天天都要上课，早上起的很早，晚上也回来的很晚。刚开始上几天，我一直吃不消，心想：天天都这么累，还要放假干什么呀!要不然我不上了吧。可是，上课虽然累点儿，可还是对我有帮助的。我坚定地对自己说：“不要怕，咬咬牙，坚持过去，不就是一个月嘛。”随后半个多月，我把上课当做一种乐趣。上课认真听讲，回家来除了写暑假作业，我还提前预习，这样，七月份很快被我用掉了。我自己认为：这个七月份很有意义，我过的很充实、快乐。如果我当初放弃了，我也许会碌碌无为一个月，一个月的美好时光就会被白白丢弃。我很庆幸当初自己选择了“坚持”这条阳光大道，这一个月，是坚持让我硕果累累;是坚持让我满载而归。

因为我七月份表现的很好，作业也完成了，所以妈妈奖励我去泰山旅游。

那天，我们一家三口坐火车到泰山游玩，好高的山啊，我和爸爸爬得很快，只有妈妈体力不够，落在我的后边很远的地方，我就跑上跑下的，就像一个撒了欢的小兔子一样兴奋。就这样，我们一边吃，一边爬，一边赏着美景，手中的好吃的越来越少，可是垃圾越来越多。转眼快到“五岳至尊”的地方了，看到有一面峭壁上写了很多的大字，好漂亮的字啊!我一边说着一边朝着那些大字跑过去!心里那个高兴劲就别提了!欣赏完了书法后，我坐在城墙边休息，还是吃着水果，那个高兴劲就别提了。一不小心，就把垃圾袋调到墙外边去了。我心想，反正也不是在路上，就别管了吧，看到墙外边就是陡峭的悬崖，心想我一定要小心!就离开了那里，走出不远，我越想就心里越感觉不是滋味，要是大家都和我一样，把垃圾掉到墙外边，岂不是垃圾就比城墙高了?想到这里，我马上往后跑，就在这时，我看到了感人的一幕：一个外国的大姐姐正拿着我的垃圾袋朝我们走来，我的脸一下子红了!外国姐姐的环保意识真好啊!我与她相比真是逊色了。这个时候爸爸妈妈都走过来了，妈妈不好意思的走到外国姐姐的跟前，接过我们的垃圾袋，不知道该怎么和她解释……我发誓我以后一定要做一个环保的小卫士。

在山中要走很多的路，虽然我感到很疲惫，但我还是坚持了。因为我们做了一件很丢脸的事情!经过了当天那感人的一幕，我的心灵得到了一次彻底的洗涤。

也就是从那一天起，不管在什么时候，什么地点，只要我看见有垃圾，我都会主动的弯腰捡起来，只要我看见有乱扔垃圾的人或事，我都会去进行劝说，让我们的社会多一些和谐的因素。我因此也受到了老师和同学们的好评，这其中的原因只有我自己最清楚。

所以我觉得，有时候一件事情就能改变一个人的一生，我希望每一名同学都能够做一个对社会有用的人，做一个道德高尚的人!

期末考试结束了，如果要问我成绩如何，那总得上个前六吧。我就心里想：这个暑假过的还能算好吧。

暑假开始没几天，妈妈就把一个月的时间都让我去读兴趣班、奥数班、阅读班知识补习班，跟平常上学没两样。

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

通过今天的体验，我才明白邮递员是多么的辛苦，他们持之以恒的精神是值得我们学习的。

暑假这几天，我经历了许多趣事，可令我印象最深、记忆犹新的是做冰淇淋。炎炎夏日，爸爸工作很辛苦，我决定亲手为爸爸做冰淇淋吃。做冰淇淋首先要打鸡蛋。

这可不简单，虽然我看爸爸妈妈把鸡蛋向碗边一磕，再一掰鸡蛋就打好了。可是我亲自动手，心里还是有一点紧张。我拿出了第一个鸡蛋，闭着眼睛向碗边一磕，睁开眼睛一看，鸡蛋没有碎。“哦，打鸡蛋这么简单呀。”我想。可是正要掰的时候，我发现鸡蛋上并没有小口，只有一道浅浅的痕迹。这鸡蛋还真结实，我得使一点劲，我又把鸡蛋向碗边一磕“啪!”鸡蛋碎了，溅得我满手都是蛋液，我对妈妈说：“别让我打了，我总也打不好。”“刚开始就放弃了?没事，刚开始都这样，你能行的!”听了妈妈的鼓励，我又试了几次，在浪费了几个鸡蛋之后，我终于掌握了诀窍，成功的分离了蛋黄和蛋清。然后要熬糖浆，妈妈一边配糖浆料一边对我说：“熬糖浆的时候要不停的搅拌，不要让糖糊了。”我想既然这样，越大的勺子越好，就拿出了家里最大的铁勺子准备开始，可妈妈一见我拿着铁勺就和我说：“不能用铁的东西搅拌，勺子会烫手的，要用筷子，像打鸡蛋那样搅，别让糖浆洒了。”经过我耐心的搅拌，糖浆很快就熬好了，然后我把糖浆缓慢地倒入蛋液里，用搅拌器搅得起泡，再加入香气四溢的淡奶油，美味的冰淇淋就做好了，我兴奋地把它放入冰箱，爸爸下班了，我自豪地把冰淇淋拿给爸爸，爸爸吃得津津有味，连声夸奖我。

通过做冰淇淋这件事，我深刻理解了歌德说过的一句话：“光有知识是不够的，还应当运用。”我不光要努力学习，还要勤动手去实践。这可真是一次有趣的经历。

充实、愉悦的暑假即将接近尾声，虽然有些怀念有些不舍，但回想起在学校的快乐时光还是有一种莫名的开心快乐。

放假了，妈妈说：“我给你报了英语班、作文班、书法班……利用假期时间好好补习补习你的功课。”当我听到这么多课程后，心里很失落。不是放假了吗?为什么还要上这么多课，不是应该让我放松放松，旅游、玩耍、看电视、踢足球……虽然心里有很多不满，但是还是每天坚持上各种补习班。不过下午课后我可以去公园玩儿、打篮球，和妈妈打羽毛球、跳跳绳，每天都很充实。周末也有很多休息时间，来完成老师布置的所有作业。

其次，我每周末还在家里和妈妈学做菜，我这个假期学了好几道菜，心里很是开心，我居然学会了做饭。还在家里进行了一次大扫除活动，妈妈与我共同打扫家中的卫生。我进行了扫地、拖地和擦灰的活动，其实平时看似简单的事情却不一定容易完成，并且在这次大扫除中，我也向妈妈讨教了各种打扫卫生的本领，经过妈妈的指点，我果然高效率、高品质的完成了任务。在大扫除中，我既锻炼了自己，又学到了很多实用的本领。同样也体会到了妈妈平时为我所做的一切辛苦。

在暑假的这些日子里，我也难以忘怀那些团结互助的同学和蔼可亲的老师，虽然放假是好的，但我经常怀念在学校的生活。假期虽然即将结束，但又能重回校园与同学们继续学习生活，想到这我的内心也是无比激动愉悦的。

炎热的夏天已经来临，暑假也在和我们打招呼。我高兴得活蹦乱跳。爸爸答应过我暑假要带我去游泳，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。

星期天，姨夫开着车带着我们去南阳的龙湾温泉玩。我们买了饮料和零食。盼望已久的日子终于到了！我们全副武装的准备出发了，我们一共有五人，两个小孩三个大人。当我醒了后就到达目的地了。

我说：“这么快就到了啊”。爸爸说：“是你睡得久吧”。我们兴高采烈的下了车，一见卖票处挤了很多人，爸爸买票买了二十分钟。我们进了门，就见游泳池里有很多人，我们先去换衣，然后就心痒痒的跳下水去了。

瞧！这是个蓝色长方体的游泳池，池水清澈见底。游泳的人真多，有大人、有小孩、还有“中人”。扑腾的一声我和弟弟同时跳下水，溅起了好大的水花，水花从空中落下时，阳光洒在水珠上，水珠就像是一颗颗金黄色的珍珠，美不胜收！我和弟弟玩起了“泼水节”溅起的水花洒在脸上、身上，凉爽极了。水不深也不浅刚到我的下巴。在水里自己玩了一会，我提议比赛潜水，在爸爸的一声令下，我深深地吸了一口气，不管三七二十一，头一低，把脸埋进了水里。嘻，水好像并不那么可怕了。我试着睁开眼，只见一片碧莹莹的水。过了一会儿，我们起来了，只有弟弟没起来，我们都在怀疑，弟弟不可能潜那么久的啊！但还是被我们其中最早上来的人发现了弟弟作弊的全过程。这会儿弟弟才一五一十的说了出来。潜水比赛我得了第一名二十五秒，第二名二十四秒。第二次比赛我和弟弟比游泳看谁快。小姨当裁判，口哨一向，我们使劲往前冲，我赶紧用蛙泳去追他，我不顾一切，拼命蹬腿，可是怎么也追不上。这时，我是最后一名，身体已经筋疲力尽，我心想“我不能这样耗下去，体力不行的。”

于是我灵机一动，就想出来这样的一个办法我会浮在水面上游，我就保持躺在水面，因为他们游泳很大，水也会流动，这样我就利用水力帮我前进。“时间过去了一分多钟，我终于到了终点，我在岸上还看着他们慢慢的游来，他们都体力不支投降了。我又赢了。时间一分一秒的过去，我们大约玩了几小时。爸爸叫我们回去了。我们才依依不舍的走出门口。

清清的池水，映着蓝天白云，我像一条快活的小鱼儿尽情的游来游去，享受夏日给我带来的乐趣，我爱游泳，也爱充满生机的夏天，这是我暑假里最开心的一件事。

时光飞逝，转眼间，初中生活的第一个从暑假已经过去四十多天了，在这四十多天里面我收获了许多也体验了许多……

暑假开始的那几天，我就决心要先完成一大部分的作业，剩下的一小部分以后再来慢慢的完成。

暑假里，我去了泉州的清源山。清源山里山清水秀如世外桃源一般。里面有一座老君岩石像，这就历史上有名的老子，他是备受尊敬的道家学派的创始人。清远山里的空气新鲜天空蔚蓝蔚蓝的，让人一进去就有一种心旷神怡的感觉。高大的树木，绿莹莹的草地，五彩缤纷的花朵，一切的一切都是那么的和谐，没有一丝丝的人工来制造。当爬到顶峰的那个亭子时，从上往下俯瞰，如同身处在云里雾里，朵朵白云从身旁飘过，如同在仙境一般，而下面一座座的小山是如此的袖珍，这一切让我看得如痴如醉，都忘了此刻的我身在何处。直到回到家以后还对这里的美景恋恋不忘，现在回想起来还是那么的美好!

暑假里，我还去了乡下的农村里，大大地体验了一把农村生活。每天早上五六点就起床，早餐就只有一碗稀饭和鸡蛋。吃完饭之后就得到田里去干活了。脚踩在黏糊糊的泥土里，在那里猫着腰插水稻，才没一会儿过后，肚子就饿了，而且腰又酸又疼。中午吃完饭之后，休息一会胃又开始劳动，真的超级累。不过好在那里的农民都十分淳朴，待人很好，有很热情。在哪儿我收获了知识，而更可贵的便是与那里人们的深深友谊，他们让我懂得了什么叫做真诚待人，他们让我感到了温暖与开心!

我的暑假生活，固然是丰富多彩的，他让我在专心的血之余还能好好的放放松一下我们的身心，而且开阔了我的视野，陶冶了我的情操……

啊！十一到了，想念已久的万仙山，我来了！

我们先来到了绝壁长廊，这条绝壁长廊是13名壮士开凿，打坏了不计其数把锤子和錾子在绝壁上建出了一条通往外面世界的路。说笑间，我，赵小豹，丁泰薪发现了天池。天池不像往常那样清澈。湖水上还点缀着垃圾，咳，这些大人一点也不知道保护环境。天池旁边有一条阶梯，哥哥们一点也不让着我，争先恐后的往上爬，把我甩在后面。顺着这条阶梯往上走，我们便来到了另一个景点——崖上人家。到了崖上人家，山上热了起来，无奈间，又累又饿的我们只好停止环游，15个人一一坐在石板上。最倒霉的丁泰薪和赵小豹发酸奶和馍片，吃完东西，我们继续环游。我们在烈日当空的山顶寻找了一个又一个旅馆，可都是因为太贵所离去，终于找到了最好的旅馆。放下了包包，我们继续游玩。我们分别到了喊泉，瑶池，天梯……玩了一天的我们累极了，早早的吃完饭睡觉了，当丁泰薪和赵小豹上厕所的时候，见到了老外，说了一句hello便走了。

第二天，我们赶路去南坪路上摘了不少山里红。到达了目的地，我们去了丹分沟，去的时候我们怀着各种心态去，到达丹分沟，我们小孩集体要求买冰糕。吃完冰糕，我们要走了，我心里暗自自喜：我们凯旋归来了！

万仙山太美了，美得让我流连忘返！拜拜，万仙山！

暑假个人读书计划自古以来阅读就是一种既普通又直接但却非常有效的求知方法。作为教师，从书本中获取知识就显得尤其重要。所以我们理应多读书，用书来净化心灵，用书中的知识充实自己。也能通过这样的途径学习他人的先进经验，让自己能更加胜任教育教学工作。因此特定暑假阅读计划如下：

一、读书目标：

1、通过读书活动，转变教育观念，提高教育教学能力、教育创新能力和教育科研能力。

2、通过读书活动，使自己业务精良，胜任新课程教学，成为符合素质教育要求的充满生机活力的小学教师。

3、通过读书活动，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和教师职业观，建立新型的师生关系，塑造良好的教师形象。

4、通过读书活动，丰富自身个人文涵养，强化自身修养，使自己的精神世界变得更为丰富多彩。

二、在我的读书活动中我将遵循以下思路：

1、坚持“读书促进思考，思考促进成长”的原则，将精读与泛读相结合，读书时及时记下自己的读书体会，将读书与反思相结合，不断促进自己的专业成长。

2、将读书融入教学的相关环节和步骤，不断更新自己的教学观念，提高自己的教学实践能力。

3、通过读书活动让自己能学会享受阅读、享受教育、享受人生，提高生命质量。

三、开展读书活动的主要措施：

1、要使读书计划不流于形式，落到实处，关键在坚持，不把繁忙没时间读作为推脱之词。把读书作为每天必做的功课，要培养自己的意志力，直至这样的坚持成为一种习惯

2、每天要保证至少一个小时的读书时间。即使再忙，这段时间也不能省去。这一个小时内要避开外界的纷扰，真正做到静心静神，沉溺于书中，从而读出意味、读出情趣来。

3、同时，要力争作点读书笔记，或标注，或摘录，或质疑，或反思，不提高自己的各方面素质与综合能力。

2、闫学的《跟苏霍姆林斯基学当老师》

3、储晋的《让孩子从此不怕写作文》

some medicine?" But dad laughed and said smilingly, "Dont be silly, son.

我和妈妈来到游泳馆里，游泳馆里真热闹！有好多人在游泳馆里学游泳呢！于是，我就穿好泳衣，下了游泳池。水可真冰呀！冻得我像进入了冰箱一样。

开始游泳了，老师先教我们蛙泳，先划手，再蹬腿。到我游了，我手一划脚一蹬，却怎么都不前进，反而像个石头一样直往下沉。这可把我急坏了。我像只泄了气的皮球一样，一点也不想动了。这时候，老师对我说：“放轻松一些，不要泄气。”接着便耐心地给我做示范，我照着老师的动作做，果然好多了。

经过两个星期的练习，我终于在暑假学会了游泳。游泳让我懂得了“坚持不懈，不能半途而废”的道理。

New year is coming.Spring festival is the most important festival in China.Besides celebrating it,Id like to make some new year resolutions.

First,I need to improve my English in 2009,especially to practice speaking.Maybe I can ask my English teacher to help with my oral English.

Also,I want to work hard at computer science.Because I am interestd in computer.And if I want to be a computer programmer in the future,I need to devote more time on it.

今天开始放暑假了。暑假到了，但是暑假要干什么呢？觉得是想做一些不同的事情，但是不知道从哪里开始，又从哪里结束……

或许本来就没有开始，没有结束。暑假是这样，生活也是这样。经过了两个月的生活。暑假要结束了。有了开始，当然就有结束。开学了，我就又升了一个年级了，五年级了，时光飞逝，光阴如梭啊……

我们总是要成长，慢慢一步一步地走。又和老师同学在一起了，真好。开学了，我要学习更多的东西，更多地认识这个世界，更好地认识这个社会，一切既有趣又好玩，但是同时有好多作业，好多看不完的书。但是上学还是很好的，喜欢开学，喜欢在学校和同学们一起学习，一起玩……
