Miss Qin is my favorite teacher. She teaches us Chinese. She is lovely lady

in her thirty-two years old. Her warm smile and black long hair are her symbols.

My classmates like her very much, because she is always kind to us. In my view,

she is a wise teacher. She tells us many stories to us. It seems she knows

everything. Besides, she writes good articles. She tells us if we want to write

good articles, we should read books as much as we can. She always cares much

about us. I think this is important for a good teacher.

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

brings me a colourful life.

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

They teach us English and help us improve English. I think attending their

classes is very interesting and exceting.

In the class, we can play games, and learn more English words. They always

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

whole body feel refreshed.

Third, thescenery of Zhejiang University is so beautiful. There are many

trees, flowers and other plants. It’s a colourful school. There are also some

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

So I think Zhejiang University is equal to giving me a new life.

I enjoy the vew life, enjoy the things and people here.

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。

No sooner had I done this than I realized that I had done something bad to

our environment. And maybe someone would step on it and tumble over. I must pick

it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumped off the bike and ran

back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeing

this, father praised me and I felt very happy.

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!".

I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because I could do a lot

Dreams and Reality

When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as

being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on.

Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have

motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have

to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.

Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.

First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we

have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need

to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

Waking up on New Year, everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to

their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

and ushering in the new". Also, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot

from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour)

on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one

year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good

time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange

greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival

almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.

I have a good friend, we met each other when I was five years old. She is

my neighbor and the first time I saw her, she smiled at me. It was her smile

that made me feel she was a nice person to get along with. Indeed, she was a

reliable friend. When I was in trouble, she would be the first person to give me

a hand. Once I lost my key, when she heard, she tried hard to help me remember

where I lost it. I am so lucky to have her as my friend. It is hard to meet

someone who can make you feel safe and she is the one. She is the angel in my

life.

Now I am on the train to Guilin. The views are beautiful and I feel happy.

Mother told me there is only one day to go to arrive in Guilin. We bought a lot

of stuffs and they are heavy. So I took some bags from mother. She said I am

growing up and I smiled happily.

现在我坐在开往桂林的火车上。一路的风景很美。我也很开心。妈妈告诉我，还有一天就可以到桂林了。我们买了很多东西，很重。所以我帮妈妈提了几个袋子。妈妈说我长大了，我很开心的微笑。

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.

My home is on the first floor. there are two bedrooms, a kitchen and a

living room. I’m a child. I have a nice bedroom. In my bedroom, there is

bedroom, a closet, an air- conditioner and so on. My closet is green. My bed is

blue. I love my bedroom very much.

暑期不久，一场暴雨将世界洗净。

下午时，原本很热的下午，开始起风了，好多人就说“要下雨了”。风刮的越来越大，天渐渐暗下来，风吹走了燥热，吹来了灰色的云。云越积越多，越堆越厚，让人心中很压抑，仿佛天要压下来。

风把窗户吹的摇摇欲坠，让人惊恐。外面的雨斜着吹过玻璃，雨点打在窗上，水顺着窗檐流了下来，留下一条条“泪”的痕迹。“扑哧”，没电了，窗外的天色与楼房的色彩形成鲜明的对比，仿佛恶魔悬在天空，让人心生畏惧。白红色的楼房，在映衬下形成鲜亮的颜色。

雨下的越大，雷声也越大。闪电一闪，将天空变成了紫红色，天空被撕成了几分。就在远处，一座天桥，在乌云下显出淡淡的彩色——是彩虹。风吹的云移动的速度很快，一眨眼就消失了。

楼下的水潭，雨点乱打下来，溅起的水花形成了一个个小小的水泡，漂浮在水中，一瞬间就又破裂了。手伸开来，雨滴清凉，凉至入心。手上越湿，感到雨下的越欢快。云快速流动，又快速消失，仿佛没有存在过。雨下的在道路上形成了一条条小小的溪流，一直向前流。

一场暴雨赶走了暑气，让人身心畅快，尽管淋湿了，但是感到心灵舒畅。暴雨，洗净了心灵，洗净了万物。

The winter vacation is coming. I’m going to do what I want to do.

First, I’m going to have a good rest and relax. I will read some good books. Reading books is useful because it can help me get more knowledge. It can open up my eyes to the world. Next, I’m going to spend more time talking with my parents. I will also try my best to help them do some housework. 我想人们夏天最喜欢做的运动应该是游泳吧!我也不例外，今天来讲讲我愉快的游泳日。

一个夏日炎炎的下午，爸爸带着我去游泳。这是我在今年夏天第三次游泳。高兴的心情难以言表。当我们来到游泳馆，看见了许许多多的人在池子里玩耍。有的在努力地学习游泳，有的在激烈地打水战，溅起的水花在阳光的照耀下显得分外好看。看到这样的情景，我就迫不及待跑进更衣室，换上游泳裤。

换好了游泳裤，我拼命地跑到池边。使劲地向前一跳，身体跃到了空中。停留了一两秒，落到了水中。哇!好爽啊，我感到自己来到了另一个世界，一个水世界。这种冰爽的感觉，好像打通了我的所有经脉。现在的我精神百倍，不怕太阳炎热的照射。我用自由泳游了100米，全身变得非常轻松，腿脚也变得更加灵活了。

运动有益健康，夏日游泳是很好的选择。希望大家坚持运动，每天运动1小时，但不能过于劳累。过度的运动会适得其反。

春天来了吗?你说呢?春天，她怎么不打个招呼就来了呢?柳条扎上辫子了，可是谁帮它梳的呢?我可什么也不知道，真的，你不相信吗?

可是春天真的什么也不知道!她也不知道，怎么小草们都想约好了似的一夜冒尖了;她也不知道，怎么花儿都想开选美会似的全开了;她也不知道，怎么柳树今年又流行扎辫子;她也不知道，调皮的春风怎么连招呼都不打就尥蹶子撒起欢儿了;她也不知道，怎么昨天还寸草不生的山坡，今个儿就全绿了。

她什么也没有做，什么也没有告诉我。春天把手一摆，摇摇头，什么也没有做。

山坡昨天还一片荒凉，今天怎么就变样了?一大片绿原把眼睛都遮住了，跟夏天的翠绿，冬天深沉的接近于黑色的墨绿是全不一样的。这种颜色就是嫩绿，春天独有的颜色。带着点调皮，带着点生机，带着点揶揄。略带点鹅黄的嫩绿，看上去赏心悦目，把心一同染醉;相较于调皮的嫩绿，春水这个沉静的姑娘总是一个人坐在岸边绿柳下，春风轻柔地拂过它的脸颊，却不小心吹皱了一池春水，惹得春水皱起了眉。一片柳叶划出一个弧线落入湖中一圈一圈的涟漪荡漾开来，越荡越远，越荡越远，最后荡进你的心里，于是———心里也溅起小小的波纹。

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the

future, I will take a job and work. Its time for me to begin to learn how to

Last week, I have three days off, so I planned to travel to Guangzhou. During the three days, I witnessed so many things, I open my vision and gain the knowledge. The trip to Guangzhou makes me realize that I could go to anywhere by my own.

But I found the way, I realized that every main site would have the subway site, so if I took the metro, I could go back the place nearby.

The trip to Guangzhou is very precious experience for me, I become independent and broaden my vision.

这天是大年二十九，人们都把家里打扫的干干净净，每家每户都在大门上贴上对联或挂上大红的中国结，小朋友们都开开心心地玩着。当然，我们家也这样。

早上，我六点就起床了，帮妈妈打扫卫生和整理东西，最后把家里打扫的干干净净，一尘不染。我和爸爸上街去买了一块漂亮的骏虎图扁，还买了一些我喜欢的烟花和炮仗。我们一回到家，就到了吃午饭的时间，我们吃好午饭又开始忙碌了起来，爸爸开始把买回来的扁挂上去，我帮忙爸爸拿工具，妈妈准备过年的东西，爷爷奶奶烧饭做菜，我们大家都忙的不可开交，不一会儿，就到了吃晚饭的时间，爷爷奶奶把做好的一盆盆热气腾腾的菜端出来，有鸡、有鸭、有鱼、有肉，也有许多的蔬菜，十分的丰盛。我们一大家子一边吃着晚饭，一边聊着天，爷爷奶奶在新的一年里对我提出了几个要求，爸爸妈妈也期望我在新的一年里，学习更加努力有进步。这时爷爷偷偷的把一个红包塞进了我的口袋，我心里有一股乐滋滋的感觉，我明白这是爷爷奶奶对我的鼓励，也是给我的一个惊喜。吃好年夜饭，我和爸爸一齐搬出了一个大大的烟花，准备开始燃放，爸爸点燃了烟花的导火线，只听见“啪、啪、啪、啪”的声音，一朵朵美丽的烟花在空中盛开，像一朵朵斑斓的玫瑰花，五光十色、瑰丽无比，在黑得有点神秘的夜空中瞬间展开，又迅速凋零。我们大家都异口同声的说：“好美啊!”

今年的这个春节过得太有好处了，我不仅仅大了一岁，还让我过的很快乐，这时，让我想起了王安石写的《元日》：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。
