I like riding bicycle

Today,I rode bicycle to travel around the Guilin central.I enjoy the

scenery while riding bicycle.The scenery of Guilin was so beautiful that I

couldnt help to take photos,which finally cause my cellphone lacked of

memory.Riding bicycle is not only helps me to keep fit，it also a good way for me

元旦——新年的第一天。

又是个新的一年，在这辞旧迎新之际，中考即将来临!我学习的担子更加沉重了，让人感觉负荷不起。中考就像一座大山，压得我无法呼吸。在班级中，高手如云，我犹如一只蛹，怯生生地爬着。有时碰到学业的棱角，有时碰到尖子生嘲讽的冰山，有时遭到家长多多逼人的呵斥，有时卷进老师失望眼神的漩涡。我很难过，很害怕，很委屈。

裹茧的日子是我最紧张、痛苦、艰难的日子。茧里的空气好闷，阳光也不够充足，可这里很安静，它是我悄悄努力的小空间。可我的心却变得好大，我开始反省地计划着，开始暗自归纳总结着，开始用自己的双手蜕变我。我挂在学习的枝头，天天吮吸知识的露珠，沐浴生活的阳光，外面的世界很闹，，没有谁注意我。可我却很快乐，纵使绽放着笑容，我成长了。

我想那破茧成蝶的日子近了吧!我相信结局不是谁可以预料得到的，但是我知道时间让我成长，成长让我蜕变了。我要在以后的日子里向目标不断的前进，跨越生命这道栏槛!

我在蜕变中爱上这个日子——元旦!是这个日期告诉我中考将至破茧成蝶.

一、实习的目的与要求

安排教学实习的基本目的，在于通过理论与实际的结合、学校与社会的沟通，进一步提高学生的思想觉悟，尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力，以便把学生培养成为能够主动适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质的复合型人才。具体表现在三个方面：

1 、运用和检验教学成果。运用教学成果，就是把课堂上学到的系统化的理论知识，尝试性地应用于实际工作，并从理论的高度对教育教学工作的现代化提出一些有针对性的建议和设想。检验教学成果，就是看一看课堂教学与实际工作到底有多大距离，并通过综合分析，找出教学中存在的不足，以便为完善教学计划，改革教学内容与方法提供实践依据。

2 、了解和熟悉学校的运行。对师范类专业的本科生来说，实际能力的培养至关重要，而这种实际能力的培养单靠课堂教学是远远不够的，必须从课堂走向实践。

3 、预演和准备就业工作。通过实习，让自己找出自身状况与社会实际需要的差距，并在以后的学习期间及时补充相关知识，为求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备，从而缩短从校园走向社会的心理转型期。

二、基本情况

我们十月十一日来到湖南XXX县第二中学，到十一月十八日实习结束。我被分到高一XXX班进行实习。

实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学和班主任工作，基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为六份，试讲次数为六次，上课节数为六节；批改作业五次；监考十场；自习辅导十二课时。

2、班主任工作：组织一次主题为“网络的利与弊”的班会；组织本班学生与实习老师之间的篮球赛两次；找学生单独谈心、了解情况十一人次。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到，要想成为一名优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等也都是要有讲究的。每上完一节课后我最大的感受就是：当好一名老师真不容易啊！

试教工作开始以后，我每天的工作就是听优秀化学教师的课——写教案——试教——修改——试教，这样反复练习，完善。直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。即使这样，在我第一次深入课堂时，我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的

教学生知识如果我们仅仅只懂得书本上的知识的话，那是远远不够的。俗话说的好“要给学生一碗水,自己就要有一桶水”。上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引，而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识，这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解，而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表达出来。这一点我深有体会，比如有一次我分析基础训练的时候，有一个题目是说“往饱和的碳酸钠溶液里通入二氧化碳气体时会有什么现象发生？”此题只要知道了碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小，就能得出“可见到有白色晶体析出”的结论。由于事先我觉得此题很简单，也就没有深入地思考。出乎我意料的是，无论我怎么讲，同学们也无法理解为什么碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小就会有晶体析出。后来只好向他们的原任课老师请教此处该如何表达。

通过这次的经验，我深感不能以自己的思维来揣度学生的思维，自己认为很简单的问题，对于刚刚涉及这一知识的学生来说很可能就会是一个无法理解的地方，这时候，我们以何种方式将此知识点向他们表达清楚就显得犹为重要了。于是，在以后的备课过程中，我就不在象以前一样只要自己弄清楚了就了事，而是更加侧重于如何将知识的来龙去脉向学生表达清楚。我的这一举措果然收到了良好的效果，学生听完课后普遍都说我讲得较清楚。这让我感到很欣慰。

在当实习班主任的过程中，我从他们原班主任那里学到了很多关于班级管理方面的经验，确实让我受益不少。比如如何与学生谈心，如何帮助后进生转化成为先进生等等。虽然这些经验都是非常宝贵的，但是我也没有完全照搬，第一是我觉得我的身份毕竟与他们原班主任不同。第二是我觉得我与学生年纪相仿，不象原班主任一样与他们或多或少地存在一些代沟，这是我的优势所在，应当加以利用。所以，在与学生的长期交往中，我渐渐形成了一套既有自己风格，又吸收了原有宝贵经验的行事方法，而且还收到了较好的效果。比如说我和我们班上一位同学谈心的时候，她告诉我她读初中时成绩很好，几乎每次考试都是班上的第一名，数学成绩犹为突出，用她自己的话说就是“那时侯学数学简直就是一种乐趣”，但是现在情况就完全不同了，不仅整体成绩直线下降，就连自己的强项数学也到了岌岌可危的地步。当我问及其中的原因时，她告诉我，由于中考的失误，进入高中以后她就失去了信心，再加上高中的课程本身就比初中的要难，使她的成绩更加后退了，以至于现在对读书失去了信心，想一心从事自己的爱好去学声乐算了。而这些她都没有和原班主任说过，原因是班主任“太凶了”。我听了之后并没有直接反对她的观点，而是从客观条件、学习条件以及以后的前途等方面和她分析了她的这种想法，使她明白了学习和爱好之间谁轻谁重，并引导她自觉得把心思放到了学习上来。

今天我到下面院子里玩的时候，看见天上的云很像棉花糖，我就想飞上天吃云，可我没有飞行器，飞不了啊，飞机也不行，主要是我不知道云会不会一站在上面就掉到地上?我要登天是不太可能的。长大以后我要当科学家，做一艘火箭飞上天，去试一下云朵是什么味道。

Today, when I went to play in the yard below, I saw that the clouds in the

sky were like marshmallows. I wanted to fly to the sky and eat the clouds. But I

didnt have an aircraft. I couldnt fly. I couldnt fly either. I didnt know if

Qingming Festival, also known as Pure Brightness Festival or Tomb-sweeping Day, is one of the 24 segments of the Chinese calendar. It normally falls on the 4th or 5th of April, between spring plowing and summer weeding, and is a time to pay respects to ones ancestors and to tidy their gravesite. On this day, whole families, young and old, go to the gravesite of deceased family members to burn incense and perform a ritual offering while clearing away plant overgrowth from the gravesite.

Qingming Festival is when Chinese people visit the graves or burial grounds of their ancestors. Traditionally, people brought a whole rooster with them to the graves visited but the occasion has become less formal over time. The festival originated from Hanshi Day (寒食节, literally, Day with cold food only), a memorial day for Jie Zitui (介子推). Jie Zitui died in 636 BC in the Spring and Autumn Period. He was one of many followers of Duke Wen of Jin before he became a duke.

Once, during Wens 19 years of exile, they had no food and Jie prepared some meat soup for Wen. Wen enjoyed it a lot and wondered where Jie had obtained the soup. It turned out Jie had cut a piece of meat from his own thigh to make the soup. Wen was so moved he promised to reward him one day. However, Jie was not the type of person who sought rewards. Instead, he just wanted to help Wen to return to Jin to become king.

Once Wen became duke, Jie resigned and stayed away from him. Duke Wen rewarded the people who helped him in the decades, but for some reason he forgot to reward Jie, who by then had moved into the forest with his mother. Duke Wen went to the forest, but could not find Jie. Heeding suggestions from his officials, Duke Wen ordered men to set the forest on fire to force out Jie. However, Jie died in the fire. Feeling remorseful, Duke Wen ordered three days without fire to honour Jies memory. The county where Jie died is still called Jiexiu (介休, literally "the place Jie rests forever").

今天，我们班开了元旦联欢会。我非常高兴做了节目主持人。

我一走教室，发现今天与平常的气氛很不一样。平时应该传来阵阵读书声的教室，今天却有说有笑得像菜市场一样乱轰轰的，桌上应该放的课本却变成了五颜六色的零食。

一回到家，小妹妹就跑过来抱着我，一直“姐姐”“姐姐”叫个不停。我也紧紧地抱着妹妹。我们俩开心地笑了!

元旦三天，我和妹妹不知玩得有多开心!我真希望妹妹都住在我家啊!

I like dogs, because they are mans good friends. They can do many helpful

things to us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police,

and so on. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save peoples

lives. So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in

great harmony with human-beings.

午休过后，我们便开始了联欢会。第一个节目是鬼故事《半瓶矿泉水》，这虽是鬼故事，但大家却觉得十分好笑，倒认人觉得像个小品，一点都不害怕。第二个节目是姚嘉禹和刘昊的相声，他们的对话十分幽默，我还记住了几句经典台词——“我爷爷参加过抗日战争。”“我爷爷参加过禹治水。”“我知道了，你爷爷是大猩猩。”“我爷爷都退休了。”“我爷爷早就退休了。”“你爷爷早该退休了。”“为什么?”“你看哪个单位还有大猩猩呀?”他们的表演让我们每一个人都捧腹大笑，表演进入了高潮。还有一个让我记忆深刻的就是吴春铃小组的小品了，他们的节目是《反义词》。反义词我们都不陌生，可像这样在生活中常见的快乐我们看得见吗?

下一次，同样的节日，不一样的人，就请记住这珍贵的美好时光吧!

After a short but happy winter holiday, we come back to school today. Its

the beginning of the new term. I am happy to see all of my classmates come back.

Because of the Spring Festival, everyone seems happy and some of them become a

little bit fatter. During the break, we talk happily to each other. We share the

happy and interesting things during the winter holiday. Most of us stayed at

home to celebrate the New Year. And some of us went to travel with their

families. In short, all of us had a happy winter holiday.

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling

lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from

keeping pets in cities and towns.

In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

keeping pets helps people to reduce loneliness and forget their unpleasant

things for the time being.

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

I went out to have dinner with father today。 I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe。 So I had a bottle of beer。 My face

turned red but I was not drunk。 I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student。

明天是元旦，人们都在迎接新年的到来，我们班下午开联欢会庆祝元旦。

下午我走进学校，跨进教室，看见同学们把桌以往教室后面搬。把教室打扫地干干净净，黑板上写着醒目的四个大字：“庆祝元旦”。一切都准备好后，同学们坐地整整齐齐，老师说：“2年级2班庆祝元旦联欢会现在开始，第一个节目：猜谜语。同学们都像一休似的动脑筋猜呀猜，可热闹了。下来一个表演：变魔术。魔术师请了一两个同学当助手，表演的魔术很奇妙，让人难以相信。还有拉丁舞……

在快乐的气氛中，时间不知不觉地过去了，老师发表了讲话：“祝大家节日快乐”!
