圣诞节刚过完，就到了元旦节了。虽然过节这么密集有些不习惯，不过我是不会介意这些有好处的节日的，这些放假或者收礼物的节日当然是多多益善啦!

元旦节作为一个伟大的法定节假日，我是绝对不会在这一天写作业的，所以现在我是在1月2号写这个元旦作业。

元旦节这天呢，我在家看电视，晚上还用手机玩了游戏，爸爸妈妈也没有总是问我作业做完没有，总的来说还是很美好的一天的。老师布置的作业对我来说实在是太难了。这么平凡普通的一天，一个长长的句子就能说完的一天，却让我写一篇作文出来。可是我又不能把我看了什么电视?玩了什么游戏写出来，那样老师一定会更生气的，我记得老师说过很多次不能写流水账了。

元旦也是一天，1月2号也是一天。虽然一个是节，一个不是，但是它们都是24小时，都是1440分钟，应该被我平等地对待。所以以后假期作业还是平分到每一天比较好啊!一个人玩一整天反正也不好玩。作业堆在一起做一点也不好受。

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.
