我们在生活中无论何时何地，都可能会看到一些人随意乱扔垃圾;还有人乱砍伐树木，毁坏森林;水龙头开着，但用水人却不知去向......环境在多方面使我们的生活更加美好，而我们又是怎样对待环境的?从公元1600年在年至今，地球上生存的高等动物就灭绝了1090种。人们不但没有一点儿感觉，还明知故犯。现在地球上的淡水资源也日渐减少;海洋资源也受到了污染。全国水土流失面积达151万平方公里，每年水壤流失达50亿吨。其中，黄河平均每年泥沙流量达16亿吨，而土壤的形成非常缓慢，几世纪才形成一英寸，表土层一旦流失，就很难恢复。况且我国人口众多,耕地面积本来就少，我们的祖先在这土地上流了多少血汗哪!近年来黄河受到污染，尽管黄河流域各地都采取了一些治污措施，但目前黄河仍面临着工业污染治理举步艰难。生活污水和农业退水污染加重的状况，污染形势依然十分严峻。“苦水”干流:近百分之四十河段的水质量基本丧失水体功能120多市民只能饮用苦水。这，不是给人类重重的敲响了警钟吗?为此，我提出以下几点建议：

1.保护环境，保护地球，保护水资源。不要让最后一滴水成为我们的眼泪。

2.在城市里建立宣传栏，宣传画，加强市民们保护水资源的意识。

3.可以让居民住在黄河附近的居民，餐馆老板注意，不要把垃圾.污垢，剩饭倒入或堆积在黄河水域旁边。

4.保护水资源主要从小学生做起。可以在学校内设置相关课程，让小学生有珍惜.保护水资源的决心。

5.不要让工业污水和农业污水不经处理流入河内。
