本来以为，在农村清闲自由，没什么累的。但到我亲身体验时才发现大错特错了。

到了农村时，鸡叫时外婆就叫我起床，我朦朦胧胧地睁开眼睛，看天还没亮，就想赖一会儿床，可外婆却说：“乡下人都是这么早起床的，如果每个农民都像你一样，每天多赖一会儿床，那我们就会填不饱肚子的。”

没办法，我只好入乡随俗，被外婆从舒服的被窝里硬生生地拉了出来。吃完早饭后，我跟外婆扛着锄头去田里挖野菜去了。本以为挖野菜也没什么了不起，可没想到居然这么困难，首先要分清哪些野菜可以吃，哪些不能吃，再次要用锄头连根挖起。外婆说野菜的根非常有营养，可挖的时候真的好难，野菜的生命力真的好顽强啊，最后我使出吃奶的力气才挖出一颗野菜，我开心地告诉外婆。外婆赞许地看着我说“不错，今天中午我们就吃这个菜啊！”

最后，我们在田里费了九牛二虎之力才挖到一篮子野菜。我望着那篮野菜。心中充满了成就感和自豪感，这是自己劳动的收获啊。我想：我在这次挖野菜时立下了“汗马功劳”，中午的午餐应该会很丰盛吧！但我想错了，到了中午吃饭的时间，望着桌上的一条孤零零的鱼、一盘野菜和一碗青菜蛋汤，才发现乡下人家是多么辛苦啊！

下午，我又和外婆去田里种菜，她刨坑，我撒种子，走了几趟，我就腰酸背痛的，外婆对我说：“到了秋天，这片田野就会金灿灿的一片。”难道我们种的是玉米吗？我对这片田野充满了期待……

干了一天的活，终于到了吃晚饭的时候，我们把桌子搬到外面吃饭，吹着向晚的微风，呼吸着新鲜空气，我心旷神怡。虽然桌上基本上是蔬菜，但我吃得却格外香，因为今天的菜是经过我的劳动获得的！

时间过得真快，妈妈来接我回家，我依依不舍地离开了外婆家。这次去农村我明白了一个道理：自己动手，丰衣足食。只有经过自己劳动的食物，才是最香、最好吃的！

今天，阳光明媚。学校的老师们带我们去学校的田园试验点去体验。

我们到了学校的实验点，只见蔬菜大棚一座座，镶嵌在绿色的庄稼大田里。很快，我们便开始了工作，我们都是把树枝插进土里，然后手一撬就可以翻出一片土来，当我们累得腰酸背痛时，终于挖了一个大坑，接着把种子撒了进去，感觉如释重负一样。

越过土地与庄稼的埫沟，我们又要体验拔蒜台的乐趣了。首先，我们几个单独作战，看到蒜苗中夹着蒜台就会迫不及待地拔下来。任心悦与黄悦然都拔了一大把了，可我还是做不到刚柔结合，所以才拔了三根。然后我们还参观了大棚，里面长着豆角，菜花，油菜，白菜等等，真是数不胜数。

通过今天的活动，我懂得了两个道理，一个是有机会多去乡下，不然在城里会五谷不分和四肢不勤；第二个我觉得农民们都好辛苦呀！我们真该珍惜他们的劳动果实，做一个不浪费粮食的好孩子。

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play together. I usually go there once a week for borrowing and returning books. Our college life is rich and interesting. On the one hand, we have many experienced teachers, sufficient books, scientific apparatus, and instruments to help our studies. 我们最后来到了掰玉米的地方。叔叔让我们三人一组开始掰，我和两个小朋友一起抬了一个筐子，兴高采烈地掰起来。我们三人齐心协力共同掰了满满一筐玉米，然后我们又掰了七筐，此时每个人都是汗流浃背，但看着我们的成果心里是无比高兴。叔叔看了直夸我们三人是“黄金组合”，我们听了脸红的像苹果一样。

通过这次去家场，不仅让我体验了农村生活，还让我学到一些知识，虽然我累得筋疲力尽，但今天玩得快乐、开心、高兴，我真是太幸福了！

怀着满腔的激情，迎着春风，我们一个个昂着头、挺着胸快步前进着。同学们来到江海风情园，通过自己的动手，体验生活。

暑假到了，学校放两个月的暑假，我第一个月的暑假旅游是去奶奶家体验农村生活，让我感受一下与城市的不一样。在去奶奶家的路，可以与城市形成比较，农村的路非常烂，路面这一个窝，那一个窝。

大清早，妈妈就叫醒了我。前一天说好了的，我要去体验一下妈妈平时的工作和生活。

准确说，我五点半就起来了。我早早的去店里弄好做水果茶的工具和面包。你别说光这些我就忙了一个小时，工具要摆放小心，面包又重有多。总之，马虎不得。

第一个客人来了，客人点了一杯香蕉牛奶。刚好只有一根香蕉，我做得很小心，因为做坏了就没了。如果接下来还有客人点香蕉牛奶怎么办？得早做准备，妈妈给我钱去买椰汁和香蕉。妈妈交代说：“你要计算，怎么买最便宜。”是的，做生意要计算成本支出的。

As a sophomore, I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time, I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh, and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! The condition of the dormitory is really very poor with only one room, no lavatory! I saw something sad in my father’s eyes, maybe that time he thought of the poor condition! So with a big smile on my face, I told my father” it doesn’t matter, Dad. In this kind of condition, I will get myself better!” My father felt better. But when he was coming back, seeing his back, I just wanted to cry! And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. My ideal school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 3 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

We have half an hour for lunch. We can eat anything and chat with each other. We can also listen to pop music in the hall. We eat an apple every day, because it can keep us healthy.

We have Chinese, Maths, English and physics every day, because they are useful and very important. We wear school uniforms on Monday.

My ideal school has a park on one side and a shopping mall on the other. We have a big library with a lot of useful books. We also have a swimming pool and a tennis court. We can do any activities after school or at weekends.

新年过后的第二天，也就是正月初二。爸爸决定回我的故乡——无棣。

早上还没天亮，爸爸就开车带着哥哥、姑姑、大爷、我和妈妈出发了。刚上路，我就想：农村是什么样?是不是比我们县城要好?吃穿睡觉要好……一连串的问题浮现在我的脑海里。这使我尽快想到农村看一看。不久，爸爸带我们来到了农村。看了以后让我目瞪口呆，农村和我想象的一点也不一样。我们的房子都是用石头做成的，可是农村是用稻草和土做成的。而且歪歪斜斜，十分难看，窗户更加简单，远远比不过我们的窗户，他们是用木头和玻璃。农村最简单的东西就是煮饭的东西了，下面是用来烧柴火的炉罩。上面是一口大大的圆锅、直径足有一米左右，上圆下尖。这让我体会到农村的艰苦，比不上我们县城。看完以后，我和爸爸妈妈去了奶奶家。由于今早晨早起来，我已经困的不行了，所以躺下睡觉了。躺下不久，便感觉身下热乎乎的。我也顾不不上睡觉了连忙起来跑出去问奶奶。奶奶说：“这不是床是炕。”听了这话我才恍然大悟。

农村的生活可真艰苦啊!长大后我一定好好发展农村。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. Their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in China.
